Speaker 1

Today is the day that the Lord has made. Let's rejoice and be glad in it. How do you doing? Friends, Welcome this morning show with Preston Scott. Great to be with you this morning. It is Tuesday, November fifth, Show number fifty two sixty nine, Day thirteen eighty two of America held hostage. I will remind you that today we can put an end date on those numbers. Today we can put a definite end of the hostage crisis of this country. We can end it on January nineteenth, twenty

twenty five. Anyway, let's begin with some scripture. We've been reading out a Psalm one forty six, picking up in verse five. Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord, his God, who made heaven and earth, the sea and all that is in them, who keeps faith forever, who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry. The Lord sets the prisoners free. The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. The Lord lifts up those who are

bowed down. The Lord loves the righteous. Stop there, that'll do. I can't stress the importance of voting unless you're voting for Kama, just stay home. No, really, just no, because if you're a Christian, you can no more support those who are part of an organization that believes in killing babies, normalizing child mutilation, gender transition. You can't stand with that. You're better off just staying home.

Speaker 2

You know.

Speaker 1

I got to thinking about this because I was probably the first person probably in the country twenty plus years ago, telling you that you can't be a Christian and be a Democrat. Those are two incompatible things. You just you can't be. I got into a really strong fight with a local politician on that Sitting at a table having a conversation, this candidate wanted to have a chat. So I oblige this candidate. I said, here's where you're wrong.

He said, oh, I totally. I said, well, you can argue with me, you can't argue with what God's word says. And so while there are Democrats that certainly do not believe in unrestricted abortion and do not believe that abortion is generally the right answer, the fact of the matter is you're a member of an organization that does so it doesn't matter. And as I repeatedly say, it doesn't mean that you have to be a member of any political party certainly wouldn't say, well, you ought to be

a Republican. I will simply tell you that while there are really bad Republicans out there, there are as an organization. They don't believe in things that dishonor God and attack God's word and God's values. And I know that's a little strong to start today, but Ghana, it's election day and you need to think about some of this stuff because I really believe that there's a I can't say voting Democrat determines your eternal place in heaven or hell,

because that's not my decision, that's God's. I can tell you it's incompatible. It's incompatible. You can argue all the day long with me, you can't argue with God's word and what it says, period and topic. Over ten past the hour, it's the morning show at Preston Scott.

Speaker 3

It's the Preston Scott Ship.

Speaker 1

Listeners already emailing me. It feels as though the whole country's waiting on the results of a pregnancy test. We either get a healthy baby boy or the daughter of Satan. Well, okay, Trump's not without his shortcomings, but the comparisons you can't compare. It's just you have a chance or you are pretty much committed to the path of socialism and the total decline and fall. I had a really long chat with God this morning on the way in about all this.

And when I pray, I just I sometimes have a conversation and I will pause and try to discern what I sense God's saying, knowing that God will never ever, ever, ever, never ever say anything that's contrary to what scripture says. And so for example, there's over the years, I've had couples where one of them said, you know, I'm praying about divorce, and I'm like, well, is there unfaithfulness?

Speaker 4

No?

Speaker 1

Is their abuse? No? What are you praying for? You're inviting Satan in the middle of your prayer life. There's nothing to pray about. You don't need to be praying about. Whether you need to be praying that you get your heart right and your spouse gets their heart right. It's nothing to pray about. Praying about certain things is just an invitation for Satan to mislead you, for you to be totally and completely left for stupid in what scripture says God. God doesn't need you to pray about certain

things that his word is abundantly clear about. They're just certain things you don't need to pray about. God's word says it. So if you're wondering, sometimes, well I just don't feel a released that's such such Christian ease. I don't feel a released to do. God's silent because his

words telling you what to do. Anyway, I was really praying for our nation have been, but I was really praying for our nation the day and acknowledging that we are choosing among humans, and humans are broken people with shortcomings. And so what you then go to as you say, well, okay, which of the candidates is most likely since they're all fall short like we all do, who's most likely to stand for the things that God loves? Who's going to

be in my lane? As a pastor that was on, Glenn Beck said, I didn't ask the Republican Party or Donald Trump or anybody else into my heart. I ask Jesus into my heart. If a candidate steps into the lane that I occupy with christ cool, they're going to get my support. And that's where the Democrat Party is lost. They can't step into God's lane, and I know that offends some of you. That's okay. I'm okay with that because proverb says to be a friend, you have to

be willing to lose the friendship. That's what a true friend is. A true friend is willing to risk the friendship. I'm willing to risk losing you as a friend to tell you the truth before God. The Democrat Party cannot walk in God's lane. Kamala Harris can fool herself all the day long, that's what she's doing. And followers who claim to know Jesus and support the things that the

Democrat Party, You're just You're foolish. I'm not perfect, no person is, but I'm not overtly aligning myself with organizations that are anti God so quickly. This date in history, it's November fourth, eighteen sixty two. Frustrated by the Union troops lack of success, Abraham Lincoln removes George McClellan from command of the Army of the Potomac. Eighteen eighty nine. Wyoming citizens approved the state constitution graining full voting rights

to women eighteen eighty nine. Ahead of the game nineteen twelve, Woodrow Wilson defeats incumbent Howard William Howard Taft and former President Theodore Roosevelt to become the twenty eighth US president. Nineteen sixty six, Everett Alvarez begins month twenty eight of what would be one hundred and two months as a POW in North Vietnam. In ninety four, former President Ronald Reagan announces he has Alzheimer's. So there you go. This state in history. Seventeen passed the Hourur come back with

a almost moment twenty two minutes past the hour. Election day. Polls open in most of Florida and the and most of the Eastern time zone of the United States in thirty eight minutes. Here we go. Buckle up, kiddos. Well, we'll have plenty of time to talk about that. We're gonna take a bunch of calls today if you want to talk.

Speaker 4

I have.

Speaker 1

Booked everything to other days. Today's wide open. We'll have congress Woman kat Camick with us probably next week. She's doing her last minute campaigning. She was with Trump last night and she's she's gonna be back in her district this morning doing a breakfast. And so said, absolutely, we can. We can move her to another day. I'd love to get her reaction. She's gonna win. She's gonna win reelection

very handily. And that's good. But yesterday, at this time, we talked about Frederick Chopin and a piece of music that was found in a file. It's manuscript at the Morgan Library and Museum in New York City. No one had ever known it was there. It's just four by five inches, similar to other manuscripts. They think it was attend intended as a gift. Anyway, it's been found and uncovered. I asked Marvin Gold. I said something yesterday, and Marvin sent me a recorded piece of music, and I thought

it was it, but it wasn't. He simply took Chopin's style and just quickly played something that he thought resembled Chopin. Now, what's interesting about all this is that I want you to, just for the sake of just giggles sort of kind of, here's here's what Marvin sent me, which was just created based on his knowledge of Frederick Chopin's music and style. Pay attention to the style, all right, So that's what

Marvin sends me. He was listening and I said, okay, was that the and he said no, no, no, no, I just that was just inspired by the music of Chopin. I was like, okay, so you just pulled that out of your brain. Wow. So I sent him the sheet music and he said, I don't really have time to try to decipher that and rewrite it, but I did find someone who had time with the sheet music. And so here is what that Chopin piece sounds like. I want you to notice how the style compares to what

Marvin did. Same kind of melancholy feel to it, sort of dark tones. Marvin's then lightened up. This is the actual piece of music. Here we go, see it lightens up. Fascinating to hear, isn't it discovered nearly two hundred years after his death. I believe to have been written sometime between eighteen ten and eighteen forty nine, which is when he died. So there you have it, Marvin, Thank you for doing what you did. A lot of fun and I would have loved to have heard you play this,

to be honest with you, I really would have. But cool comparison, isn't it. Twenty seven past the hour, back with the big stories in the press box, and we'll set up our phone segments for the rest of the Show and so forth.

