This is meant to be a conversation where we share what prompted us to go to therapy, how we found our therapists, and when we started noticing “results”.
Just a friendly reminder these are just our experiences and we realize they do not represent the wide array of experiences folks have with therapy. Our intention is to simply share what this was like for us in hopes to inspire a dialogue with the people in your life and demystify the therapy experience.
