Depression, suicide, and other mental health issues are sky rocketing within the Recruitment Industry.  Rhonda D'Ambrosio, Founder of https://www.mentalhealthinrecruitment.org/, talks fighting the stigma of mental health in the Recruitment Industry, and what WE can do to help! She's worked in the industry for 23 years and as an advocate for mental health support in the recruitment workplace since 2013.  Through her not for profit she has launched a global Mental Health survey for Recruiters of all levels.
