Once again, social media maintains its spot as one of our most frequently discussed topics. It is important to us to address some of the toxic behaviors we are all guilty of as social media users on a daily basis. Today we talk about the necessity to slim down the number of people and types of content that we expose ourselves to which hurts our mental health and makes us compare ourselves to others and compete with our peers, or even strangers.
