My severe anxiety about death has to be one of the hardest things I have experienced in my life. I don't think anyone can understand it unless you have been through something similar.

Your mind is feeding you horrible thoughts all day long, making you suffer to the point of no sleep and you have feel like you have no control over it. I hope this episode lets you know that you're not alone and if you know anyone who is going through the same things, send them this.
