Welcome back to the Pure Possibilities podcast . This week , I want to share with you answers to the most common question that is asked of me , and that is where do I begin ?
If you're feeling miserable , unhappy , disconnected , feeling like you want something to be a little bit different , that your life isn't looking quite the way you want it to , you would like to create a little more self-love in your life or even start to like yourself a little bit more , or learn how to navigate things going on in your life that are out of your
control . I would ask that you tune in every day this week . So what's going to happen is a little mini series called when Do we Begin . I had recorded an episode last week and I haven't aired it and it wasn't quite the message that I was wanting to get across , and so I just kind of like put it aside and went on with my week .
And then I was doing my yoga practice the other night and it came to me that I needed to do a mini series because this is so important , you are so important that we need to break it down a little bit , and one of the most important things to me is offering you action steps to actually make some moves and do some things to move yourself forward , to feel
better about yourself , to feel better about your life , to reconnect to yourself , and I want you to feel as good as I do every single day , and I'm going to share some of those tips with you . I mean , I'm asked all the time like , how is your energy so high ? Why are you so happy ?
You know , and it's energy and vibration and our frequency , and when we can tune into all of that , it changes everything , and so I'm going to offer some ideas for you this week .
So , please come prepared each day when you tune in with some paper , something to write with , and if you're listening while you drive , please come back and listen again and honor yourself .
Honor yourself with action , make yourself a priority and make time to tune in , and not just tune in to what I'm saying , but feel it in your body , and we're going to help you feel better when you're feeling miserable in your life and all of your relationships , or even maybe there's just a couple of areas that you feel like you would like to have a little
bit different . I just want to remind you that it all starts with you and making yourself a priority . That's not always a popular opinion , but when we show up for ourselves and pour into ourselves , we better show up for the people in our lives .
So get ready to do a little bit of a deep dive this week , and if you have any friends that you feel like could benefit from this , please share the podcast with them . You don't have to do anything other than listen in on your favorite platform and be prepared and be open . Everything I say may not resonate with you , and that's okay .
I'm just offering tips and ideas that have worked for me , and even some of the things that have worked for me . I mean , I've learned it from other people , but I've tweaked them to work for me . So this is your journey , this is your life , and you get to decide . You get to decide what action you're going to take .
You get to decide what you want to do , and we're finishing up the first year of 2024 . After I made the decision to do this mini-series , I looked back and I looked at the two most popular episodes that have aired so far . The first one is how do you want to feel this year ?
And the second was I see you , and that was a beautiful validation for me that this is exactly what we need to do . We need to have those action steps to move forward , and you don't go from feeling unhappy and miserable to oh my gosh , life is amazing and exciting and fabulous . There are steps in between . You don't just make that jump .
So let's work together to take a couple of steps and move you forward and help you create some harmony in your life and some peace , calm and joy , and we're going to do it together . So I'm excited about this , and I hope you are too . So get ready to do some work this week and I look forward to being with you every day this week .
