Man here. We are welcome friends. Friday of the Morning Show with Rust It's God, June twenty eight, Shoe fifty one point eighty six. Help is on the way. Our verse today is appropriate two Peter threety nine. It says the Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient towards you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. There are people that I absolutely believe God is being so patient, saying come on, come on now. God knows

the choices you and I are going to make. That's called omniscience. He's the only one that's got it. Satan doesn't have it. The demons don't have it. Those that claim to be able to read your future and tell your fortune, they don't have it. Huh huh Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. They they gain credibility by demonic forces telling them about your past, and then they're just throwing out nonsense. Only God knows your future, and this scripture reminds us God is patient with you and me so

that all should reach repentance. All now, that's not going to happen. Not everyone's going to accept the invitation. Just that's just is what it is. But God is patient. He doesn't want anyone to parish. So we begin ten minutes after the hour. Oh what a show we have for you. I will say that looking at the debate, got here early this morning,

and yeah, we'll have some fun this morning talking about that. Last night, of course, we've got what's the Bee Friday, we have a Florida man story that is well, I have to slot it later in the show just because I'll just leave it at that. We've got the best and worst of the week. We will have Lee Williams, the gun writer with us. Lots to talk about there. So friends, get yourself something to nibble on, little breakfast, maybe some coffee, tea, orange juice,

whatever you like, and settle in for a while. Stay with us. It's the Morning Show with Preston Scott Beck. You want him on that radio America can handle the truth. You need him on that radio nine to noon on WFLA. Coming up to twelve minutes past the hour. Here weekend, short week. Next week state workers will be joining me and taking Thursday and Friday off. You didn't know that, right, state Workers? You've got an extra day. Yes, state workers, the Governor's given you next Friday

off as well. Let's go through the date in history. June twenty eighth, seventeen seventy six in Charleston, South Carolina, which, by the way, just a beautiful city. Patriot troops manning a fort of sand and palmetto logs repulse a British sea attack. Seventeen seventy eight, the Battle of Monmouth, New Jersey. George Washington's Continental Army battles the British to a draw.

I'm sorry, I just immediately see a Monty Python routine where they're they're they're battling, and then they just stop and you see them all with their pads and pencils and they're drawing the battle to a d oh. Yeah, that's just Monty Python to the core. Then, in the summer of seventeen eighty seven, the Continental Convention met in Independence Hall in Philadelphia, which, by the way, that is Goosebump Territory. Right there. You go to Independence

Hall, walk up and down that street. If you walk down the street, you'll walk right to the Museum of the American Revolution. It's spectacular. I actually have something in my collection at home that was analyzed by their their lead artifact authenticator that at that place, it's just that entire street is just lined with history. It's incredible. Anyway, At times, the arguments grew

bitter, tempers flared. Some delegates verged on quitting when they reached an impasse over whether representation was to be based on population or if each state should be given one vote. Historians have called this period the critical juncture in the Convention. The country was brand new, already looked as though it might fall apart on June twenty eighth, seventeen eighty seven. And this will be consequential to

something later in the show. So I will harken back to this. Eighty one year old Benjamin Franklin, the oldest delegate, rose from his seat, and made a simple but profound suggestion that they should pray for guidance. He reminded the others that the Continental Congress had asked for divine aid at the start of the Revolutionary War, quoting our prayers, sir were heard, and they were graciously answered. And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? Or do

we imagine that we no longer need his assistance? I have lived, sir, a long time, and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth that God governs the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without his notice, it is probable that an empire can rise without his aid. The delegates did not follow Franklin's suggestion to begin each session with prayer. For one thing, they had no funds to hire a clergyman, but his words helped calm the convention, which soon

began to make progress, which answered Franklin's fervent prayer. How interesting that they felt the need for a clergyman, all they had to do was pray. Great story. Nineteen fourteen Serb nationalist assassinates Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie, an event that triggers World War One. Nineteen nineteen Treaty of Versailles signed in France, ending World War One. Let's see nineteen thirty nine.

Regular transatlantic passenger air service begins with the PanAm Dixie Clipper leaving Port Washington, New York for Lisbon, Portugal, and in two thousand and seven, the Bald Eagle removed from the list of endangered and threatened wildlife. So there you are, this date and history. We come back. You can get right

to it. No no soft startup today on the show FLA at WFLA, fam dot com, on your phone with the iHeartRadio app, and on hundreds of devices like Alexa, Google Home, Xbox, and Sono Saniheart's radio station. In our never ending effort to give you really good insight and analysis into what's going on that will likely impact your life in some way, shape or

form. Monday on the program, Well, for example, what the Florida legislature does is so important, and one of our goals has always been to make you as aware as possible of what's going on in the legislative session. And so we have Salnuzo, formerly with the James Madison Institute, now he's the executive director of Consumer's Defense. He will remain engaged and will remain involved in our program during the legislative session and beyond. And so in session he's

here weekly. Out of session, he's here monthly, and we give you a deep dive into what's going on so that you know now what you do with that and whether you pay attention, that's on you. But I will tell you that it is the most complete, comprehensive look at the legislative session from the citizen's perspective. Anywhere in the state. There's nobody doing what we're doing, Not at any radio station, not in any newspaper, not in

any online service. Nothing touches what Sal brings to this program in a similar light. Monday on the show, Zach Smith, who has been with us frequently from the Heritage Foundation. He and Hans von Spakowsky are legal scholars. They study, they know the Constitution, it's their expertise. They follow the court system. Zach will give us a breakdown on Monday of the Supreme Court rulings that have come in from the spring term. We're going to not just

the last few days or a few weeks of the month. We're going to there were other rulings, and we're going to talk about the most consequential rulings. Now one of them will prove to be perhaps, I mean it's a consequential ruling. How consequential will be determined. In November, the Supreme Court failed to address the federal government's online censorship by pressuring social media. It's one of the more confounding rulings because they acknowledged that the government's been involved. They

just don't think that the states have legal standing to sue. It's like I said, it's confounding that the three descending justices, you know, Kavanaugh, Roberts, and Cony Barrett were the ones that sided with the activist judges and said, yeah, they don't have standing. Alito and Gorsach and Thomas were like, you people have lost your mind. And so listen to what Jensaki,

former White House Press secretary. She was a good Press secretary though you know, she had a horrible job, but she was good at it. She went out and posted and talked about the Biden administration's plan to demand more aggressive action from Facebook and other social media platforms combating misinformation in the lead up to the election. So here we go again, same thing, same thing.

