Yeah. Divine animal kingdom brought helped us bring through and it was a really beautiful time and process. So I do miss it as well.

And then the following week, and that's at the end of July, the beginning of August, the following week, I'm doing something strange. I'm doing an animal Reiki class in over Masterclass over four evenings. And the reason I'm doing it that way is so that my Australian students and my Asian students who can't be there during the North American time zone, they can join us. And in addition, anybody who wants to come in person will have the whole day to explore the island.

And even if you're joining us online, you'll have the day to yourself and we'll do four evenings. And I also have in. September, an Animal Reiki 1 and 2 in Masterclass. And again, we will be going out with the whales. The whales arrive in Campobello about the beginning of July. The humpbacks, though, don't get there until August. So if you Our real fan of humpbacks, the minkies and finbacks will be there before the humpbacks will be there later on. You may want to do the September class.

Although they might, they should be there as we're doing the masterclass at least as well. So hopefully you can join us. And then in October, I've got a full A full range of classes. Ways that there's not really enough time to go into it in detail, which is why when I saw your article about, or your meditation in the Reiki Lifestyle Newsletter. About Reiki guides, I said, Oh, not only is this a perfect excuse to talk to Robin, but this is great. We can finally address this question for so many people. So how would you define a Reiki guide and how do you find that they support and assist practitioners in their practice?

I just wanted to say that out front or up front that this is just one perspective and kind of my own experience with teaching about this with my own personal experience and different experiences that I've seen with students and clients. But oh, and also that think both of us will use the term spirit guide and Reiki guide pretty interchangeably think that essentially we will. Be there the same thing. Somebody else might define that a little bit differently.

For me the slight difference is there are many ways that you can connect into your spirit guides in many ways out there that you can connect in with your spirit guides. Reiki is one of those ways. And so I think when many of us connect to our guides through Reiki energy, that they are, that's why we call them Reiki guides because they are. They come to us through the energy of Reiki. However, like I'm probably going to mostly say spirit guides because I consider them to be spirit guides.

Yeah. But what I would say that they are is what their title is that they are there for you to help guide you. They are there for you to help your questions, help answer your questions. They are there for healing. They're there for empowerment.

They're there to give you guidance on these things that you have in your life from the daily small things of maybe answering the questions of what decision should I make to the really large things such as these big moments of healing that most of us encounter in our healing journey and our Reiki journey in our life. Yeah. I think there was a second part of that question, but I forgot what it was already. That's all right. Me too. I'll

Some people are just practicing Reiki through, let's say, a medical lens, that it's simply a complementary modality that helps with stress reduction and pain reduction. So there's a lot of people that You know, may not even be interested in the idea of spirit guides. What I love about the Reiki energy is that whether or not you have spirit guides or whether or not you're interested in spirit guides that the Reiki energy is always doing the work. And the Reiki energy is there regardless of that.

So it's one of the coolest things about Reiki is that it's not, none of that is a requirement, but I think so many people that are drawn to Reiki for their You know, it's spiritually guided life force energy. So even if you have a more medically and I just use that term, maybe as an example, even if you have a practice that there is that kind of higher element, that enlightened element to the energy that. People are attracted to.

And even if you don't start out this way, through the process of getting a relay, a deeper relationship with Reiki, some of these things might reveal themselves to you. On the flip side of that, many of us are attracted to it because of the spiritual aspect that Reiki has within its energy. It's an enlightened energy.

And so it, it has that piece to it that So many of us have experiences on Reiki one day one of Reiki one that are these spiritual aspects or we're really attracted to it because there's a healing element to it and we want to go through it and learn about it or do Reiki sessions because we are attracted to the healing. Aspect of that. But at the same time, if you are unsure of who your guides are, if you don't have the interest, Reiki is always doing the healing work.

And that's part of the thing that is, was a relief to me in the beginning of this journey around it, because If I didn't know who my Reiki guides were, if that took a while to reveal itself to it, I could always be certain that the Reiki energy is doing the healing work. And for me, I do healing work through my guides, right? That is a part of what my practice is.

But if that part isn't there for me yet, or I'm like, My guides are, you can always just be confident that the Reiki energy, it's not coming from me. It's coming through Reiki. It's coming through me and it's coming through my guides that are really helpful. Yeah, so I would say that, do all of us have guides? I think it's a little bit of a hard question to answer because I would love to say yes.

