David Perry enlightens us about his career and all the obstacles he has gone through to get where he is today. As the CEO and managing partner of the Perry-Martel International Inc, he has a different view on the world and says that the goal in an executive search isn’t to find the best talent currently looking for work, or at least it shouldn’t be. What it should be: finding the best talent, period. And here lies the recruiting challenge: the best talent isn’t looking for work often. They already have jobs – good jobs.