Now, I disagree with a whole bunch of things Elon Musk is doing with X, but it would seem at this point it's a safe harbor when it comes to this stuff. But the court shirk its responsibilities to address coercion of free speech. Again, social media, whatever, people can decide if they want to keep putting stuff up there, if social media says we're not going to allow it, but when the government gets involved, that crosses a line. And I'm just letting you know, listen to what Kring Jean Pierre

said. The Supreme Court's decision is the right one. It helps ensure the Biden administration can continue our important work with technology companies to protect the safety and security of the American people. What let me decode that for you. You're stupid and you don't know the difference between truth and fiction, So we're gonna tell you which is which. This is a really evil, sinister time.

But if there's a bright side, it's that maybe perhaps this will force some people to just kind of awaken the realities of how illiberals have become illiberal, how liberalism has transformed itself to illiberalism, how the Democrat Party has transformed itself into this progressive monolith. There's that word again, it's the word of the week, monolith that in fact doesn't want free speech, they want to limit

it. How ironic. Twenty seven minutes after the hour, Big Stories in the press box coming up next, and that means, yes, the debate you m a d radio network, make a difference. Radio network and this is the Morning Show with Preston Scott. Alrighty, big stories in the press Box, brought to you by Grove, a creative marketing and digital expertise. Now, I could play sound from the debate. I could let you listen to clips courtesy of CNN. For example, Joe Biden talking social Security.

Make them very wealthy, begin to pay their first share right now, everybody making it under one hundred and seventy thousand dollars pay six percent of their income of their paycheck. And then there's Donald Trump social Security. He's destroying it because millions of people are pouring into our country and they're putting them onto Social Security, They're putting them onto Medicare, Medicaid, They're putting them in our

hospitals. They're taking the place of our citizens again courtesy of CNN. However, I've decided rather than force you to listen to Joe and Trump wasn't great. He was okay, He stayed pretty focused, he was not outlandish. I mean, I was okay, all right, again, not great, but certainly well, let's just rather than me, and rather than than even some predictable conservative hosts from Fox or some of the shows we air. Let's listen to what. For example, here's MSNBC's Rachel Maddow and a short clip

President Obama's campaign manager in two thousand and eight. David Pluff is with us. David, I know you have been talking to some muckety muck and democratic politics, including what we gingerly call the donor class. What was your personal, David Pluff take on what you saw tonight and what are you hearing from the people you've been speaking with. Well, I think consistent with your reaction Rachel and others on the panel, it's kind of a deaf con one moment.

Oh really, your reaction, Rachel and the panel kind of a deaf con one. Let's see what MSNBC's Alex Wagner had to say. I'm not going to put a fine gene on it or a spin on it, even though I'm in the spin room, Rachel. There has been a uniformly negative

reaction to Biden's performance tonight. Surely, as you know, Joyce said, this was about revealing who Donald Trump was, but it was also Joe Biden battling a caricature of himself as an enfeebled person, an impression that Trump has been eager to convey to the country, and he did nothing to disabuse I think the country of the notion that he is very old and was a law frequently. This is from the friendly quarters of MSNBC. But it got worse.

Here's John King from CNN afterwards in moments in the debate. Later the President got better and got his footing, but then at the end, even his closing statement was a little halting the contrast between the two candidates. Let me be clear, none of them and a lot of Republicans don't think Donald Trump had a great night. Donald Trump broke the fact check machine more than I can count, but that right now as we speak, there is a deep, a wide, and a very aggressive panic in the Democratic Party.

We're going to expand on that next hour because this clip from John King about what his sources in the Democrat Party are saying and doing is revealing and it's butcher seeing what I predicted would happen. Now will it, I don't know, We'll see. Forty minutes after the hour. We have more big stories coming up next here on The Morning Show with Preston Scott, always looking for the truth. It's The Morning Show with Preston Scott on news radio one hundred

point seven WFLA. Some comments from some Democrat operatives, Yasher Ali, I am in a multiple I'm in multiple large group texts with Democrat operatives, elected official, staffers, and donors. Not one of them feels good about Biden's performance tonight in terms of his style, his voice, et cetera. And these are people who aggressively defend him. Katie Pavloch CNN reporting Dems panicking behind the scenes starting within minutes of the debate, starting seeing Biden's debate as abysmal,

terrible. Chris Slitza said, look, this debate was a total and complete disaster for Biden. He looked old, his answers trailed off repeatedly. He was hard to understand. He would stop mid sentence and move on to

something else. I never thought he would be this bad, stunning, truly, Katie Pavlich Van Jones calling for Biden to step aside before the convention, quoting that was painful, Pavlich again, posting former White House Communications director Kate Bentenfield, no doubt this was a very disappointing performance for President Biden, no two ways about it. Not a good night for Joe Biden. This was a disaster for Joe Biden. Here's why, because people tuned in. I'm

anxious to see the numbers. People tuned in to see the circus. Right, people tuned in to watch the cars crash. They certainly got a circus. Well they did. And here's what they got. They got a restrained Trump something no one I really thought. Whatever happen, and again, not

a great performance. But by comparison, one analysis out there, and I've seen it in some email I've received from you, is that the mainstream, the legacy media is now crashing Joe's age and his sinility and they're going to try to draw a parallel to look at the decline and Joe in four years now consider Trump. But there's no comparison there, just isn't. It's going to be one of the two of them is going to be president unless the

Democrats eject him. And that's been my prediction all along. I don't know how, I don't know when, I don't. There have been a lot of theories about that, but that's been my prediction all along. They cannot go to Kamala. She wasn't even mentioned. So this is This is a fascinating development. The performance was so bad that even the most partisan of the megacy legacy media outlets, they can't paint this picture any better than it is.

And here's the bigger issue that the Democrats are facing. Understanding that, my view is there was cheating done. If it wasn't organized by the Democrat Party, it was certainly done with its knowledge and with the assistance of those that run various election outlets that that took place. I mean, there was just too much coordination, too many things, the ignoring of the United States Supreme Court in Pennsylvania, the violating of law over and over again in multiple

states, the suspending of counting at the same time in multiple states. I mean, too many questions. The numbers now are going to be beyond what the Democrats can can reasonably think they can manipulate. Would that be a way of putting it. Because so many people saw last night, Sweet Jesus, he's got the nuclear codes. Now, of course, there's a lot of us that are like, trust me, there ain't no way that man's got the codes. Obama's got the codes. Obama's the one running the government.