Speaker 3

The Morning Show with Preston Scott on News Radio one hundred point SEVENBUFLA.

Speaker 1

All right, the the polls in most of Florida open up in twenty three minutes. I don't if you've ever seen the the original Mortal Kombat movie. It has begun, is what we'll be saying at seven o'clock. It is Mortal Kombat. It is the determination of mankind's destiny, at least as as we play a role in it. God ultimately has to say. But we have a role, We play a part. And so to that end, seven o'clock, we'll take phone calls. And here's how I've got it structured.

With the exception of the manly minute, I'm willing to take calls all hour, same thing in the eight of clock hour. I'm willing to take calls all morning. And I want to know this. You're welcome to share how you're voting, how you're voting on the state constitutional amendments, if you're inside Florida, how you're voting on presidential races. I don't care about local I don't care about state president and constitutional amendments. That's it. That's all I care about.

Obviously I care about other things, but not for the purposes of discussion for the broader audience, because even people that listen outside of Florida are interested in the state constitutional amendments on abortion in marijuana. What's Florida going to do? You're going to buy the lies or not. So we'll take calls and you can just share what you think will happen. You can be nostradamus if you like, when the smoke clears, who's going to be president? Love to

hear your thoughts. You've heard mine for twenty some odd years, and you certainly have heard mine on this since Joe Biden was installed as resident of the United States. He's never been president. If you think Joe Biden's been calling the shots, you are living in fools paradise. Joe has been a puppet since he got put in the in The reason he was given the nomination is because he was going to be a puppet, because he's compromised. He's a corrupt man. He's a corrupt, evil man, and they

know that and they own him. And the thing to remember about Kamala is when people had a chance to vote on her, vote for her in the twenty twenty race among Democrats when if he had the campaign on what she truly believed, she was the first person out. If only you knew what was going on here in the studios. When I say something, Jose's in there with

about a second delay, repeating me with emphasis. So when I when I say, Kamalo is the first person out behind the scenes in the other room, you Josees going out the first person. Well, I watched that in twenty the Democratic thingy.

Speaker 3

I watched it.

Speaker 1

I think I got a brain tumor because I sat through through. The primary reason I watched it, We watched the thingy uch to sing you, thank you. We've got big stories to talk about, and I'll get to those, but I just this can be a relaxed morning. There's enough stress in the day. We're not gonna well, I can't say we won't add to it, but well, if we do add to the stress, we'll do it with a little style. How about that, with maybe a smile on the face and a laugh to go along with it.

Forty one past the hour, It's the Morning Show with Preston Scott.

Speaker 3

My News Radio one hundred point seven Double UFLA.

Speaker 1

Big Stories in the press box this morning. I'll be it a moment or two or seven. Late New York Times Tech union goes on strike one day before the election. They've left us no choice but to demonstrate the power of our labor on the picket line. Oh yeah, I'll be honest with you. Whoever decided that one brilliant. Here's the problem, though, you got about a one day window, two days max at that point. If the Times just

says screw it, you're in trouble. If the Times bows because it's election time and we need you, We need you to provide you know what you do for us to do what we do. I love it. We mentioned this briefly yesterday. There's just there's a lot to this story. Lorne Michaels in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he, of course, Lorne Michaels is the guy who runs Saturday Night Live. It's his baby, has been forever confirmed that

he would. He had not reached out to presidential candidates Donald Trump Kamala Harris to make an appearance before election day, and does not plan to quoting you can't bring the actual people who are running on the program because of election laws and equal time provisions. You can't have main candidates without having all the candidates. There are lots of minor candidates that are on the ballot as well in like three states and becomes really complicated. But they did it.

They put her on. So here's the question, who's responsible? How did it happen? I told you yesterday Kamala is the vice resident. She goes with a full Secret Service attachment. There is not one chance in a billion they didn't know she was coming. This was not a last minute decision. They don't make last minute decisions in New York City for presidential candidates with secret Service protection. That doesn't happen. So what happened, Well, it's violation of equal time law.

So NBC tried to get ahead of it, and they allowed Trump to air a sixty second or so message on a NASCAR race and an NFL game on Sunday, no comparison. First of all, what do you need to be on it? You've got the NASCAR audience and you likely have the NFL audience if you're Trump, you got them both. The NASCAR crowd's not voting Kamala sweep Jesus now, so Trump took unless they did not solicit it, and they just grabbed something and aired it and tried to

add some numbers and make it palatable. No comparison, So we'll see where this all leads. Forty six minutes past the hour. Those are your biggest well, those are some of the big stories. It's the Morning Show with Preston Scott. I don't know if you heard Kamala being asked about her vote that kind of created the firestorm in California. You remember that law that changed shoplifting and raised the threshold for something to be a felony. I think it

was Prop forty seven or something like that. At the time she authored it, it was hers. So she's asked about it because I guess there's a new proposition on the ballot in California. And I may have some of this wrong. I pay attention enough to California to just know how awful it is, but I don't like to infect my mind with it too much. But apparently they're trying to undo it now because it's gone poorly. She

actually said, it's Sunday before the election. She was asked about that whole issue, and I'm not going to talk about the vote or anything about that.

Speaker 5

That issue.

Speaker 1

Why because talking about it will hurt your electoral chances in California. She refused to answer the question, because it's too close to the election. A sweet Lord God, all right. A couple other things here. FBI has thwarted the attack on the infrastructure in and around Nashville by Columbia Tennessee man twenty four year old. I'll not use his name because he was seeking attention as well. They claim he's a white supremacist without offering any proof that it was

a racially based crime. I don't know how an attack on an energy substation and critical infrastructure is just a racially based crime. Look, the guy had evil intentions. He was fully in. They arrested him as he was firing up the drone had he had a detonator, he had a bomb, he had pipe bombs, He had the whole nine yards. He was prepared. He had been working with FBI undercovers, though most of the entire time he was plotting this thing, he just didn't know it. That said,

they provided no proof of it being racially motivated. Again, maybe he is. He could be a white supremacist if he is, you know, added, shame, shame enough? What he was doing. I just marvel at the fact the FBI had a chance to get him when they're so busy pursuing people that were at a rally in January of twenty twenty. You're twenty twenty one Ford lightning the F one to fifty lightning the electric truck. They have paused halted production on the truck at Ford h You don't say,

all right, here's what we're gonna do. I've got all kinds of of other things to talk about. But it's election day. The polls open in the East coast, most of these coast. There's there's obviously that you know, those places that open just because they want to be first. Maybe it's New Hampshire, Vermont or something like. It's some weird city. Anyway, I don't care. Don't send me an email. I don't care. Polls open in Florida most of Florida

