Meet Kristine Hofer Næss. She is the Chief Customer Officer at Amesto and she is located in beautiful Oslo, Norway.  Kristine is customer obsessed, a very good thing since most companies strive to build a customer obsessed culture and would not survive without paying customers. We will talk about the Customer Experience program Kristine built and how Amesto are gathering feedback from customers to make data driven decisions.

 

She has previous experience from tech giant Microsoft and also started the network “ODA”. ODA is the leading meeting place for women in tech in the Nordics with more than 10.000 members and more than 50 strategic partners across various industries.