And then at the same time, if somebody isn't interested in that, I don't want them to think, Oh, gosh, I have these guides and I have to know they are, but I think that any of us are interested in that style of practice that there are guides there for you that you can have reveal to you. I think that,

And it just makes it a little bit more solid, a little bit more Real for me so that I so that my mind doesn't have to grapple with the abstract concepts but certainly you don't have to have a Reiki guide and it's funny Robin my very first Reiki class my first Reiki level one class. It was two days long and The teacher played William Rand's meet your Reiki guides meditation in the class and you were supposed to meet your Reiki guides and at that time, I didn't know anything about guides.

I didn't know anything about angels. I didn't know anything about anything. And I remember being absolutely mortified because The guide, first of all, the first two guides that showed up were two of my living horses and I was like, how can you guys be my guides? You're alive. And they just explained to me, horses can walk between the worlds. We're fine. We're guiding you. We're, we are part of your Reiki journey and they have been through the whole thing.

Secondly, I saw this little tiny fairy, this little tiny spark. And I thought, Oh, great. It's a fairy, but I don't believe in fairies. And the spark got back then. I didn't, I do now, but the spark got bigger and bigger and bigger. And eventually it became God. And I said, Oh wait, why did you come as a tiny spark And. He said, because you wouldn't have believed it was me if I had shown up in all my glory.

And then I thought I'm not going to share with people that God is my guide, because they're going to think I really think a lot of myself. If God is my guide, like that, they're going to think, Oh, doesn't she have delusions of grandeur or something like that? So I didn't share. And then in the final piece. You were to ask your guide's name, and I got the name Ariel, and I thought, Oh, great.

Everybody else is probably going to have somebody really cool and I got the little mermaid like that sounds, and. So then our teacher asked us to share with the rest of the class who we got as a guide. I wasn't going to share my living horses because I didn't think that was allowed. I wasn't going to share that God was my guide because I thought people would think, who does she think she is having God as her guide?

But in fact, probably lots of people have God, whomever they, whatever name you use as a guide. And certainly I've been. In my mind, talking with God all my life and receiving guidance there all my life. So I shared the name Ariel and my teacher said, Oh, Archangel Ariel, the angel of animals and the environment and nature. And I was like, Oh, I had no idea that was an angel. And I've always been all about animals and nature and the environment. And it just made perfect sense.

So I love the fact that. If you'd like to know about working with a guide, you can and I think you can also choose a guide as well if you're not sure who your guide is. And maybe we'll talk about that a little bit. How do you find guides can help us deepen our connection with Reiki and help us with healing? What have you noticed?

And that's true too. But I do a lot of times it's about how we can heal our boundaries, our layers so that we can access those higher states of consciousness. And then also your point to your living horses being your guides, because that is one of the things that I have found really fascinating is that when we think of. Guides, I think, other than animals, I think we think of guides as these kind of ancient beings, but really you can have.

Guides that are recent, we've had people that have had guides that have come in from the future. And so just not putting any of that, those limitations on who your guides may be that you that you can, have them from, maybe they're still alive, or maybe that they have just recently passed. And they can be a guide to I know one of my clients has Ram Dass as their guide. And he passed not too long ago, just a few years ago. And that was one of those things that was expansive around it.

Is that, oh, I can have guides that are recent or even living like your horses

Also. Yeah, I do think that there is, especially in the beginning, a level of choice of who you can have to be your guide that if you're, not only in the beginning, but if you're unsure how to connect in, or maybe there's not somebody that's coming to you or something, let's say, Yeah. But you've in your life, you've been connected talk your whole life and it's shown in important ways through your whole life.

And so as you're going through this process, that that, yeah, choose to have Hawk as one of your spirit guides that's absolutely, or an angel that you might have been connected to your whole life, that you can have them as your spirit guides as well. I love

Having an entity there just to use, to, to use a word like that is easy, to, to describe to have an entity there for some reason helps me drop my boundaries even further. I don't have all of my healing work. I don't have all of my answers come through a guide necessarily, but I have a lot of it because I am able to go into the place of here's my question. Help me get out of my own way because that's really a lot of it and help me answer this question. What should I do?

What decision should I make? How can I have this healing? It also helps me as a practitioner because my guides, I use my guides as a practitioner too. So for me, what it does is it really helps that process. It helps me move more into my own trust and I trust the Reiki energy. Absolutely. Like when I am in a Reiki session, there is nothing that I feel like I could come across that would feel uncomfortable. It might feel uncomfortable, but nothing that I couldn't handle.