in five minutes and closes at seven o'clock tonight. We'll have Florida results real quickly. We'll know what's going on in our state. We've got it buttoned down. But what do you think is going to happen? Are we going to see when? When do you think we'll have an official air quotes result. Is Trump gonna win? Is Harris gonna win? Are they gonna cheat? Is anyone inna cheat? You're welcome to share how you're going to vote or voted, but the phone lines are open eight five zero two

zero five ninety three fifty two. I don't care if you use your real name or not. You can make up a name, you can make up a voice. I don't care. We're just gonna have We're just gonna talk. I'm not picking on I may ask questions if you want to share how you voted, I may ask why. But I'm not going to beat you up. If you voted foolishly, just not going to do it. That's not what I'm here for. I'm not here to fight with you. I want to just hear what you have to say

about today. Are you anxious, are you nervous? Are you confident? Are you fearful? Your thoughts on the state, constitutional amendments? Whatever is top of mind for you. It's election day in America? What's gonna happen? Eight five zero two zero five. WFLA will take calls all the rest of the show. If we need to, well, here we go the polls

are open in the Eastern time zone. For those of you in the Central time zone listening on the radio or iHeartRadio across the country in the Central time zones on West Mountain Pacific, Welcome to the second hour of the Morning Show with Preston Scott, and we are taking calls eight five zero two zero five to b FLA. If you're in Florida you want to weigh in on the constitutional amendments. I don't really care about anything other

than three and four. I'd love to hear what you're going to do, what you have already voted, if you early voted, whatever. I just want to hear from you your thoughts of today. Are you nervous? What do you think is going to happen when the smoke clears? Will we have a result tomorrow morning at this time or will we not? Will it be dragged out? You've heard me share my thoughts on that. What I think. I

want to know what you think. Let's go to George. George, thanks for calling in this morning pressing.

Speaker 6

Thank you for everything that's done for the last four years. It's been a you know, tough to go through, and I know I appreciate what you've done and what you've had to do in the times you've had to fight your lips.

Speaker 1

I'm not falling prey to Stockholm syndrome. Even though I've been held captive for thirteen and eighty two days. I am not sympathetic to my captors.

Speaker 6

No, absolutely not fight by fight. But I tell you press, and I think that there's gonna be They've already told us in most of the Swing states that are run by Secretary of States and ags that are Democrats, it'll be eleven to fourteen days, which is ridiculous, and that's just that's third world banana Republic. And in the Swing States there's anywhere from two hundred to eight hundred thousand more registered people on the polls and there are actual citizens.

So they're going to do what they did in twenty twenty, and they're going to see how many they need to count, and they're going to take their time in doing it. Twenty twenty was just a drive run to see if

they could do it and get away with it. But I thought it was telling that they put up the barriers around the capital of the White House, and for the first time ever, naval observatory yesterday, So that kind of tipped their hands as to what they know is going to happen by putting up barriers around the Vice president's resident. But I think that they're going to shoot, not if they're gonna cheap, but how big. I think that they're going to try to tell us that she won an election.

Speaker 2

By stealing it.

Speaker 7

Again.

Speaker 6

I voted no on three and four.

Speaker 7

And not only am.

Speaker 6

I nervous, I am I'm very scared for our country president because we're at the precipice of you know, we're at the fork in the road.

Speaker 1

Week. Well, I hope you're wrong, George, but thank you very much. I appreciate you calling in. You always have good insight, good thoughts to share. How ironic that the White House and the Vice President's residents they have security fencing, but not our southern border. That interesting, full lines are open eight five zero two zero five to BFLA.

Speaker 8

Let's go to Mike Hi, Mike, Hey, prestin the I was going to just mention that about, yeah, they put all these barriers up around the White House and Communist Harris's residents, but you know that's okay, that's the border wide open. Who cares I voted no on three and four. I think four.

Speaker 2

Will be defeated narrowly.

Speaker 8

But three there's a lot of idiots in this state. Oh, we can smook Putt and I think it may pass. I know the Democrat it's a cheat. They always do. And there's also a video of a guy going up to a ballot box stuffing it. Yep, BLUs what happened out on the left coast burning ballot boxes? You know, the votes? So Trump will win by legitimate votes. Hopefully there's enough people get out and vote and make it.

Speaker 2

Too big to rig, as they say.

Speaker 8

But also back to my point the other day about these evangelicals, They're like, well, I'm just not gonna vote. Well, guess what, You're just going to promote the evil evil in the downfall of this country.

Speaker 1

It's completely irresponsible. But Mike, thank you. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts this morning. Calls are coming in and uh, Jenny, you're up next. Stand by, even though Jose hung up on you. I'm gonna I'm gonna queue you up next to say I'm sorry. Eight five zero two zero five wfl Tha calls next.

Speaker 3

Beck, he's always been a white guy.

Speaker 9

Glenn beck right, we got it licensed to talk nine to noon on WFLA.

Speaker 10

Oh, because being overwhelmed with your phone calls in there, he's just beside himself.

Speaker 1

Now there's two of them standing right there. Jenny. I'm so sorry he hung up on you. I I don't even know what to say other than I'm sorry and thank you for calling back.

Speaker 11

Oh, no problem and no worries. I understand. Okay, So I already voted last week. A couple of my friends took me. We all voted Republican.

Speaker 4

We voted no.

Speaker 11

I'm Amendment three and four, and I pray that those do not pass. And I just hope Trump whens and everything goes the way we want. I went by what you emails are, what tweets have found on your blog page.

Speaker 1

Well good, I'm glad it was helpful to you. Jenny. Thank you very much. I appreciate you calling in, I appreciate you voting. Good job performing your civic duty. Well done. Let's go to Danny. Hi, Danny, you're up, Hey, good morning pressing.

Speaker 4

Hey.

Speaker 12

I wanted to give you a little bit of perspective from a California transplant perspective, So not only in California transplant. But I was in law enforcement in California when the marijuana Amendmentville hit the legislature there, and there's a lot of unforeceden things that occur when something like that passes. I can tell you I don't know how many times I did a traffic stop and found out that the person driving the motor vehicle was on the influence of marijuana.

I would appen for the driver's license and they would hand me their medical or recreational marijuana card, not understanding the difference, and then I have to take the time to explain to them that driving and ebriated, whether that be under prescription medication, marijuana or alcohol, is still illegal, and they just couldn't get past that. They were like, well, wait a minute, and I've got a card. I'm fine, it's legal. Well, yes, it's legal, so it's not that

you're going to be operating a motor vehicle. Same thing with growing to marijuana, because they were giving permits to people where you could have up to thirteen plants per permittees. So then once you would happen there is a suburban neighborhood would get twenty five permittees, all registered the same address and the next thing, you know, you living next door too, is thinking marijuana grow that nobody can do

anything about. So just some of the perspectives, because I kind of I feel like groundhog Day because it's like I've lived through this before, saw where it went, saw all the things that the legislature didn't think about that we ended up learning down the line that ended up affecting people's lives. And living in Florida and seeing this amendment go through, it just kind of feels like I'm living this all over again.