And I firmly believe that However, Democrats are in a all out freak out right now. Now I've maintained they've got a plan. We'll see, we will see. There are other things to talk about. We've got Lee Williams coming up, Florida Man coming up. Get you ready for what's the Bee? Friday? In the third hour, best and worst, good news headlines on the Bee, even a dad joke still to come. You Mayor of Realville, dispensing information at the speed of sound. It's the Morning Show with

Preston Scott. All right, let me give you a little bit of a breakdown here. I've got a post up now that could save your life. We'll get to more about that in just a second. But I have another post coming up this weekend, and then Monday, all of the local candidate interviews that I've done will post. The interview window is over. The invitations were made at the very beginning of June. Not everybody that we invited took advantage of the opportunity. I'll point that out in my blog post. That's

on them, It's not on me. I was not going to release interviews and have competitors listen to that interview and then it shape our conversation. We talked with each candidate sort of in an island, not really being impacted by anybody else or anything else. And so those interviews will all be released on the same day, on July first, which is Monday, and you can do with that what you will. However, it's time on my blog page, I have two video clips. One is how to spot a rip current

with the understanding that they can happen in calm waters. They can happen in virtually any direction if waves are breaking. Rip currents oftentimes, though not always, will be an area in between the waves where they're not really breaking because the water's going the other way. The water could be a little bit deeper there because oftentimes the sand gets washed out in that area creates a little bit of a deeper channel, darker water. Sometimes you'll see sandy colored water extending

beyond the surf zone. That's an indicator that you have sand being picked up and carried and deposited out beyond where the waves are breaking, and you kind of work that back with your eyes. You could see debris or seaweed because of a rip current. They don't always show these signs. Sometimes it's one versus another sometimes it's all of them, it's all varied. But I've got a second video as well, and this video teaches you what to do if

you're in one. And a lifeguard puts himself in a rip current and demonstrates how they work and what to do based on his experience saving lives, and he talked about the tragedy that happens sometimes with well meaning, well intentioned people jumping in saving somebody, but not understanding how to save somebody, not understanding themselves how a rip current works. So there are two videos, how to

spot and then how to survive. Those videos in total, with the information in the blog, could save your life, could save a loved one's life, a friend and out of town visitor, guest, family member, it could save a life. And so I've reposted it so it's right there on the homepage of the website WFLA FM dot com or WFLA Panama City dot com. It's right there and it can make a difference. I'm doing everything I know to do to get the word out. Those of you that are here

from out of state, Welcome to the Sunshine State. It's beautiful here. The beaches are spectacular along Florida's coastlines. The Gulf Coast is better from a beach perspective because the sand is just it's the white sand that you see in the postcards. The Atlantic has the darker sand. You know, Florida's coastlines are awesome, but understand that public beaches will usually have flags. Double red

means the waters closed to the public. Red means high hazard, Medium means medium, or yellow means medium hazard, which means like a caution light, be careful. Green is low hazard. They're still hazard, it's just low. Also know this purple is marine life, meaning jellyfish, sharks, something's in the area. And also know this, if there are no flags at the beach you're at, make a phone call. Ask call the sheriff's department in the county you are in, Ask what are the surf conditions? What

are the flag conditions on the beaches. Here's where I'm at. All right, we come back. Lee Williams, the gun writer, will join us. Lots of important news on the Second Amendment atf and more. Let's get right to it. Second hour. He's Jared, I'm Preston. It's the Morning Show with Preston Scott and our guest is Lee Williams, the gun writer dot substack dot com. Lee, how in the world are you tired? I didn't sleep very well last night, worried about the state of the country.

How about you, well, I see I go to bed before. Those types of things can affect my sleep. I come in early and ruin my day. But no, there's Look, since you brought it up, it was a disaster and there's no way Democrats let Joe Biden be the nominee. That's been my take for a few years now. But what about you, well, I think the big lie is over. I want you to listen to a headline. It's a column I wrote It's time to talk about

the president's mental health. The subtext is the mainstream media continues to ignore obvious signs that the president's cognitive abilities are declining. I wrote that on June twenty four, twenty twenty one, three years ago, and it's taken this long for the legacy to corporate media to actually get out of the way and let Americans see what the hell is going on with Joe Biden. That was three years ago. I was calling on people to talk about Biden's cognitive issues.

I hate to be right this way. That was disturbing last night. I'm I'm glad the big lie is over, but you know, there are other people around the world that saw that too. I'm wondering when we invade, when China invades Taiwan, I'm wondering how far Putin's going to go. But the fat boy King and North Korea is going to do it was disgusting.

Well, you know, the thing that I think is troubling to me, Lee is that I believe that the moment Barack Obama left office and made residence in Washington, DC, he was going to make every effort to control the government. And I believe he is. I think he is in fact running the White House, and I think he has since Joe Biden took office. That might be the scariest part of all is that everything that's being done is

being orchestrated by somebody else. Yeah, unelected bureaucrats, unelected former presidents, unelected extremely lefty I would say, communist children who are getting their incredible agenda out there that America doesn't want because they're pulling Biden strings. And you know, last night Jill Biden came across doctor Jill as just an evil, evil woman. I mean, this was not bordering on elder abuse. This was

elder abuse. Brother. Yeah, yeah, there's no doubt. The post debate party where she's trying to extol his virtues and he's looking around like he doesn't know where he is. You feel sorry for him until you recognize that he wanted this job so badly. I believe he sold his soul to the devil to have it, and we're paying the price for it as a nation.

I mentioned to you, I've sat in stunned silence when I read that the Attorney General representing or the district attorney representing Wes Little Rock was not going to file any kind of charges and that the the use of deadly force and the murder, the assassination of Brian Malinowski in Little Rock, Arkansas was legal and justified. Lee, What was your reaction? We knew it was going

to happen. Unfortunately, I knew there were not going to be any charges against the ATF agent that murdered Melanowski in the no knock search warrant of his home. We just could see that coming. There were you know, after the killing, there are always two investigations that start, one, the district attorney had decides whether or not to charge the ATF agent with murder. Okay,

that's over. They're not going to charge anybody with anything. The other is an internal one that the ATF is doing to determine whether or not their agency violated policy. What do you think that one's gonna say? So? Yeah, for killing mister Melanosky in his home, terrorizing his wife, terrorizing his neighbors. The ATF is gonna walk away, just like they did after Fast and Curious, just like they did after Waco, just like they did

after Ruby Ridge. That agency has never been held accountable. It certainly will not hold itself accountable. What happens next for the family. They could do a civil suit. It's gonna be difficult, but they have a former Attorney General of Arkansas as their personal attorney. I think. I don't know if they win. It's going to be difficult as hell, but they will be able to get some discovery and bring some issues to light. I'm sure ATF

right now is scurrying. I can damn your here the shredders here in Sarasota, Florida, from Arkansas. I guarantee you ATF is not gonna play along willingly with the civil suit. They're gonna drag their feet. Hopefully the Biden Harris administration will be gone soon and we can actually get people in charge of ATF who will hold that agency accountable before it's abolished. Nothing shows the need to get rid of ATF like the murder, like you said, the assassination

of Brian Malanowski. I want to reset that for listeners who may not be fully up to speed on that story. Lee stand by Lee Williams. The work that he does and the writing that he offers is second to none, and I encourage you to get on the newsletter. You will get multiple releases a week worthy of your time and attention, which is why he's a guest on this program, and he's kind enough to offer his time. The gun