Whether it's a question I don't know how to answer. And even if sometimes the answers, I'm just not sure how to answer that makes me feel confident in that if there's, maybe even like a spirited attachment that I come across. I, I trust in the Reiki energy so absolutely. And I feel that trust has come through this idea that I have spirit guides to help me.

And that's how it has really deepened my Reiki practice is and deepened my relationship with the Reiki energy on top of my own personal experiences that are in the same vein that my guides, I can call them in for anything that I could possibly ever need, and I don't know why it is that I needed kind of that outside perspective to help me to get to that place. But what it has caused by having that outside perspective is actually deepened my relationship with the energy of reiki and deepened that.

I don't question anything around it or with it because I know that the Reiki energy is always going to take care of it, even if it's taking care of it through a guide. I love that.

You're calling it that divine being, whether it's a divine animal, because I do work with divine animal guides. A divine person, the human is an animal, as we kept being reminded as we were creating animal Reiki. And so I just love that we have that to call on. So if there's somebody that would like to connect with their Reiki guides, How

There's another one that we have on our YouTube there's. From a sh a shamonic perspective, there are ways that you can meet them through sound, like through drum or rattle or even sound bulls. So there's a lot of it that's through intention. So if you're going to go into a Reiki space even through self reiki there's a lot of it that's about intention.

You setting your intention to meet your reiki guides and Some people might have experienced it in a Reiki class, I know that it's a it's one that comes through in the attunement process, especially in Holy Fire where you're in that kind of inner experience. But through all Reiki attunement processes, they can meet a guide or different healing experiences in a Reiki class that you can meet a guide so that's another common place that. people will meet them.

Sometimes they'll just come to people spontaneously or you might set an intention through self Reiki that, oh, okay. I want to meet a guide and maybe it doesn't come in that moment, but somewhere along the line, there's a guide that comes through maybe something that's showing up a lot in real life or in other experiences. You can also go to practitioners.

To ask for a Reiki guide, that would be something that you would want to make sure the practitioner, that's their style of practice, that's something that they want to do. I know for me, it's been through mostly through Reiki journey techniques that I meet with my guides. I have, I have all sorts of guides. So I have a main few that I work with, but then I'll have guides that come in for different purposes.

Like when we were doing the animal Reiki, it was the divine animal kingdom and Jaguar through that process was a really big piece of it for me helping. Me navigate that process. And right now, like I'll have Jaguar come through from time to time, but it's not like a, one of my main guides. But if I'm, as a practitioner, I am doing spirit release. This one was actually a little surprising to me but I actually use Jesus as a spirit release guide because he's really great at that work.

Yes. And I wouldn't consider myself normally to work within kind of that belief system, but, at the same time, holy fire has healed so much of that piece within me that I yeah, that I am like Colleen actually said, she's Try Jesus for the spirit release piece and have him do the work. And so he completely does that work for me. Him and Reiki, they completely do that work for me.

And that's again, one of those places that I just find such a deep level of trust, because if there's anything that like, what is this, or I don't know what to do with this, or, there's an attachment here, I'd just be like, come on in. Come look after it for me. Not coming from me, it's coming through and it's coming through him, like just come on in and do this work and there's a relationship there.

Because of that, but then when I'm doing my own work, it's not to say that I wouldn't have him come in if there's an attachment that needs to be released but I have my own kind of personal team of guides that includes animals for some for some things. It includes also like beings, ascended masters. So many different things like, there can be gods and goddesses, there can be ascended masters, there can be animals. So there's a fairies god.

So there's a lot of different a lot of different infinite possibilities as far as your guides. So when I'm doing my own work, that's a different kind of my main team around that. And most of the time, if I'm doing sessions for others, that's who I have around me. They might have their own guides but that's who I'm going to have with me. They're not always doing the work unless there's a very specific thing that they do the work for.

Normally, it's just with the Reiki energy that is that I'm utilizing, I might ask them a question or maybe there's a certain thing that comes up that they need to help with, but the Reiki energy is doing the work even as a practitioner. So there's a variety of things

But I find that a bigger piece with my own subtle, like I need to get out of the way. And then other times I don't even have questions. They just come in and they're like, this is what you're going to be doing. Or this is the healing that you need, or this is your gift and talent or your empowerment that you have that you, that we're healing the layers that are covering that. And so other times they're directing me rather than me.

Just Asking the questions and they'll come in a big way and help me in those times, too.

