And that's how we begin Monday, April First Morning Show with Preston Scott. Good morning, friends, I hope you had a nice weekend, beautiful weather. I'm Preston. He's Grant, freshly shorn, he's got himself cut. You know that Brooks and Dunn song, brand new man. Oh no, never heard it. That's kind of how I feel when I went too long without a haircut. Boy, you were getting you were getting long and curly. There, I'm a brand new man. This is how I feel.

Well you look it. Grant Allan over there in Studio one A. I am here in Studio one B. I'm merely Preston Scott. Good to be with you this morning. What an appropriate verse of scripture we have for today? Psalm fourteen one, what's today? April first? The fool says in his heart there is no God. They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds. There is none who does good. Hmm. That will be a bit

of a theme in today's program. However, I want to just this is when I've met, on occasion a really radical, hateful, mean, really mean atheist, someone who claims to be an atheist, because again, there is no such thing. Atheists are at at the very least they are. They're humanists. They have faith. See that's the thing atheists. There's this

idea that atheists are out there, you know. And I used to a younger version of me, would say, look, if I can show you that you are in the Bible, you you personally are in the Bible. We open your heart to the possibility that you're wrong. Sure, fine, And I take him to Psalm fourteen to one. Only a fool says in his heart there is no God there. You are right there, a fool.

Not the kindest thing in the world. But oh well, we will Actually today's Today's show will kind of carry the theme of Easter a little bit. I hope you visited my blog page over the week, and I'm gonna refresh it in mere moments ten minutes after the hour, inside the American Patriots Almanac. Next on The Morning Show with Preston Scott. It's The Morning Show with Preston Scott. All right, before we get to this date in history, this is kind of interesting and I like it. This Sunday at the

Moon on Lafayette Street in Tallahassee, the United Prayer Summit. It's just a time that people from different churches in town will be for the community. And I read on the statement of faith of the event, because sometimes you know, when you gather a group of quote churches, they can water down what they believe in the name of unity. I saw none of that statement of faith of this event was on the money from my perusal. And so it's

going to be Sunday from three point thirty to five at the moon. It's just an open thing. You can learn more online United Prayer Summit dot com and cool. I'm all for it, man, Absolutely, doors open at three and show up. It's been it's been a thing before. They're doing it again. And I here's what I like about it. It's the week after Easter. You always see attendance in churches swell on Easter Sunday. And then I like the effort at keeping a little momentum going. That's good.

So that's something to uh. I'll remind you a couple more times later this week. All right, April first. In the American Patriots Almanac. By the way, even though baseball started last week in March, Abner Doubleday did not invent baseball. There's there's this long standing rumor that he did. There is no evidence that he had any role in it whatsoever. I do believe that he was at Fort Sumter, though when the Civil War began, I

can I can't say that. Seventeen eighty nine, in New York City US House of Representatives herds it holds its first full meeting alects Frederick Muhlenberg of Pennsylvania as its first speaker. Seventeen eighty nine. Those are the days when we had a part time legislature. Florida is a shining example of how to operate with a part time legislature with no income tax, personal income tax, and

a consumption tax. We are a shining example of what happens when you have term limits and a balanced budget amendment that you have to do, which by the way, allows for there to be excess monies in the coffers that they get put towards paying off debt. We have virtually no debt and putting it

in the bank for rainy day, Love It, Love It. Eighteen sixty five, Union troops won a victory at the Battle of Five Forks, causing Roberty Lee to tell Jefferson Davis that Petersburg and Richmond, must be evacuated, must be evacuated. I I hear Martin Sheen every time I think of and he really wasn't that good of a Roberty Lee. Let's see, Martin Sheen was in Gettysburg, Gettysburg, and it was Robert Duvall who was in Gods in Generals. Yeah. Yeah, and then and the guy who played Hooker

General played played Stonewall Jackson. Oh really in in Gods and switch sides from film to film, it was it was it's crazy, that's weird. Yes, Stephen Lang there. Yeah, there was supposed to be a third movie in that installment, but they never got around to it, right right, Yeah. Martin Sheen was a buddy of Ted Turner and that's how he got the role. Look I yeah, anyway, American troops nineteen forty five began landing on the island of Okinawa. Nineteen fifty four, US Air Force Academy,

Colorado Springs is established. Oh, if they only knew what it would become. There's some great young people there. There's some great leaders there. There are just crappy leadership. Nineteen sixty Tyros won the first weather satellite launched from Cape Canaveral and in nineteen ninety six, Taco Bell announced it had bought the Liberty Bell and named and renamed it the Taco Liberty Bell. That was one of the great April Fool's Day jokes of all time, Taco Bell announcing

it bought it and it's the Taco Liberty Bell. Too funny? Well, okay. Then Scotty Scheffler came within a missed five and a half footer of having a shot at winning his third consecutive golf tournament. He's just it took him missing putts all week long to not win that tournament. It's if you're a golf fan, you appreciate what's going on. If you're not a golf fan, just think Tiger Woods. He's playing at that level right now and

has been for a couple of years now. It's incredible. Also over the weekend, FSU Baseball dropped the first of three to Louisville at home, which was wait what, and then swept the rest of the series to win the series two to one. I was a little surprised. Louisville's not very good that this year, which is they're they're usually strong, so f s U they're gonna find themselves in the postseason, there's no doubt in my mind.

