#288 My narc ex returned & betrayed me Again

Hello wonderful humans ..,well Yes he came back after I wrote my book & I didn't see what was coming . His new supply contacted me and it seems he was playing us off , I feel embarrassed and stupid but at the same time hurt but I'm being very kind to myself becauae I'm human. As a coach and therapist I have fallen prey again but the lessons are huge , I don't want this for you at all ..I am sharing this with transparency so you are aware of how it happens .. has this happened to you ? .