And I remember this was in would have learned Reiki in 2010. So this was in 2013, three years later, and Thinking I'm not going to get a different guide. I'm working with Ariel, Archangel Ariel, and God, it doesn't get any better than that. So I was absolutely gobsmacked when I got three new guides that I was told, yeah, you're going to be working with Archangel Michael, Jesus, and Quan Yin now, and, as going through that attunement process. And I will say that I actually initially.

Probably resisted working with Jesus the most, just because I still had some unhealed, you too, unhealed religious trauma, and I got behind Archangel Michael, I didn't really understand Quan Yin as well, I knew all three were there, but I probably had the most dialogue and interaction with Archangel Michael. And then a few years later.

In 2015, when I studied Holy Fire the first time, Archangel Michael and Kuan Yin said, we're going to leave you with Jesus now because you need to get to know how he works and how he does things. And I was still resisting it. But fortunately when Holy Fire 3 came in, It fortunately, the holy fire did help heal my religious trauma. And now I just love working with Jesus. And of course, since at my horses have always been there, but also since we did the animal Reiki work.

I also have some divine animals that show up and I have a whole team of angels. If it can. It can shift depending on what's happening and often when I'm working with. someone else in a session, their guides are there. And I think that a lot of times their guides drop them into my classes or my sessions, they help us connect. And so anyway, it's such a fascinating thing. Can they help with things like, do you think burnout self doubt blocks in the energy flow?

Do you think they can assist when things like that show up?

And the working with other guides, other people's guides that aren't my own, but I'm happy to commune with them in that session for them. You learn so much. It's because it's outside of your own perspective.

And so they're going to have these Perspectives and healing and revealing all of these things that you wouldn't have encountered without working in that space with somebody else, which is also in general why I love sessions for others, but working with God guides that are, that are, you would have never, and some that I didn't even know existed. And then it turns out it's this deity from, this other spiritual path or belief system or religion.

And you're like, Oh, it's just so endlessly fascinating. It really is. Isn't it? It really is. Yeah. And it's healing for you as well, because you do just learn so much. So much more from them, but I do think that is one of the places that guides help us personally. The most is that, as I said before, they just help you to get out of your own way. And that is what I think we need the most, like that, remembering that we are all divine light inside.

That we are all that God spark within and that we are the same as our spirit guides. Like our light is the same as their light. They're just coming to us from a different place. They've chosen to stay in the realm that they're in. And we've chosen to come here into this realm. But when you take off our human suits, we are that same light and our guides help us to remember that and to heal the places.

The blocks, the limiting beliefs, the trauma from this lifetime or past lifetimes or ancestral history, it helps us to heal that so that we can get closer and closer to remembering that light inside, which is also our authentic self, like who we came here before, who we are and who we came in as before all of these things covered that from. Our own view.

And I think that's really where the guides that outside perspective because It is so much harder many times to know that for ourselves, then it's how you hear would you talk to yourself the same way you would talk to a friend, right? So they're that friend that is talking to us and helping us to know that within ourselves to helping us to remember that within ourselves. So that we can move closer and closer to our most divine self to our most authentic self as well. I love

Such as the angels, Jesus Kwan Yin, some of those other ones from all different spiritual perspectives around the world that we know are enlightened beings. So if they come through. You're going to know that they're enlightened beings divine animal kingdom, those kinds of things. I would say the few times that I've seen confusion around this is the just trying to think of how to word this is, I'm actually going to rephrase this.

So there are a few things that you can look for a guide that may not be enlightened. There's like... Symptoms or warning, warning signs or yeah, exactly distinguishing characteristics. I would say the biggest thing that you can look for is that they have jealousy in a way, like I, as I said earlier, I work with Jesus for in a certain capacity, but he's not part of my main team for my own work, unless there's.

He's not jealous that I may not see him for a while and that I only call him in for spirit attachment work. Like he's not I haven't seen you in forever or wait, you're only going to use me for this. There's none of that because he's completely enlightened. He doesn't have duality. So there's none of those lower frequencies within him.