Writer dot substack dot com, simple as that. And women serving our great nation and our armed services, those serving community, he says, law enforcement officers and first responders. I say you are all essential workers. Welcome to the Morning Show with Preston Scott twelve minutes past the hour, Lee Williams, the Gunwriter with us. Lee reset Brian Malinowski and what the ATF claimed and what they accused him of doing and being and other ways they should have handled

this. They really didn't have a good charge on Brian. They had surveiled him, they had his cell phoned, they had a tracker on his vehicle. They raided his home March nineteenth, and just you know, he's fifty three years old. He's a former, he was the current airport executive. He was a good guy, a guy that knew him that I spoke to. He said he was kind of a marshmallow. However, he sold some firearms at gun shows. At the very least, at the very most,

they had some type of process crime, some type of license crime. He did not have a federal firearms license. And they kicked in the door, no knock, they said. They waited for some seconds, but you know how that goes kicking the door, and Brian thought he was defending himself against an armed home invaders, which he kind of was, and they shot him in the head. The protocols were completely out of whack. Arkansas State Police

has investigated. They passed it off to the prosecuting attorney and that's that. It's a done deal. Nobody will be held accountable. We don't even know the name of the guy who shot him. Meanwhile, you got the lawmakers in Ohio ordered Jim Jordan ordered ATF to turn the overall documents to the case. This thing. May see, we may finally find out what happened there, but it's going to take a while. And nobody from the ATF has

ever addressed this other than saying they followed policy. It's so sad. I mean it's literally thereby the grace of God, whew you and that well, they obviously didn't follow policy because they didn't have their cameras running. No, they had no cameras, and they taped over the doorbell camera. So it's not to give any leave any evidence. I mean, this thing. All they had to do, since they knew the guy, like we've said before, was show up at his office and say, hey, we got to

search warrns from your home. Let's go. He worked at an airport. You think he's armed there? I highly doubt it. They could have pulled him over on their way home, you know, hey we got a search warran. They could have told his attorney, hey, we got a search one for your client, let's go. But instead it's ATF wanting to play commando like they do, and they always get in trouble. And now good man is dead and his wife was held in the vehicle and a police car

was thirty three. She's held him in your night clothes for hours, having seen her husband get shot in the head, and nobody's telling her the status, the mental anglish and mental torture that woman went through, she'll never overcome. Correct me if I'm wrong. In Arkansas what he was engaging in, he was not just selling guns at gun shows. And it wasn't like he was selling them to make a living. He was buying and selling guns.

I mean a lot of people do that. Yep. He was also buying and selling coins, wasn't he. Yeah, he had a great I always screw up this word new mismatic reputation right for being a coin collector. And you know what, I hate to say, what ATF alleged he had done wrong? What potential charges they had on the guy, because he's not here to defend himself. So I know, I know dozens of dudes that will go to gun shows and rent a table and move some guns if they no

longer want and which is totally legal in Arkansas. Yet ATF killed them for it. Yeah, that's the point I wanted to make. In Arkansas, what he engaged in. You know, though some might say, well, he should have had a license. Okay, well let's adjudicate that they eliminated that opportunity. But in Arkansas, what he was engaged in was fully covered by the law. Yeah, it's debatable. It's debatable whether he needed a license or not. I mean, we could have that argument. I would

say, you know, I know a lot of guys that don't. It's their hobby. And you know, he had a table, he had coins on the table. Too easy to make a case that he didn't. He needs to make a case he should have. But it's all moot now because he'll never be able to address those charges because they just murdered the man in his own home. And oh, by the way, ATF sent a message

to every single other person in this country while doing so. More with Lee Williams Next Thegunriter dot Substack dot Com, the us L on your phone with the iHeart Radio app and on hundreds of devices like Alexa, Google Home, Xbox, and Sonos, and Ihearts Radio Station twenty one past the Hour and the Break Talking Guns with Williams imagine that the gun writer dot substack dot com. All right, Lee, you've been busy pumping out content. Ironically,

your latest post is surviving the Biden ad Men. Yeah, the upshot of this is that Joe Biden's policy. We look kind of pressian for having this go out today, but we're not. It was lucky to draw, long story short, We're not safe and Joe Biden's policies are making us less safe. But here's the kicker. Even if Biden loses his reelection, and after the last night is obviously probably will, it's going to take years to undo the damage he's caused in this country. We're gonna be living with threats that

he is allowed to stream across our border for at least a decade. And as far as threats go, I mean, look who he's a loved gang members, cartel members, actual terrorists from Isis k Man. And then you have these horrible, horrible crimes that these Venezuelan illegal immigrants are committee that the legacy media is just totally ignoring because they don't want to connect the dots because

that could implicate Biden and that can harm US reelection chances. So we came out with some ideas how to you know, stay informed, get good instruction, learn how to gunfight, get some first aid training. Key Triple C is probably the best. And we have to protect our Second Amendment because it's still under threat. And Buddy, if we lose that, and we've never had a president who was damaged and tried to damage the Second Amendment more than

Joe, we lose a Second Amendment game over. Yeah, I talked about it earlier this week. It's the one that protects all the rest. You've also done a piece on the mass shooting data being manipulated. Oh, CDC is just you know, you wish these people would just stay in their lane. I guess that's the bottom line. Everybody is using data from the gun Violence Archive. It's fake data. We've got Biden citing it like it's cool. He's using. Joe Biden wants there to be a lot of crime when

he wants to talk about assault weapons bands. But now these days in reelection, he wants crime to go down. So when he wants crime stats to go up, he cites the gun violence Archives. When he wants to give the impression that crime is going down, he cites the FBI. However, Yeah, FBI is showing violence crime is going down, but there's reasons for that. I mean, the biggest cities in the country, New York, LA. They've stopped supplying crime data to the FBI, so of course it

looks like it's going down. Biden, it's just his typical gas lighting of the facts. You see the rupper down. He wants to have it both ways, depending on what he's trying to get across and who his audience is. And of late, that has led to the US Surgeon General wink wink, nod, nod. I mean air quotes all around that declaring a health emergency for the purpose of what well, you know, in the administration, there should be some positions that are sacricaying and that are politics free. At

least they have them. The Surgeon General was always one of them. Leave the surgeon general alone, don't bring him in to pay, you know, play these games, these political games. But nope, Vivic Murphy, our surgeon General, declared, quote unquote gun violence is a public health crisis. You know, gun ownership, like my boss Alan Gottlieb. But the Second

Amendment Foundation said, and ownership is not a disease brother. This guy used gun violence archive stats to make his point two, and we've debunked them. Gosh, Preston, I don't know how many dozens of times. This is the Surgeon General of the United States using fake data to further hit the administration's gun control efforts. I mean, think about you talked about gas lighting the GVA. All this stuff is made up. They said they have such a

wide open definition of what constitutes the mass shooting. They said they're four hundred and seventeen mass shootings in twenty nineteen. FBI said there were thirty. This is the type of data our US Surgeon General is citing to further gun control and efforts by the administration. It's sick and the Journal of the American Medical Associations jumping on board. They've just released a piece trying to bolster these claims.

