Episode description

We are all a balance of Yin and Yang energy - two natural, complementary and contradictory forces in our universe, with qualities that oppose each other while at the same time complement each other.  Feminine energy is yin, receptive, gentle, intuitive, and fulfilling. Masculine energy is yang, active, fast, fierce, emptying, goal-oriented and focused. But a balance of both energies allows us to be harmonious within. In this episode with model-photographer, yoga teacher and TCM student Hideo Muraoka, we learn about how important it is to find balance in our yin and yang energies to live a whole and healthy life.