And so that's one of the biggest places that you can find that if there's a guide that is has that level of duality, it's not to say that they don't have the enlightened side of them, they do, they may also, but they're not in those really higher realms where there only is the enlightened energy, there is no duality. So there's no lower frequencies in those. Those realms. So that's one of the biggest places that you can see that I noticed that

They just want your best interest. And it would be. threatening, do this or else. And she recognized that they were lower frequency guides. I don't know that she ever did change them. I'm not sure. I hope so, but

And it's not to say that I'm just going to use Jesus as the example because it's an easy one. It's not to say you should be doing it this way because it's your best interest. But like your example of you should do it this way

Yeah. But again, I don't want to hierarchical on it because I know that people have different relationships with their guides and then the way that they work with them. But I will say from my own perspective of not only work for myself, but teaching this work and being a practitioner of this work, that working with those non dual really high frequency guides. And then, we call them up the third heaven or third level of consciousness or higher where there's no duality is.

It's a lot easier way to go. It is. You never have to worry about that duality, you just

And then, Jesus come in and he was like, and the spirit attachment was like, wait, I'm not this enlightened being that's like doing right by this person. And because there was definitely those kind of dual lower vibration messages, they're like how you described it. And Then it released easily because Jesus took it into the light where it was going to transmute and actually become an enlightened guide.

And so maybe there was one other time, but that's the really the one where the person was really working with it, that it turned out to be actually. a spirit attachment. So can happen, but very rarely, very

And

Through Reiki energy, you're going to be connected to enlightened ones. So you're doing this work. Don't worry about that. I was like, maybe it even brought it up. Maybe not.

It's like there's past, present and future, not even getting into dimensions,

And so how that all works is I think a part of it is also for people to explore for themselves and come to their own inner truth about how that works. What my perspective or perception of it, I should say, what my perception of it is that You have to remember the idea of infinity, have to remember that this is it that's infinite. Once you get into these higher realms, and in that is. There's infinite possibilities with it.

And so yeah, Jesus can be working with you at the same time as he's working with me. I've questioned how I can work with, I don't work with my grandma as a guide, but she is a, as like a spirit guide in that way. But I, I visit her, I ask her for advice or she'll come in for different reasons, right? When I'm. in this Reiki space or this Reiki journey space. How does that work? If she's also incarnating into a different lifetime, like, how does that work?

And so there's some of these like really big perspectives that these really big ideas about consciousness and time that I think is A really fun and fascinating topic to explore for each of us to also have our own perspective around. What I do know is that just from experience and like proof, because I all of us can have different experience of Jesus in the same journey. Or when we were writing the animal Reiki no novel, the animal reiki manual.

Sometimes it felt like a novel, but No, just kidding. Oh, just a lot of work. Yeah. The manual. And we would wor be working with the divine animal kingdom in four different journeys at the same time. And many times having a very similar animal come in, especially horse, because it was such a big part of our process. And how does that work? How does Jesus come to all of us? I know that he does because I've experienced it.

And, seeing isn't believing a scene or, that, that thing that I've just, I just know it's truth because I've just experienced it so many different times. But what's always interesting is that because we each have our own lens, that 8 billion realities, he comes to us in different ways and he comes to us with different messages and even different kind of personality and different work that he does for each of us.

And I think that's a part of like how, again, How each of us, what each of us need to get to that remembering, like you might need a different sentence or different healing than what I need getting us each to that place, getting us each to that same place, which is that remembering of our divine light inside. I love

You probably, or maybe are an archangel or something like that. You've probably always been fascinated or St. Francis or whomever. You've probably always been very interested and you probably have been working. With this enlightened being as a guide, even though you may have been under unaware of it. Is there anything else you would like to add Robin before we go into meditation today?

What do you have to teach me? All of those kinds of questions, don't be afraid to go in and ask. It's okay, like you don't always have to just wait for it to show you. Although sometimes that's what you're guided to do, no pun intended, sometimes that's what you just do and that's okay too, but you don't necessarily have to wait. I think that's something that people get.

Hung up on that they, or I shouldn't say hung up on, but may not know that they can just go in and they can go in and have a dialogue, ask these questions, ask questions of them that you may not have thought, Oh, I can just ask that that's a big unlearning, I think for many of us.

And again, when we take off our human suits and we get into those higher levels of consciousness, we are all, we're all one. We're all infinite love. We're all divine love inside. And so are these spirit guides and they love you. They love you so much. And that's the thing to really remember is that they just have. An infinite amount of love for you. And that is one of the things that I love connecting in with them about because they remind me of that. Thank you. You have infinite love for me.