And you're right, we're putting this stuff in places where, quite honestly, they're going to create more soft zones. They're going to create more targets, and it's going to be worse. Yeah, they're going to get people killed. They're going to create gun free zones, which has always been their goal. They know the Second Amendment will prevent them. They know they can't get an assault weapon ban through Congress, so once again Joe's using his executive

orders. They're going to declare places off limits, which creates gun free zone. And gun free zones are a maga for mayhem. That's where these sick individuals go to commit these atrocities. Lee, as always look forward to your your notes, your your articles, your musings and observations, and of course your research. Thanks for the time as always, my friend, my pleasure. dot substack dot com. Twenty seven past the hour like a fine wine. Ah, excuse me, man, I please have some more water the Pellegrino. Yes, sparkling mm, this breathe very nice. Good morning, and welcome to the Morning Show with Preston Scott. Passed the hour. Allegedly, the Trump campaign has already produced this ad from last night's Joe Biden low lights. I was making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the UH, with the COVID,

I scud be with dealing with everything we have to do with Uh. Look, if we finally beat medicare, we find him and find finding housing for black Americans. The impact on the choice, the idea that they're gonna I'm not. I've been proposing that everybody they pay, the millionaires pay one percent, so no one after I've not raised the cost of so security for anybody.

Three, I got my handicapped, which when I was Vice president down to six and wants to get away with it, get rid of the ability of medicare, to for the ability for the US to be able to negotiate to our place with the big former companies. What I'm going to do is fix the Texas. And for example, we have one thousand trillionaires in America, I mean billionaires in America. Noel was hurt. Noel one Israeli was

accidentally killed and it just stopped. And I'm going to continue to move until we get the total band on the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more border patrol and more five of officers. Wow, how about I just go to I mean, it was the CNN debate. Here's CNN's John King that right now, as we speak. There is a deep, a wide, and a very aggressive panic in the Democratic Party. It started

minutes into the debate and it continues right now. It involves party strategists, it involves elected officials, it involves fundraisers, and they're having conversations about the president's performance, which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket, and they're having conversations about what they

should do about it. Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the president's step aside others or other of the conversations are about should prominent Democrats go public with that call? Because they feel this debate was so terrible, let's let's let's add to that. Rachel Maddow on MSNBC with Alex Wagner. I'm not going to put a fine gene on it or or a spin on it, even though I'm in the spin room,

Rachel. There has been a uniformly negative reaction to Biden's performance tonight. Surely, as you know, Joyce said, this was about revealing who Donald Trump was, but it was also Joe Biden battling a caricature of himself as an enfeebled person and an impression that Trump has been eager to convey to the country, and he did nothing to disabuse I think the country of the notion that

he is very old and was lost frequently in that debate. This is the same group of people that have vigorously defended Biden and have shielded the American people from the obvious. Here is Rachel Maddow with a special guest, President Obama's campaign manager in two thousand and eight. David Pluff is with us. David, I know you have been talking to some muckety MUCKs and democratic politics,

including what we gingerly call the donor class. What was your personal David Pluff, take on what you saw tonight and what are you hearing from the people you've been speaking with. Well, I think consistent with your reaction Rachel and others on the panel, it's kind of a deaf con one moment. This is the mainstream media. This is the Biden camp, the Democrat, the liberal progressive sickophants. Forty minutes after the hour, come back change gears mercifully

on the Morning Show. Come to the m A D Radio Network, where we challenge you to make a difference in your world in a positive way, improving the lives of others. It's The Morning Show with Preston Scott, the Border Patrol Union. To be clear, we never have and we never will

endorse Biden. Everybody is out there try their best to distance themselves. If anyone thought the Border patrols out there going, if anyone ever thought we were even remotely endorsing this man, Just when you think you should feel sorry for him and you should maybe consider that someone should file criminal charges against Jill Biden. Jill, Hey, Jilly, that's not Jill, that's my sister.

Yeah, you guys, I just remember how evil Joe Biden was when he was vice president, how he enriched his family, how he's compromised our country with China, Ukraine and now our involvement in the war. I just sorry, zero sympathy, pray for the man. That's it. If that doesn't get you ready for what's the beef We've got. We got more coming up in just a little bit. But first time, ladies and gentlemen, for one of our favorite moments. Let's all sing. If you read something insane,

I probably did it. I'm fond of the blogs. Going ahead, and google my name, my name. Now there is no mean to sins. I have committed and we all feel better when we have somebody, everybody all the lead research assistant of the Morning Show came through with this one. This is as different a Florida man's story as I have ever come across. And it's just plain gross, which is why I have I have pushed this segment to the middle of the program as late as I could fitted in the

rundown. But I will honestly say to you, if you're eating, you might want to turn the radio down for just a minute, just saying. The story comes sweet God. The story comes from the American Journal of Medical Case Reports. May May addition, an unnamed sixty three year old Florida man eating dinner with his wife, celebrating that he had been healing well after a

surgery, recovering well from prostate cancer, doing terrific. He had various complications and and a procedure to remove his urinary bladder fifteen days before the dinner, and so he had he had an incision in his abdomen when he sneezed. My man sneezed so forcefully then coughed that parts of his intestines came out. Bless its hard. Can you even imagine now some of you probably can, Like I would imagine a woman that's had a sea section and then within a

day or two or that day sneez for whatever the reason. I I can't even I but I mean, it's been better than two weeks. He's probably thinking, Okay, two weeks later, the wound is healing up, We're good. Such was the force of the sneeze. They had to they had to. Everything was fine, but they had to put it back in stitching back up. Oh boy, that that's that's Florida Man territory. And and I don't think I would use his name if it were in the story.

That poor soul. That's enough. Just that's enough. Right there you have. You have made your way into the Florida Man archives in a totally different way. But it absolutely deserved to mention. And I don't know, I don't know what you do. I mean, do you hold if you is that the lesson? I mean they're talking about it in this journal, like there's so little research of these types of wounds in the aftermath and the aftercare.

