She received her formal education in human resource management at Cardinal Stritch University and health care management at the University of Central Florida. Mary is a member of the Women's Health Leadership Trust (TRUST), Minnesota Medical Group Management Association (MMGMA), Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA), and Healthcare Human Resources Association of Minnesota (HHRAM).
