In this episode we get to hear the incredible life story of Mon Kramer. Mon (they/them) is a licensed real estate agent in Philadelphia. They founded Move with Pride to create a safer space for folks of all genders, sexualities, and family structures to buy and sell homes with confidence -- because everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and celebrated through this intimate process.
In their free time, Mon serves on the Board of Directors at their Reform synagogue in Philadelphia and on the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors Diversity Committee.
They also love to travel and explore the vegan food scene.