Speaker 1

Danny Preston, I don't leave me just yet. I'm curious because obviously there's some pretty big differences between the two states and how they're approaching this. This is a constitutional amendment that came by petition by people, and people can't grow their own weed in Florida. They'll be prohibited from doing that. But the marijuana growers who wrote the bill the amendment, they're indemnified from any civil litigation should something go wrong with their products.

Speaker 12

Yeah, that part of it I do understand. But what I think is going to happen what we saw happen in California, Okay, was once you start to.

Speaker 4

Relax the law.

Speaker 12

It's almost like it has a carryover effect the DA's office in terms of what they'll prosecute, because what happens is is you start to kind of normal certain behavior, and then once it becomes normalized, then they don't have a precedence to really want to step up and prosecute. And do you start seeing trickle over effects on things that you wouldn't necessarily think about, you know, right off

the gate, you know. And so that's just kind of the thing that we kind of saw out there, and it just kind of led to more and more laxed, more laxes days of the law and law enforcement because it wasn't the police officers on the street that didn't want to make the apprehensions. It was we kind of felt like we were wasting our time because we would make the apprehensions, but then the DA wouldn't prosecute. So it's like, well, what am I doing this school?

Speaker 1

If that makes sense, absolutely makes total sense. I have two brothers that were in law enforcement. One still is. I absolutely it makes sense. Danny, First, thanks for protecting citizens when you served in California and not sure what you're doing now, but I appreciate you calling in and sharing your insight. Danny joining us this morning on the program.

We've got John and Ray and Barbara. We're taking calls all hour other than the Manly minute and the final segment of the hour, I want to hear from you. It's Election Day, sixteen past the hour. It's The Morning Show with Preston Scott. Cleared everything out today except a manly minute. Just taking calls both hours of the seven to eight Eastern, eight to nine Eastern, six to seven Central, seven to eight Central segments of the program. Just want

to hear from you. It's Election Day, your thoughts. Let's go to John John, good morning, thanks for calling in.

Speaker 13

Good morning Press. Then, my wife and I also used your sample ballance. Found it very helpful and we thank.

Speaker 7

You for it.

Speaker 13

Appreciate you doing.

Speaker 1

That my pleasure.

Speaker 13

You know the fact that despite so many of their best efforts, Trump is not behind bars, despite two assassination attempts, He's still standing. I gotta believe God is involved in this. Only God could place ahead of protection around the guy like he has and him still be standing after everything that they've tried to get him with. It's just amazing. I really am thinking God's going to be involved in this at least I'm hoping so as far as the the amendments go, I love the way the governor put

it yesterday. You can't unring the bell once you get the Constitution amended. I hope they go down in flames.

Speaker 1

Me as well. Have you already voted? Did you vote early? Are you going out now or have you already done it?

Speaker 4

Yeah?

Speaker 13

I voted early a couple of sun days ago.

Speaker 1

Good for you.

Speaker 13

Yeah, yes, sir, it's happy to do it.

Speaker 1

Thank you, John. I appreciate you calling in this morning, and safe travels. Today's your drying and around Ray you're up. What's what do you have?

Speaker 4

Yeah?

Speaker 14

I voted early and then I voted no on Amendment three and four. And I'm a little concerned about the electorial vote in Nebraska. I think if we get that electorial vote in Omaha, then I'll feel a little bit better. Then it might be a tie or it might be a little bit Trump will win.

Speaker 5

Okay, it's gonna be hinging on that Nebraska electoral thing.

Speaker 1

So you think so, you think the electoral votes coming out of Nebraska will be the difference.

Speaker 5

Yeah, it might play a difference if he if he gets caught up in Wisconsin and Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Speaker 1

Okay, thank you very much, Ray, I appreciate you calling in. Let's go to Barbara. Barbara, thanks for impatient this morning. What do you What are your thoughts on this election day?

Speaker 15

Actually, I only had one thing I wanted to convey, and that's to the people that haven't voted yet and are sitting back and thinking, well, I don't need to vote or it's inconvenient today, I would like to just say, to honor of those men and women who sacrifice their lives throughout the history of this country and everything that was, everything that was given by this great generation and the generations before, we have this right to vote, and this

right is something we should hold very precious. And if people don't vote, they are basically thumbing their nose to the greatest generations before us and the sacrifices.

Speaker 16

A have given.

Speaker 15

And I voted early. I actually was there the first day.

Speaker 2

Of early voting.

Speaker 15

And I do it in honor of my three brothers, my father, my grandfather, and my great grandfather who all served in the various wars. So people open your eyes look at the candidate, but look at the policies and make the choice and do it today if you haven't already.

Speaker 1

Thank you, Barbara Well said, appreciate that very much. I'll add to that you were born or naturalized into this country that I believe God birth for a purpose, and you're spitting in God's face if you choose to sit home and not vote. Let's go to Mike. Good morning, Mike. Thanks very much. How you doing good? Good?

Speaker 17

Yeah, yeah, it's really good. Way she's legal saying, OK, go for giving me the opportunity to be in this country to also vote. I've voted for Donald early and also as a Christian, I voted know on the abortion and then as a healthcare provision, I also voted KNOW in the marijuana though, because of the effects on young people. And my last point is like back in Africa where there's no electricity and internet, somehow we're able to count

the votes probably like one day. And then in the country that we've we've created genius is like a Lunmark and joint Burgers and all these mit places, we can't for some reason election days we can't. We can't. We can't figure out the software to count ballots. Like Preston, we pretty Goodically, we can create ambari a lets for everybody's phone, and for some reason we can't count the vote for like weeks. It doesn't make sense.

Speaker 1

President, It is intentional ineptitude. Mike, Yeah, completely agree. Always good to hear your voice. Thank you for sharing your perspective, because someone that is immigrated to this country legally and now is registered as a citizen of this country. First, proud of Michael, he's a fairly recent graduate of FAM. You and just proud to have him as part of the family of this show. But yeah, yeah, well done. All Right, we got more calls coming. Cindy, Janna, you're next.

We have two lines open. We're taking calls. Eight five zero two zero five. It's election day. What are your thoughts?

Speaker 3

Thanks for joining us. It's The Morning Show with Preston Scott.

Speaker 1

All right, we are back taking calls. It's election day. There is no bigger story. I mean, I have big stories, but there's nothing bigger than what you think is going to happen today. What's going to happen today? What's your confidence level in however you're voting, whether you're voting for Trump or Harris, how you're voting on the amendments. Interested in that. I don't care where you're listening to us from. You don't have to weigh in on the amendments if

you're out of Florida. Would love to know your thoughts on the day. This is about you. Eight five zero two zero five WFLA, Cindy, thanks for calling in.

Speaker 2

Hello, Hi, Hi.

Speaker 18

Well, first off, I did vote no on three and four. But what makes me angry as three years ago, three and a half four years ago, when Biden was bringing them all in, Biden and Harris, why didn't our Republicans go to the Supreme Court to fight it?

Speaker 19

Also?

Speaker 18

And if they couldn't win with that the same thing three and a half to four years ago, what did they think those people were going to do? What? What did they think they were bringing them in for? Why didn't they do something then instead of waiting till now and saying duh, I think they're cheating. I mean it makes me so angry. I mean I feel like I'm

in the twilight zone. I mean, it doesn't take a mental genius to figure out why they were bringing them in and their way till the last minute to do something. They should have had something figured out before anyway, that's my beef and it's not even Friday.