I am infinite love within and we, and I have infinite love for you. Like they, they can, they connect us into that really deep place of love. Oh, what a beautiful

And I love your idea of spending, sending Reiki to it and then maybe doing it again. Just allow your experience to be what it is. I'm going to guide you through the majority of it, but I'm also going to let you have a little bit of time and silence to have your own inner experience. Thank you. Just going to

And as you breathe out, just start letting go of any busyness or anything that you have to do later. And just bring yourself right here, right now, connect in with that heart space. And feel the enlightened energy, just turning on all of those enlightened parts of you at divine light within growing brighter and brighter. The illumined ones are standing in a circle around you and in the space that you're in and filling the whole space with love and light and Reiki energy and shining it on you.

And you just breathe it in, as you know that your light is the same as their light. Imagine now that it's a beautiful day, it's warm and sunny, the beauty of the earth surrounds you. Up ahead of you is a beautiful bridge of light filled with illumined beings, and you decide that you'd like to cross over the bridge. Do you walk through the colors of red and orange? Yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet, they fill you and activate your divine colors within colors of creation.

And you cross over the bridge as you step to the other side. You find yourself in the most extraordinary place. All there is love here. You find yourself in the third heaven, the third level of consciousness. There's a path leading along the river, the bridge crossed over, and you decide that you would like to follow the path along the river, so you begin to follow it. Divine animal kingdom is here, drinking of the waters, these are the primordial waters of creation.

The sun is reflecting off the waters, creating beautiful sparkles. You come to a place. The river bends and there's a pool water here and you decide that you would like to step into the pool. It's warm and comfortable and you wade further into the water and this extraordinary peace just overcomes your entire being. You spend a moment.

Letting go here, the river of life, the light of Reiki is shining down upon you into your heart from the highest sources of consciousness, filling your entire body, and here in the river, you let go of anything that is ready to be let go of today as you are going to meet Your spirit guide, any culturally created beliefs or limiting beliefs, any blocks or cords or attachments that need to be let go, any trauma from this lifetime, past lifetimes, ancestral history, and they all just go into the

water, any oaths or vows or promises. It melts off of you into the river. The river carries them from you and for you into the light, there to be heard or listened to or healed. The Reiki energy just transmutes them into love and you take a long drink of the waters, cup your hands and take a long drink and the waters fill you with life force and vitality and fill those spaces that you have just let go of and you step out of the river and onto the riverbank and up ahead of you.

There's a great gathering of illumined ones beautiful beans of the light, and they invite you to join them, and so you step into the center of the circle. And you see now that there are so many different kinds of illumined ones here, divine animals, ascended masters, angels, gods or goddesses, beings. You could be trees or plants or sacred geometry here, allow the possibilities of this circle to be infinite.

And you spend a moment here as they shine their light on you and as you open your heart and receive, receive their light and their love, the light of Reiki shines down upon you and the entire circle of these being. And you ask. Or you choose who would like to be my spirit guide, who is my spirit guide, or if you already know your guides, they spend time with you here in this circle. And as you spend some time in your own inner experience, your spirit guide or multiple spirit guides.

Step forward and present themselves to you. Spend some time now and receive. These Beings of the Light are here for you to connect in with at any time. And so you thank the circle of these Illumined Ones for this incredible blessing that you, they have given you and the blessing that you give them. And your guides, walk with them. Start to walk back to the bridge of light with you guide or your guides.

They follow you as you follow the path back to the bridge of light and you start to cross back over the bridge and your guides come with you. They are within their infinite possibilities to remain in the illumined realms, the divine realms, as well as Come back to you to hear the physical realm and back with you. And so you step on to the bridge of light and walk through the colors again, violet and indigo.

The blue and the green, the yellow and the orange and the red, and you come back here, the first heaven, the physical realm, your guides are here with you too. They are here for you, however you need to work with them. They are here for you in your daily life. If you need to call them in and a challenging or a joyful experience, if you need guidance, advice.

You just need empowerment, whatever capacity you may need, whether it's your daily life or within, in your Reiki practice, whatever that looks like. These guides love you and they are here for you. And so you say thank you to them for being a part of this beautiful experience and this practice moving from here, say thank you. And you say thank you to all of the illumined ones that have.

Gathered here that we're a part of this for you say thank you to Reiki for just providing us with these amazing experiences and healing and reviewing to say thank you to the teachers and the ancestors that have come before you and the students and the descendants that will come after. We're so grateful to be in a lineage of light bringers and now just place your hands on your heart space. Thank you.

Look inside and say thank you to you, how beautiful you are, what love you are and how much you care. These guides are here within your heart, all around you, that beautiful communion and relationship. Thank you as above, so below and within. And so it is. So when you're ready, you can come fully back in and open your eyes.
