Whether you want to lose weight, compete in a race, gain lean mass, you have to exercise consistently! And if you want to work out consistently, it’s key that you make your workouts as convenient as possible: The more convenient working out is, the more likely you are to do it. Sounds so easy and simple right?    In the same sentence we often ask ourselves why it is so hard to get results in a day and age where you can literally download weight loss programs off the internet for free and where you can follow someone’s diet and exercise plan on Instagram post-by-post but I am telling you it's SO MUCH more than this day & age living.    I share with all my clients, "If it was easy then everyone would be doing it therefore we need to buckle down as a team, get educated and motivated to obtain your goals.