Speaker 1

I couldn't agree with you more. Cyndy, thank you so much for calling in picture if you will, a beleadered woman who identified a crisis on the southern border. They're allowing millions of people into the country illegally, they're voting. We've entered into a place of interdimensional sound and space known as the twilight zone. Yeah, that's it. You nailed it. Eight five zero two zero five w FLA, Jana, you're up.

Speaker 3

Hey, Preston did morning.

Speaker 20

So for the first time in my life, I voted early and I have always resisted doing that, but I didn't want a chance any Fanigan's happening today. Great Republican ticket, OK. And no on three and four and no for commissioners reasons. I know you didn't ask about that. Absolutely not. If I can get one hundred percent raised, then.

Speaker 7

Maybe they can do.

Speaker 1

Well, that's not going to happen anytime real soon. So I think you probably made a good call on what do you think is gonna happen today? At the end of the day. How many days do you think this is gonna get drawn out? Or do you think it's dependent on see I think whether we get results in these states that say it'll take days, if not weeks, to get results, I think it's dependent on turnout. If Trump turns out big numbers and is gonna win, I think they fold up their tent early and we get

results early. If it's close, I think they can test and they try to find votes.

Speaker 21

I think you're right.

Speaker 20

That's why we need a landslide for Trump, because it has to be in the numbers that cannot be augmented from the other side. And you know what Nancy Pelosi said last time.

Speaker 22

We just need to know how many votes we need.

Speaker 20

And I'm sure there's boxes of them sitting under a table somewhere.

Speaker 1

But certainly in Fulton County.

Speaker 20

Come out with enough numbers and vote for this Republic before we lose it.

Speaker 11

This is our last shot, Jane.

Speaker 1

I agree with you completely. Thanks for calling in and and your thoughts. Eight five zero two zero five WFLA. Mark, You're next, then Jay, we got two lines open taking calls for another segment this hour and then next hour as well. It's The Morning Show with Preston Scott eight five zero two zero five WFLA. Election Day thoughts call in taking calls election day fodder. What do you think is going to happen? Your thoughts? Do you have any fears? He angst an he angst, I should say, are you

very confident of what's going to happen today? One way or the other. Let's go to Mark. Hi, Mark, thanks for calling into the Morning Show with Preston Scott.

Speaker 7

You're on the air, Hey Breston, how are you doing?

Speaker 1

Terrific?

Speaker 2

Well?

Speaker 7

I lost my right to vote a long time ago because I did something stupid in my twenties. But if I could vote today, I would vote for Trump because I honestly thanked it. If Trump does not get elected this time, we are going to lose our democratic Republic. I mean, it'll just go to crap in a handbasket. Yeah, and that's pretty much my thoughts. I'm glad you're letting people talk about this. I'm your age. I was born in nineteen sixty two, so I'm right up there with you.

Speaker 1

You're a youngster.

Speaker 7

Wow.

Speaker 1

Yeah, you were a sophomore when I was a senior.

Speaker 7

That's why they can't Yeah. I used to joke, Yeah, I was born on day two.

Speaker 1

Well, thank you, Mark. I appreciate you calling in, brother, Thanks for listening to the program. That opens up a line. Let's go to Jay. Hi, Jay, you're up.

Speaker 23

Good morning, Preston. My wife and I we voted early for Trump. We both went no on three and four, and we just really prayed this second term because we think he'll get elected slightly, I mean with a small majority, that he can be the president of a lot of laws that go through the legislature and are past yes as opposed to just signing documents.

Speaker 1

I agree. You know what. You have hit on something, Jay, that I think is vitally important, and I've asked members of Congress that that same basic question. Can we do things without executive orders and get them put into law perfect?

Speaker 23

I agree, one hundred percent, and that will make them possibly, possibly better than Reagan.

Speaker 1

Thank you, Jay, appreciate the phone call and thanks for sharing your thoughts. Let's go to one more caller here in this segment, Pete, good morning, Thanks for calling in.

Speaker 24

Okay, Pete, you're up. I want My wife and I voted early press the just for reasons of security, I think, but I'm mostly wanted to speak about the amendments. I tend to vote. Know on all of them, because I don't really believe in government by referendum, and you get a lot of silly crap in the constitution when you allow it, and you know examples as well as I do. Absolutely, So that's that's my philosophy. Let the legislature take care of it.

Speaker 1

How soon do you think we'll get an official result? Well, quote unquote official result.

Speaker 24

I hope this doesn't get dragged out too far.

Speaker 1

What do you think is going to happen though?

Speaker 24

Well, I think if it's close, there's gonna be a lot of subject us going on. And you know Trump, he needs to win the popular vote.

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah, it would be better for America if he does. Yes, Pete, thanks very much. I appreciate the phone call. We will take more calls next hour. Give you a chance to weigh in. All of you in the Central time zone that are just waking up. We will take your calls, everybody's calls next hour. Beginning at the top of the hour, you can call us. We're gonna take a break from

phone calls for the next segment. Forty six minutes after the hour, we come back a manly minute and more on the Morning Show with Preston Scott, w FLA.

Speaker 25

Times for manly minutes, governors, governess's governor, governors, it's his, it's his, ladies.

Speaker 1

Yeah, it's a mainly minute. Male by birth, man by choice, male or female only. And males then have to choose to be a man. Don't be confused by this in this day and age of gender confusion. Don't be confused by this. And so these are skills, these are attributes, these are virtues, These are ideals that we teach our sons so that when they grow older, we can look at them proudly and say, you, sir, are a man, preferably a godly man. But a man is what we're

searching for here. And in keeping with the day, it is election day, in the name of all that is good and decent, teach your son the history of this country. Here's why I believe that only with a thorough understanding of the history of this country, which requires you to go into why the founders chose a constitutional republic over other forms of government, why the founders choose chose to put a first and other amendments in there guarded by

a second amendment. Only by teaching the history of this nation properly. Will you raise a son who takes seriously the responsibility to vote. If they don't understand what they are guarding with their vote, it's because they weren't taught proper American history. Proper American history doesn't whitewash and ignore the troubles of this country's past. It embraces them. It points to those things and see and says, look where we've come.

Speaker 2

You know.

Speaker 1

That's the answer to the question that people asked when Donald Trump ran in twenty sixteen to make America great. I remember it when with America great. America is never great. Haters of this country asked the question, and the answer is easily found. America was great when we solved problems. That's what to make what makes America great. We have problems, but historically, our founders placed in the constitution mechanisms to

fix problems. While while many of the founders own slaves, they placed in the United States Constitution a mechanism to get rid of slavery because they realized it needed to go. Every people's have been enslaved, and every people's have been slaves in one form or another. And so it's important that you raise your son to understand history so that he can embrace his right to vote. That's today's Manly Minute, which took a little longer than a minute, but it

was worth it, all right. It's the third hour of the program next, which means, what phone calls? What do you It's election day? Maybe you just voted. You're welcome to share how you voted. I if you voted for Kamala, you're welcome to call in. I might ask a question or two. I'm not gonna beat you up over it. I think you're wrong, but you're welcome to call in. How'd you vote on the amendments? Three and four? Don't care about the other ones? Three and four? The other ones? Yeah,

I care, but I don't care. Does that make sense? If you're outside Florida? How are you voting today? How did you vote? If you voted early? If you've already voted, what do you think is gonna happen? Are you confident or are you fearful? When are we going to know the answers? It's gonna Are we gonna know something tomorrow tonight? Are we gonna We're gonna be dragged through this for ten days to two weeks. It's eight five zero two zero five to WFLA. I've blocked out the next hour

phone calls. You me us together on the Morning Show with Preston Scott. I had a feeling. You know, you sit in this chair for five two and sixty eight shows, you kind of get a feeling for things, and I had an idea that you would be interested in sharing your thoughts on election day. Wow, what a what a deep insightful radio show host. I am huh, thanks so much for joining us this morning. It's the third hour.

