Is Fear and it’s parallel counterparts all negative? What can we learn from our fear and anger, or our doubts and anxieties? We just came off of D-Day and that can be a scary place to be, so let’s process what you’re feeling and how to use those emotions to recognize our goodness and our capacity to keep fighting.
