From Crisis to Control: Owning the Debt and Becoming the Bank in Real Estate Deals with Robert Napolitano

Robert Napolitano is a real estate expert with over 22 years of experience in real estate investing and mortgage banking. He experienced personal bankruptcy during the subprime crisis of 2008-2009 and went to law school to become a paralegal to prepare for the crisis. He trained attorneys on mortgage-backed securities and became an expert witness for foreclosure defense. He discovered flaws in the banking system and founded a fund to buy loans from banks, eventually becoming the bank in real estate deals and allowing investors to participate. His goal is to help homeowners stay in their homes and create wealth for investors in the face of inflation and poor leadership.