We're taking calls all hour. If you want to talk, We'll be here taking calls until the last segment, a very last segment of the of the program. And so it's eight five zero two zero five WFLA eight five zero two zero five ninety three fifty two. People have been waiting for quite a while, So let's get to it, and in order of longest way, let's go to Tammy. Hi, Tammy, you're up. What's what do you have for me? What are your thoughts today?

Speaker 4

Well?

Speaker 26

I'm distressed over everything because I read about the ballot box is being burnt and I read about the people in the Oregon in Washington that voted and their votes might not count. And I vote know on everything. If you lay down to have a baby, you should have that baby. And if you want to smoke your marijuana, do it on your own. Leave us out of it. There's poor babies out there that don't need to smell it.

Speaker 1

What do you think is going to happen today?

Speaker 26

I hope Trump When Trump Trump Trump fight, fight fight, That's how I feel.

Speaker 1

But what do you think is going to happen? I know what you hope? What do you think?

Speaker 26

OHI I thank God is going to have our back?

Speaker 1

Got you, Tammy, Thanks very much. I appreciate the phone call. Let's go to Richard. Hi, Richard, you're.

Speaker 22

Up, mister Scott, good morning. I live out in rural Gaston County off a Highway ninety. The intersection in front of our development has lots of political signs. We have put up eight vote no on Amendment four signs on the corner of our neighborhood, and eight of them have disappeared. So I would just like to say that to the airhead, do stealing no signs. I got another one in the car. I'm gonna put it out today. I'm gonna sit there all day and I hope I can find it and

see who you are. And that's that's that's the thing about that, dude. I'm just sick of these airheads think they know better than I do.

Speaker 1

Man. I almost feel like asking you if you feel better, kind of like, what's the beef?

Speaker 22

If I could get the guy's tag number, I feel a lot better. But I mean, what a bunch of airheads we have out there. I just have no brains whatsoever.

Speaker 1

Yeah, maybe maybe a trail cam next time around, a good high death trail cam would get it done.

Speaker 2

On the sign.

Speaker 22

One time, I actually put under smile you're on my dear camera, but it didn't slow them down.

Speaker 1

Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 22

And in terms of what I think, I hate to say it, but I think the Democrats are playing for keeps and I don't think Trump's gonna win, Okay, I think They're going to figure out a way to cheat their way to victory.

Speaker 1

All right, thanks very much. I appreciate it, and I appreciate the intensity of your phone call. Let's go to Barbara. Hi, Barbara, you're up.

Speaker 18

Hey, how are you?

Speaker 19

Preston?

Speaker 1

Awesome? How are you?

Speaker 19

I don't worry, but we'll get over it.

Speaker 2

Okay, I voted No.

Speaker 19

One three and four. Could care less about three. It's it's not appropriate. And you can't tell me that the people that smoke it now are going to pay three times as much to get it legal.

Speaker 7

They're still going to buy.

Speaker 19

It off the streets.

Speaker 1

Yep.

Speaker 21

Yeah, I mean, come on, you know, these.

Speaker 19

Are legislatures or whoever's putting it through are stupid.

Speaker 1

To make it safe again, it's not the legislature. I just want to make sure everyone understands that this gamp, this ballot initiative came from citizen petitions and it was written by the CEO of I believe truely.

Speaker 19

Yeah, of course it was, and Morgan and Morgan. Yeah, so I hope trumplins. Well, I've been told that we should know by midnight if it's a landslide, so we'll see.

Speaker 1

Thanks very much. I appreciate the phone call. We got more calls coming up quick. Seventy second break for weather traffic. Get you caught up on a couple things in your area. Ten minutes past the hour. It's the Morning Show with Preston Scott. More calls are next, and.

Speaker 3

This is the Morning Show with Preston Scott. Gotta get to.

Speaker 1

Nelly here this morning. Good morning, Nelly, thanks for calling in and thank you for being patient.

Speaker 4

So much.

Speaker 16

Preston, good morning, Good morning. I just wanted to let you know I'm a new transplant. Actually, it's been almost two years that I moved here to Florida from where From the Houston area. Okay, from Houston area, all right. And when I, uh huh, And when I moved here to Houston, I my husband and I and my son were just supposed to be part of the community, girl with the community, and just have little jobs and enjoy

the beach. I got into a business, the restaurant business, with no idea, no clude knowing what I was doing. I just thought, maybe it's a good idea to open up a Mexican restaurant. And so I did not know that my life was completely taken over by the business. So not too long ago, you were I discovered you and you opened up the show at that time with the rent and you were saying, what's your excuse? Why didn't you vote?

Speaker 19

I want to know.

Speaker 16

I can't remember what kind of elections were going on back then. Maybe it was August July something like that, And that got me thinking, oh my god, time has you know, gone by, and I still don't have my you know, Florida driver's license. I still don't know, you know, like who am I voting for it? You know, it's

it's staked me. So that woke me up and made me do everything, you know, transfer you know, all my information to Florida and did the same thing, nag, nag, nag my husband and my son to go through the same thing. So thank you for that, because that was really a wake up call for me. Good just I didn't realize the time. I didn't realize like, oh my god, Trump is going to get in office and he needs my vote. But anyways, I voted early, never done it before,

and voted no on Amendment three and four. My son and my husband are in line right now. They never listen to me to go vote early, but they're in line right now to do their civil duty. And they're well educated because I took the time to make sure they knew what they needed to vote for, educated them on those manuments. And I don't know, I'm very hopeful that Trump is going to win and that we're going

to be celebrating tomorrow. And I'm just very thankful to this country and for everybody that had I pay the maximum sacrifice for this nation. And I love America. I always say that I'm an American trapping a Mexican's body, so I'm praying for this nation.

Speaker 1

Nellie, you have made my day. No, you really have for a lot of reasons. And first, welcome to Florida. Secondly, God bless you and thank you for caring enough to do your patriotic duty, and to do is what we take for granted so often here as American citizens. We take for granted this right to vote and don't understand what it's like in other places around the world. You have just made the day of a lot of listeners right now, and I wish you nothing but the best

in your business. Thank you so much for calling in.

Speaker 16

Thank you so much, Preston, I appreciate it.

Speaker 1

That's Nelly, and again she just made my day. I'm going to the hotline joining us is sal news. Oh sal did that not just warm your heart?

Speaker 27

I loved it?

Speaker 2

That was great.

Speaker 27

Great to hear folks are heeding the call to to not only get out and vote, but to change registrations. And for folks that are moving, you know, you know, we have almost a thousand people a day moving to Florida. So but what that's fantastic.