Blah blah blah blah, blah that this is useful, and so is this useful now for any of you that ever have surgery in your abdomen for any reason cee section or otherwise that are hernia whatever that if you sneeze or cough man, cover up and hold that bad boy together, hold on for dear life. Oh man, Just I mean I'm looking down and thinking what would I do if I saw my intestines coming out? Ah? Oh boy? Forty seven minutes after the hour, come back, get you ready for

what's the beef Friday? Here in the Morning Show with Preston Scoy sensey of sensibility, communicator of common sense amplified. It's the Morning Show with Preston Scott. It's the Morning Show. In Preston Scott's welcome back. Preston doesn't have its headphones on. He doesn't know her back yet, So I'm just telling for a little time while he finishes some work. Oh he's reaching for the

headphones. Now. I had this story earlier this week, and I just I found myself reading into it. It's an axios story, which in and of itself is it requires remarkable bravery on my part to read it. And so you're welcome for taking that on. Biden pardons veterans convicted under military's ban on gay sex. This week, Joe Biden pardoned veterans who were convicted and forced out of the military because of a former law that banned gay sex,

including this is the article between consenting adults. Why it matters. According to Axios, Biden's clemency will extend to thousands of former military service members who were convicted of the former Uniform Code of Military Justice article on twenty five Well, it was in effect from the nineteen fifties to twenty thirteen, quoting today, I'm writing a historic wrong. Sorry, I'm madding, I'm embellishing, or

maybe I'm not. Who knows. Today I'm writing an historic wrong by using my clemency authority to pardon many former service members who are convicted simply for being themselves. Despite their courage and great sacrifice, thousands of lgbtq I plus service members were forced out of the military because of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Listen, now, this is about dignity, decency, and ensuring the culture of our armed forces reflect the values that make us an exceptional nation.

I honestly don't know why Russia and China don't attack us immediately. We are so compromised in our leadership at the highest levels of the military, the highest levels of government. All right, it's what's the b Friday? That outa do eight five zero two zero five WFLA. The phone lines are open, they're yours. This is your time to call and get it off your chest. If you've never called in, here's an invitation. It's a first time Friday. Think of it that way. First time Friday eight five zero two

zero five ninety three fifty two eight five zero two zero FIVEFLA. We expect a full bank of callers, so now would be the time to call in. We have three sessions of audio therapy coming up next, our three awaits on Friday. Here in the Morning Show with Preston Scott. The lines are full, so let's do this. What's to be Friday begins your chance to get it off your chest. You can complain about literally anything you want.

However, we have two provisions. One no profanity. This is a program that prides itself on being a show that kids can and in fact do listen to, of all ages, and we want it to be a safe harbor and so no profanity. You can do it. Second provision, don't make it personal. If you have a bad experience somewhere, tell us what happened, leave the name of the business out of it. And if you want to criticize me for some reason, that's fine. Just don't make it personal.

If you just disagree with me, that's good. I'm good with that. You just always remember I will have the last word. Anyway. We begin with those who have been waiting the longest eight five zero two zero five to b a f la. As you hear us, wrap up one call, anticipate it and call on in Jason, Thanks for being patient. What's the beef? Good morning guys. The Deep State fate debate last night.

I can't believe they edited live to just make Biden look so bad, waiting on his press secretary to tell me this was a deep state fake that CNN without the gissing. How do they defend MSNBC just tearing him down? Well, it was obviously edited to make him look bad, and letn't quite the

way it was. You know, it's going to be a hold. Look, this is going to be the I woke up this morning and didn't see a thing on Facebook about the debate, and at that point I knew Trump must have won it, So you didn't stay up to watch any of it. It was an obvious winner from when it started, right, Yeah, fair enough, Jason, thanks very much for the phone call. It frees

up a line eight five zero two zero five WFLA. So Jason's beef was that that was clearly an edited debate made to put upon the American people a lost and wandering Joe Biden. Well done, sir, Greg gear up. What's the beef? Okay, mini beef and Best of the Week nominee Michael Phelps's testimony before the Congress. He testified that the Chacom swimming coaches convinced female swimmers to take a banned substance and that's why they did so well at the

twenty twenty one Olympics. Now, previously I had trust in these games because the International Olympic Committee said that you had to have your transitioning completed by a twelve to be a transgender athlete who competes. Suck the blue. But my actual beef is the American theater wing and the twenty twenty four Tony Awards. They could have made a pro Israel message by inviting eighty one year old Barry Manilow to present as performance from his Broadway musical Harmony What did They Do?

He invited Hillary Rodham Clinton to get to perform a get out the vote message along with the musical steps. All right, Greg, thanks very much, rolling on here to Ray. Hi, Ray, you're up. What's the

beef? Eight? Good morning. You know, my beef is honestly with the national mainstream media because last night they showed what every saying person has known for the last three years, and they put it on full display for everybody live, and there's no way for them to cover it up unless, like the previous caller now you know, indicated that the KJP is going to be going, Oh this is the deep bake, this is the deep bake.

They essed the video. It was horrible. We knew he was horrible, we knew he was incognitive decline, and there was no way for them to cover it up last night. Thank you, Ray, appreciate the phone call as always. Michael, you are next. Uh, we have another Ray and then we have Doug what about you? Eight five zero two zero five to WFLA, what's the beef? Friday on the Morning Show with Preston Scott listening to the m a D Radio Network. You are challenged to make a

difference each and every day. Would you do that for us? Please? Please just a little just try it, would you? This is the Morning Show with Preston Scott. Time to go to segment two, an exclusive presentation of the Morning Show with Thrustin Scott. It is what's the Beef Friday? Your chance to just feel better? You trust me, you will, Michael, thanks for being patient. Good morning, Welcome. What's the beef? Good morning President? My beef is where is the White House? Bunny?

When he needs to save Trump? He couldn't save Trump, He couldn't save money Biden yesterday. My O thing is that those that don't want to vote for Trump to make up their mind by now that I always say, this is not a high school election. And I think that Trump has also changed and the rules also helped him because he was able to restrain himself a little

bit and talk about the issues. But I think that now we know who's running the country is not Biden. So if you make up up a mind and then save the country, those aren't want to boots, those who make up their mind. Now you observed that as well that Trump. He might not have knocked it out of the park across the board, but Trump was more adult and grown up last night. Yeah. Yeah, I'm thinking that those that had a bad views about him, she was starting in their mind.

