下半年已經在日本比了幾場賽事，規劃好一直到年底的賽事。去年本來雄心壯志挑戰在墾丁舉班的IRONMAN 70.3，結果只能帶著扭傷的腳踝參戰，今年決定再挑戰一次！墾丁賽道連日本選手也都說漂亮，當然要能欣賞，訓練一定不能少，本集節目也給大家一些訓練上的建議！