Speaker 1

What a snapshot of what it means to come from another country and become an American citizen.

Speaker 27

Yeah, the the quote about being an American trapped in a Mexican's body, that's just fantastic.

Speaker 2

I love it.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I just there was everything about that call. I'm going to play it over in my home over and over again. I'm probably gonna have it on my doorbell anyway. All right, today's election day. Give me your thoughts.

Speaker 27

All right. So I did put a prediction in my newsletter that goes out weekly. I did it last week, and I hope that I am wrong, which I am off in wrong when it comes to political predictions. I've got it, Harris winning two seventy to two sixty eight. I think Trump carries Nevada and Arizona, along with Georgia and North Carolina, in which case he would only need one of the Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania. But I just see them.

I don't see him breaking enough. With that being said, I did do my prediction last week, and I am hearing some encouraging things out of the rust Belt. But I'm gonna stick with my prediction, hoping that I'm wrong. On the amendments, I would say I think Amendment four goes down pretty handily, by about five or six points under the sixty percent threshold. I think Amendment three is going to be much closer. I think it's going to

squeak in with about sixty or sixty one. But again that's, you know, all within the margin of ra.

Speaker 1

Tell me this, do you think that what happens in those swing states that you you're thinking Trump may not win. Do you think Democrats win it legally.

Speaker 27

In Wisconsin and Michigan. I don't think there's gonna be enough of a kind of Shenanigan, so to speak, to swing it one way or another. Pennsylvania is a whole other debacle. You know, there's an old adage about Philadelphia that they will make up the count whatever they needed to be, and that was a contention back in twenty twenty. I don't know how much of an issue it's going

to be here in this one. But if this is the case, again, Trump just needs to win one of those three if the rest of my map holds.

Speaker 2

But that's where I'm at South.

Speaker 1

Good to hear from you, buddy, be well.

Speaker 27

Oh the play you my friend.

Speaker 1

Thank you, sal newsoh with us back with more of your calls, Maryland, Robert, Nancy, Roger, You're next getting a lot of email response to Nelly's phone call. Nelly, you encouraged a whole lot of people sharing your story. Proud of you, No, seriously proud of you and your family. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Speaker 3

Let's go to Robert.

Speaker 1

Robert, you're up. Thanks for being patient, my friend. What are your thoughts on the day?

Speaker 4

Vote wise? No on three and four and the person I voted for. I'm not going to mention the name, but his initials are Donald J. Trump and I.

Speaker 1

Had a boy way to keep it a secret.

Speaker 4

Yeah, I'm funny like that. People tell me my horses are dumb animals. None of them would vote for Kamala Harris. Her words don't matter, her history does. That's the reason the border is open. They used to have women as their big push. They used to have blacks people as they're big push. Not anymore. It's all illegals and anybody they can bring in so they can maintain power. Of course,

the left is going to cheat. That's their nature, it's history. Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Georgia have all cheated and we have to make sure they don't this time.

Speaker 1

Thank you, Robert, appreciate the phone call. Let's go to Nancy. Nancy Europe.

Speaker 28

Hey, good mornington morning, No On.

Speaker 29

Three, no On four?

Speaker 28

And I voted for the felon.

Speaker 1

You voted for the felon as opposed to the person that releases all the felons.

Speaker 29

Yes, sir, I did. And I have to tell you one thing, Preston. My daughter turned eighteen on the twenty third of October. She had been pre she pre registered herself so she could vote in this election, and early voting started, I believe the twenty first. She went in on the twenty third, right after she got off school and voted. And she said the poll workers that were there were just so thrilled that she went in and voted on her birthday.

Speaker 1

How fun is that? You got to be proud.

Speaker 29

I'm very proud of her. She understands what is writing on this election, and not because her parents are crazy right wing conservatives, but because she pays attention. And she asked me yesterday Mom, if this doesn't go our way, can we move to Costa Rica? And I just shut her and almost wanted to cry.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I understand. We're not going to leave anywhere. We're not leaving. We're not going to leave. Nancy. Tell your daughter I'm proud of her. I will thank you so much for the phone call, Roger, then Maryland, then Pedro and then we've got another line open again. We're taking calls for most of the rest of the half hour, so if you can hang in there, please do so. We've got to take a break for news, weather, traffic. It's twenty seven past the hour. It's election day. Get

out and vote. Unless you're a Harris voter, then stay home.

Speaker 9

Thought or story you want to share, write them at Preston at iHeartRadio dot com. Yes he knows how to read. Well, actually his producer reads him. He doesn't know how to read. Welcome to the Morning Show with Preston Scott. Get right to it. You've been very, very patient. I want to hear from you.

Speaker 1

Roger. Thanks for calling in this morning. It's election day. What are your thoughts?

Speaker 2

Well, good morning, sir. Number one. This is I voted for Kamala Harris okod and discussion. Well you can discuss.

Speaker 1

No, give me your reasons.

Speaker 2

You said you weren't going to beat us up over it now, No, no, no, I'm not.

Speaker 1

I would just I would love to know your reasons.

Speaker 2

Well, I can't stand I'm Trump.

Speaker 27

Is a.

Speaker 2

For a school yard baby child boy. He cannot conduct himself in a manner to which I can stand for. He can have the best policies on the planet, but I'm telling you, I just can't deal with bullying. I can't deal with putting down handicapped folks. He did, I can't did.

Speaker 1

No, No, that that's been already disproven.

Speaker 2

No, I just got up on stage. I heard him when he did his from like.

Speaker 1

No, no, no, no, no from before. That's all been handled. That's been That was a total that was a total fraudulent argument. Anyway, go ahead, No, if you dig, you'll find.

Speaker 2

It and make some noise like about the about a handicapped person and how they or or what something like that. I just can't tolerate that, Okay, And I you know that's one. That's one thing. It acts like a schoolboy child on a playground and calling names.

Speaker 1

He does do that at the times yep. Yeah, but that doesn't affect me. That doesn't affect me. His policies worked for everybody in this country, including you.

Speaker 2

That's right. I don't have a problem. I get that. But the man is just not so the this is personal.

Speaker 1

It's not about policies. What improves you and your economy and what improves this nation. It's about the personality. I get it.

Speaker 2

Okay, that's fine now, And that's the thing. And your personality goes with you no matter what you're doing. And I you know.

Speaker 1

And Kamala is the better choice for you.

Speaker 2

Huh, Yes, he was, okay, because she's her actions. I'm a Republican, and the fact.

Speaker 1

That she's dumb as a fence post didn't bother you.

Speaker 2

You know, the woman doesn't get where she is by being stupid.

Speaker 1

You're right. She got there by sleeping with people.

Speaker 2

And she she's gotten where she has by being She's not stupid.

Speaker 1

Yes she is, Yes she is. Roger, thank you. I appreciate your call. I think right now you're causing people to drive off the road because if she wins, you'll be one of the reasons why, simply because you didn't like Trump, but his policies worked for you, but you don't like the guy that makes so much sense. All right, let's go to Maryland, Maryland, Europe.

Speaker 28

Good morning, Preston. I'm a business owner. I have been a business owner in Tallassee for the last eighteen years. Fearful is the word that I would use today. Okay, Number one, My concerns are this the border, the amount of criminals that have entered into our country at this point. Number two, the most people say the economy. Even as I am a business owner, I'm going to say the

threat of world war is probably on my radar. I do not feel that Kamila Harris has the ability to develop relationships with other countries.