Now. I think he's probably listening to people too, So that's also good about that too. Yeah, absolutely, Michael, Thank you very much. Good to hear from you, my friend, and once again, congratulations. Let's move back around to line one. Hi, Ray, thanks for calling. Good morning, Preston. I'm trying to turn this into a beef

and try to think it one. I feel like last night's debate was an answer to prayer, that Trump behaved himself, and I just would like for people to remember certain Chronicles seven fourteen and Ephesian six twelve, and that we just this is a spiritual war and we have to take it very seriously because really our country is at stake here and we can get caught up with all that to do, but we have to just pray and personally all of us.

And so my beef is that I have got myself got to do better with just repenting and turning from my wicked ways and humbling myself because I love my country. We all love our country, and we just want this election to go the way that we need it to go. I understand. Yeah, Ray, I think you're going to find your at first. Thank you for calling and pointing that out and reminding us. It's something that I've talked about from time to time that we're not wrestling against flesh and blood. But

it's ironic that you should make that call today. So stay with me this morning and in the final half hour, I think it'll make some sense what I'm referring to. Doug Europe, what's the beef? Good morning. I've got a couple interests and beast one. Everyone talks about the south side of town getting disrespected or whatever, But you can go to a restaurant on the north side of town and purchase this food. Go to the same restaurant on

south side of town. It's more expensive. That's interesting. And then why is gas so much more expensive in Leon County than in Jackson County. They're both in the state of Florida. They both pay the same out and state sales tax on fuel, but it's thirty five cents a gallon cheaper than Mariana got it last night for two ninety five. You feel better, Yeah, I do, because that's just irritating, and in Panama City yesterday was two eighty five. Thank you, sir, appreciate it. Doug, thanks for

the gas update. By the way, for those that want to fill up, let's fit one more colorator before the break. Gary, you're up. What's the beef? Hey, Preston, I just want to say, first to the gas guy, it has to do with how close you are to the supply point. Second, Preston, I feel bad for Joe. I ain't gonna lie. I'm a Trump guy all the way, but I really felt bad for Joe last night. I thought he did a good job. After the first few he fired back a few times, good at Trump.

But man, I just my beef is the Democrats just putting Joe up there, because I mean, I felt bad for him those first few times he mumbled, And that's my beef. I know Trump danced around a couple of questions that he probably felt were just trapped questions, and you know, I really hope we can get the country back and straighten it out again, because nothing is as good as it was four years ago. Thank you, Gary, appreciate the phone call, the observations on the debate, the happenings of

last night. Mark, You're next, then, Gayle, Doug. Nope, not Doug. We've got another line open, another line ringing, one line open eight five zero two zero five WFLA. It could be yours. One segment left on the Morning Show with Threston Scott UFLA on your phone with the iHeartRadio app and on hundreds of devices like Alexa, Google Home, Xbox and son No soon yes and Ihearts radio station. Well, we have one

line open. I'm quite sure how that happens, but we do, which means it can be yours with only the callers in front of you, separating you from your your time on the air. What do you want to complain about? It's what's to be Friday? Mark has been patient. Good morning, sir, welcome, Good morning. There we all doing terrific. What's

your beef? My friend? Good? Uh? If I watched it, Beat, I came in late last night watching the debate and everything, and Joe just did not look It looked like he was trying to catch more flies than anything. With his mouth wide open. The handler should be doing better than that. I do feel sorry for him, but I will not be voting for him. Uh. But I decided to turn the channel after the debate and see what old mad cow girl whatever her name, I don't remember

her name anyway. Yeah, they had Gavin Newsom on there. Now he's got to be the next one for the ticket. They're going to slide him in there under under a kamala. Uh. I really think that. I really do believe they're going to try to squeeze him in. Uh. That's that's my beef and I don't want it. Yeah. I think a lot of people feel as though Gavin Newsom's appearance on some of the shows was to juxtapose him and his energy. The problem Gavin Newsom has is even the state

of California hates him. While they protected him a few years ago from a recall election, Californians recognize the unmitigated disaster he has been policy wise, He's just a shinier version of it. But he's good on his feet. He can present himself well, So that's something to be considered to consider. Gail,

you're up, what's the beef? My beef is that while we're all jumping up and down, celebrating, hoping that people realize what we've all known, and not considering the fact that it was this is their way, those people that have been pulling the strings, they knew exactly. They had to have known that he would not perform well, and this is their way of finding a way to get support from people that would be resist of two having their own nominee at the count at the convention. Yeah, it was just

and I'm not normally a paranoid person. I'm very positive, but there's not a second that I think these people did not know what was going to happen and that they were going to use it. Yeah, I completely agree with you. The orchestration of Joe's official demise in one way, shape or form. I think we we witnessed certainly part of it. Donald Jurop, what's what's your what's your beef? Yeah? Off the presidential debate and onto the

commissioner tenderedency. I think Jack Porter needs to go along with Jeremy Metlow because they're totally to you know, the vote gets pretty much everything. That's all, Thank you very much. Donald. It's going to be interesting to see he's talking about local races here in Tallahassee. And of course Jack Porter has an ethics investigation ongoing. She wasn't answering questions about it before the ethics Now

she's using the ethics investigation to provide cover for not answering questions. Now it's a joke. Jeremy Mattlow is not up for elections, so that that ship has sailed for at least another couple of years. But yeah, consequential elections and they matter. The candidate interviews that I've done will drop on Monday, so you can check those out on the blog page at w FLA FM dot com. Slash Preston, Michael, you are the final callers, sir,

no pressure. What's the beef? My beef is the city of Tallahassee. They're trying to build a new police annex complex, high speed whatever. They sit a notice out that only minority businesses can submit bids to that job. So to me, that's racist, but they won't ever admit that. So you either have to be minority business and they consider female owned businesses minority business. That's my bee. So you're gonna do this DEI crap and what happens

when it goes over budget and over time. What you know there's gonna be any penalties or anything like that. That's my bee. Thank you Michael. I. First of all, I would love to see that notice if you, if you can send it to my attention, please do so. I don't know that that's legal. I know that they used to do a scorecard system where they would offer points. They did a point basis on certain aspects of someone's business, and they would give points based on ownership and minority employees

and et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. I'm not sure how legal any of that is in Flo anymore, and so I personally would probably be interested in seeing somebody challenge that. But you raise a fair point. Twenty seven minutes after the hour, Thank you friends for the phone calls. When we come back. No big stories in the press box, but our thanks to Grove a creative marketing and digital expertise. We've appreciated their fine sponsorship of

this segment over the last few months. But we will come back with our best and worst of the week, some good news, dad joke headlines from the Babylon b So there's still much to come. Don't leave us Friday on the Morning Show with Preston Scott Show with Preston Scott's What Will You Do with on Freedom on USE Radio one hundred point seven WUFLA. All right, we push everything to the side a little bit again. Thanks to Grove a creative