Speaker 2

You know that.

Speaker 28

I just don't feel that. As for the economy, which is number three on my list, I think the loss of jobs in this country, especially the manufacturing jobs that have been lost, are significant. We've all been hint with Number four would be taxes for me. We should have all received our property taxes. Probably everybody sitting in this radio signal will receive their tax certificate to see how much they're going to be paying for taxes this year.

They have gone up. My cost of goods have gone up. Significantly. I'm also a production facility in that I manufacture what we sell. So Kamila Harris is threatening to give higher taxes to production facilities. Between that, the minimum rage hike, A lot of those things are going to affect me and my crew. I have a family here that I support. I support twenty five individuals. I support them, and not only financial, but you know, just being part of their They've part become part of my family.

Speaker 1

Yeah.

Speaker 28

So and the fifth thing I think that is the most got to make a question. Okay, fifth thing is family structure. I think she is trying to even demise the family structure in our country even more than it already is has been being done.

Speaker 1

Marylynd, thank you very much for the phone call. We're going to get to Pedro. DeBie and Dave. There are final callers next forty minutes, forty one minutes past the hour. All right, we're going to take three more calls, and so three more calls only, so we go to Pedro Pedro, Good morning, thanks for calling in.

Speaker 7

Good morning. Preston.

Speaker 21

Uh wow, Roger, that's gonna be my beat. My my beef's coming on Friday. But anyways, he's he's the smartest. Uh the person he voted for, Preston. We we talked about this before. Uh, you know, and even a caller just called earlier that you know, where to go Costa Rica and you know, and we have you had a segment like that before where I called and I said, I'm not going anywhere. I escaped coming to Cuba at

one point. And uh, guys, if you have anybody, if you know anybody that has escaped a totalitarian regime, they're down with that person, and ask them who they're going to vote for and why and and I mean, if we let this lady be the president, all these millions and upon millions of illegals are going to be voting for her. They're going to pack the Justice, the Supreme Court. They're going to make DC and Puerto Rico a state. That's it is the end of the end of it.

Speaker 2

I don't know how to stay.

Speaker 21

I wish I could sit down with you know, people personally and and just talk and make them. You know, it's hard when you're putting feelings behind it, and that's what the left does.

Speaker 2

They put their.

Speaker 21

Their emotions in it, and you cannot do that. Guys, don't don't worry about how Trump sounds like. Don't worry about what he says or in terms of you know, how he speaks, he doesn't have He's a common man, multi a billionaire, but he's a common person, not a lawyer. Just just I wish I could.

Speaker 30

I don't know.

Speaker 21

I don't know how else to express it. You know, it's hard. Just just put your objective mind black and White said, don't put your emotions in it. And and when you go vot, vote with your brain, not with your heart. That's about.

Speaker 4

That's about it.

Speaker 22

That's all I have to say.

Speaker 1

Thank you, Pedro, appreciate the call. Let's go to Debbie. Debbie, you're up.

Speaker 31

Morning, Preston, how are you good? I have a couple of things I need to talk about that lin't great. I live in Grady County. The cheat has been on in Georgia four months. Our uh roles have been sent three different times, cleaned and sent to Raffensburger. Every time they have been sent back with everything that was taken off of them put back on. Right now, what most people do not understand about the the illegals names on

the voter rolls as they are. They're coming in and they're putting everybody, they're registering everybody.

Speaker 11

It's not to send.

Speaker 32

Those people to the polls today, it's to send those names to wherever they're filling out these bogus ballots so they can go to Fulton County to be to be counted tonight.

Speaker 1

Thank you, Debbie, appreciate the call. Final caller here is Dave.

Speaker 2

Hi.

Speaker 30

Dave, you're up greeting sir. On inauguration day for Joe Biden, he revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline and the country was energy independence in exporting oil. So everybody do three point sixty look around, and there's like thousands of things in your room, in your house that utilizes oil, such as fertilizer which grows the feed for the cow. The cow eats and he's the meat gets to the grocery store via a diesel truck, and the diesel truck

pays for gasoline. And you're just seeing how one thing affects another. And if you want five to six dollars gallon gasoline, then you vote for Kamala.

Speaker 1

Thanks for calling in, Dave, appreciate that. That's it. We're out of time. Well done, everybody, appreciate your phone calls. If you didn't get in, I'm sorry. Forty six past the hour, This morning show at Preston Scott Roger fired up the listeners got the emails blowing up my box. Do I need to start over? Yeah? I just look. I can't help you if you don't want to dig. The myth about the Trump thing was completely blown up

within weeks of the attack by Meryl Street. Unfortunately, you have to dig past the first page or two of searching for the truth to find the truth. The event happened in twenty fifteen New York Times reporter Serge Kovalski, whose hand in arm movement on his right side is impaired due to a condition. It's just it stays still by his side, and the video comes from an event in twenty fifteen. But the media don't want to They don't want to dig any further. They don't want to

look any deeper. He wasn't mocking him at all. Trump has a history of mocking himself and others using the same movement. If he was mocking him, he wouldn't be jerking around because he doesn't jerk around. The reporter in question doesn't have those issues at all. He's not mocking anybody. He's Trump. Is he tacky at times? Absolutely? Was he

attacking that guy? Absolutely not. What I can't get my brain around is people that because they don't like him, are gonna vote for somebody that's gonna make our country worse. That has been part of making our country worse for four years. That blows my mind. Because you don't like Trump.

Speaker 3

He's mean.

Speaker 1

Yeah, he can be a jerk, but he also can be an incredibly good person. He's a paradox of himself. But even Roger Roger says his policies were great. Yeah, and you're not gonna vote for those policies that benefited you because you don't like him. And so we're gonna put somebody in the Oval office that is dishonest, that is not bright at all. That was the first one out of the dem primary in twenty twenty because of lack of support. When she was running on her record,

she had no support even among Democrats. That's why they had to install her as the nominee. She couldn't win a primary against a senile old man. Roger, God loves you, I love you. I think that you are so lacking wisdom. It horrifies me, it does. I feel bad for you, I really do. But Roger was brave enough to call in. I credit him for that. Well done, sir, You're just wrong. That's okay.

Speaker 3

Brought to you by Baron No Heating and Air.

Speaker 1

It's the Morning.

Speaker 3

Show one on WFLA.

Speaker 1

And look, here's the good news for you, Roger. If if Kamala wins and she gets to have four more years like Joe Biden, you can call me back in four years wishing you have a chance to do it over again, because I promise you you're going to suffer. So will everybody, everybody except the favored few, because that's how socialism works. There's no movement in socialism. This is all about control. I've done all I can, to paraphrase Yoseimite Sam, and I can't no, Popeye, sorry not you're

seeing it, Popeye. I've done all I can and I can't does no more. There's something like that. No, I don't know tomorrow, I don't know what we're gonna have to talk about. That's going to be part of the fun. So what are you saying? Let's gather together and we'll maybe do this all over again and talk about what happened today and what we know and what we don't know. Friends, get out and vote. Unless you're voting for Kamala, then stay home. We'll be back tomorrow. Have an awesome day.