marketing and digital expertise. They sponsor the big stories in the press box, but not on Friday because we don't have them in this hour, well not on Friday in the third hour, I should say, we do have. We do have other things though, and that includes the best and worst of the week as we see it. Now, this this is just personal. This is what Jared and I are are just kind of you know, what

we think is best and worst for within our life. You know, it's not me judging the stories and the news or him weighing in on necessarily although it could be just might not be. So your best and worst, sir, are well start with my worst. I would like to say, quote unquote flushable wipes for those who do not know, are not flushable. They will rooin in your septic system. And someone who lives in my apartment complex did not get that memo. Oh no, so my water was off for

like twenty four hours while plumbers were fixing that. So that's just a little PSA. They're called flushable wipes, but they're not flushable. Don't flush them? Do they do? They say anything on the packaging? Do you know? I haven't examined them, so I couldn't tell you if they say, My goodness, grace. They are branded as flushable even though they are definitely not, so they do not decompose. Yeah, they will ruin your pipes

and septic systems, So do not flush the flushable wipes. Okay, My best for those who don't know, I am on a little fitness journey working my way to my first five K in a few months. And what yes, you're doing a five K five K? Yes, And so I've been training for it and I got my pace per mile to under nineteen minutes, which okay, which for me is really good, but that's not my best.

Preston. My best is after I shared that my mother, who is I'm seventy years old, sent me a screenshot of her fitness app and her mile pace per minute or mile pace, she was at nineteen forty per minute. So I was very proud of my mother for being seventy years old and being close to me on the pace. Wow, that's impressive. It is. I'm very proud of her. Yeah. I did a five k once and that was a charity event, and I vowed that I would only do

five k loiters after that. That's it. Well, I'm not intending to fully run this thing. It's going to be a walker, jog, a jog, walk, jog, run for a little bit. Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely, I'm with you on that, understood. Those things just remind me why I hate running. And it goes back to school. I ran myself into shape playing ball. But to just go run for the sake of running, no, no, no, no. Well, also, you're a very very tall man, so running for you is murder on

your knees. I didn't have that issue. I just hated it. I tried cross country and I was like, yeah, no, I'm too big for this. I was not the you know, the rail to do cross country, but I no, I just that just nauseates me. Just running. No, I'll go for a walk. Maybe that's if I'm with my wife and we can just talk. But even just walking, unless I'm like it as zoo or something, then I can walk all day long. If I'm Washington, DC or Philadelphia, I will walk all day long anyway.

All right, my best of the week is sitting right in front of me. I have a big canister of nut Goodies. Had the Benoit family sent me a birthday gift. They had a package here waiting for me when I came in on Tuesday, and it was nut goodies, And oh my gosh, I mean, there's nothing even close to second. That's so best of the week. It's incredible, and so my thanks again to the Benoit family and the kind words in the card. No, really meaningful, very heartfelt,

and thank you because it meant a lot. The words in the card meant more than the nut goodies. Though it was close it that's a close call. I'll just say that in seriousness. My worst of the week is this note that I'm going to try to in the spirit of Chuck who wrote it. I'm just going to allow his words to somehow make it better. He wrote my twenty two month grandson, and I got it this week. My twenty two month old grandson died last Saturday, and Blunts town. He

drowned in the family pool. Please remind your listeners that they're doesn't have to be a pool party going on for a toddler to wander to a pool. They had a safety ladder that is to prevent this kind of tragedy, but my grandson managed to get into the pool with no one looking. He said, God is gracious and good and is using this tragedy to bring my family closer together, and that is something I have prayed for. It's not the answer I wanted, but it is his way and his word and his promises

that are helping all of us through this. Thanks for listening, and so he's asking me to remind you, especially as pools and kids are mixing more than ever this time of year, always have an eye on your child. Always all right, But you know that's the worst of the week by a mile. And as a granddad, my heart breaks for him and for the

family. And and just know, Chuck that you and your family are in my prayers and in our prayers collectively as a family, and I'm touched that you would share this with us. And again you're just in our prayers. Coming drive version of an audio magazine and keeping you company as you prepare for your day. It's the morning Show with Preston Scott I'm back Monday on the program. Short week next week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, off, Thursday,

Friday, Monday, Zach Smith Heritage Foundation will join us. He's a legal scholar and expert, and he will be breaking down We're expecting a ton of Supreme Court rulings to drop today, maybe through the weekend, but their deadline is June thirtieth for these rulings to drop on spring cases that they heard arguments on, but will take not just the recent announcements but just a big snapshot picture and go through the most likely consequential case decisions or non decisions that

were made by the court. We've also got the Biden Border, some intel that is worth talking about. Some new laws. Florida has a bunch of new laws going to effect on Monday. Monday's the day that new laws for the most part take effect July first, so we'll call your attention to that as well. And of course we'll have doctor Joe Camps and the usual things that we cover on a given Monday morning on the Morning Show at Preston Scotty, do you have any good news for a Kings so much just spell it's

time for some good news. It's true, even I need a little good news now. Wouldn't it be lovely if we had just a little bit of good news. This is a different good news story, and indirectly it connects to my note from Chuck that I just shared, and it connects to our history segment. Let me pull it back up. It was on this day,

and I didn't plan this. I just I opened up the American Patriots Almanac, and it was June twenty eighth, seventeen eighty seven that an eighty one year old Benjamin Franklin, the oldest delegate, suggested that the Constitutional Convention members should just stop and pray and ask for guidance. Is reasoning is quoted in history. He said, in response to a question as to why they should, he said, our prayers, Sir, were heard, and they

were graciously answered. And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? Or do we imagine that we no longer lee need his assistance. I have lived, Sir, a long time, and longer the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without his notice. It

is probable that an empire can rise without his aid. I share this because beginning July one, Monday, the Tennessee House Joint Resolution, which has been signed by Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee, asked the citizens of the state of Tennessee to pray and fast for thirty one days, seeking God's hand of mercy healing on Tennessee. It passed the Senate twenty seven to one and the House eighty two to six. Maybe, just maybe we got to join them.

Monday on the program, I'm going to talk about fasting. I'm going to take the Sons of Thunder segment and I'm going to talk about fasting and teach you just quickly some ways to fast, because there are multiple ways to do it, but some keys. We had a listener and talk about a scripture earlier in What's the Beef about the importance of humbling ourselves, repenting of sins, seeking God's face, turning a new direction. This is good news.

God will do his part if we just do ours. Forty eight minutes after the hour, all right, time for a dad joke, just in time for the weekend. And some headlines from the bee.