But they definitely need to get a get get a little fine tuned against the better teams, and they'll certainly have that chance because the a SEC is stout this year. Don't know what you all got done over the weekend. I did some work in the yard, got some more to that. I'm gonna more work that I'm gonna try to get done today. It's just this time of year, before it gets ridiculous, is the time to finish up the

big stuff, the big projects. I probably won't get all of the big ones done, but I'll get most of the big ones done, and so I'm excited about that. Are you an egg eater? Do you do you eat eggs? Yeah? I like eggs routinely. I need to eat more eggs. Yeah. Is there a reason why you don't? No time? Yeah? Yeah, that's kind of me. I'm not a big breakfast person because I get up so early. I've got my oatmeal steeping. It's absorbing all the water, and so eggs. I will do eggs here on occasion.

I found an egg thing that you're easy for me to make up and mix and eat and enjoy. Big fan of eggs, Benedict, big fan of eggs with a running yolk. I just I man, give me some toast and eggs with a running yolk, a little bacon sausage. Oh yeah. But there's been a debate for years about whether eggs are good for you or bad for you. Oh there, great, Well you know do you know about that debate? Yeah, I'm familiar with it and the whole high

cholesterol thing. And I can't believe that it's a debate because I just eggs are these super foods that are just so so good for you, packed with tons of stuff. Well, the argument has been that it's bad for your heart because they're loaded with cholesterol, that eating eggs can give you half the amount of cholesterol in your system in one setting. But there's now alternative research saying nay, nay, that is not the case. But what's interesting is

it deals with fortified eggs. Now, what do you think about fortified eggs. I don't know what those are. Fortified eggs have had some boosts given to them, and they are they are boosted with omega three, fatty acids, vitamin D and selenium whatever that is, and so they are enriched with those nutrients. Now there's a part of me that's like, yeah, now we don't need to mess with what God made. But there's another part of me that's like, well, what are chicken being Chickens being fed that are

laying eggs, So I've got I'm in. This depends on where you get your chickens. I suppose it does, whether they're you know, biffs down the road that he raises free range, or you know those places that we don't talk about that are likely run by the chi cooms. Fourtified eggs in studies are showing that they improve several markers of hard health, including total cholesterol, ld L, the ld old particle number, insulin resistance, and they

could actually offer cardiac benefits. And the study was over four months. Participants who ate twelve or more eggs per week showed no differences in their levels of good HDL cholesterol or bad LDL cholesterol. Those levels were unchanged by eating the eggs, which means, hey, hey, I'm not telling you what to do. Don't be surprised though, if this doesn't become a topic with doctor David Harts at some point. I'm just saying you might go there. Speaking

of doctor Joe Camps. Later on this show, The Morning Show with Preston Scott, a belated high five Here thirty six past the hour. Good morning, Ruminators, Welcome to April. Huh okay. Big Stories in the press Box today brought to you by Grove a creative marketing and digital expertise, proud new sponsor of our Big Story segment. Friends, I am not overreacting when I say what I'm about to say. I believe that Joe Biden literally sold

his soul to become the resident of the United States. I will only call him president when it's a mistake, it's an accident. If I do it, I apologize forever calling him a president because he's an embarrassment. But he's worse than that, because he is now an enemy. But that's up to God to deal with. He's an enemy of God. He is doing the bidding of Satan, and again God will judge that one day, not the least bit worried about it. It's not my place to judge his eternal soul.

That's God's the Easter, the annual Easter event is an Easter egg hunt. I get that it's a very secularized event. I did a blog over the weekend. Again, I'll be refreshing it so it pops up first on the page, but you can find it on my blog page. And it's the story of an It's the picture chosen is a picture of an Easter bunny holding a basket, staring ahead at the three Crosses from Good Friday, Empty Crosses. Joe Biden banned any Christian imagery from the Easter event at the White

House. That was bad. It's Easter, after all, there's no day to celebrate. There's no day to commemorate without the work of Christ. Any bans any images that would resemble any part of the Christian message. But then it got worse by proclamation. Joe Biden declared yesterday Transgender Day of Visibility.

You can be the most kind, benevolent, grace filled soul on the planet and there is no way to extend grace to that as in And there are some apologists out there going, well, you know, we need to have the approach of like Jesus on the Cross. Forgive them, for they know not what they do. I get all that, I know that messaging. I know what Jesus says about things like that. This was an intentional act. To compare what Joe Biden did to the Roman guards piercing Jesus's side or

beating him. They didn't know who he was, they'd heard rumors, they didn't know. We know, we know. Of all the days that Joe Biden could have had a wouldn't you think that June would be the time he'd roll that out? Right, June first, make a month of it, and add it up with all the other nonsense of June. But no, no, no, no, no, Joe picked Easter Sunday. This was an intentional attack on Christianity. So just for a second, now, let's

add it up. He believes in unfettered access to killing babies in the womb. He believes no Christian image should ever be seen on Easter Sunday at the White House. And lastly, he went ahead and declared Easter Sunday, the day celebrating our risen Lord and Savior, as the day to codify sin and to celebrate it. My friends, that's why I say he is doing the bidding of Satan. Forty one minutes after the hour, consider him your truth

detector. The Morning Show with Preston Scott on news radio one hundred point seven Dublin UFLA. Illiberal leftists jumped all over Joe Biden's proclamation. Governor Kathy Hochel of New York ordered New York landmarks marks were lit up in pink, white, and blue, quoting today we celebrate Transgender Day of Visibility by acknowledging the contributions that members of the transgender community have made to the New York State and

across the country. Today we celebrate what Easter Sunday, we celebrate what I have sincere empathy pity for transgenders that are dealing with mental illness, and obviously don't most of them do not acknowledge it. Sadly, the mainstream media has drowned out the voices who have gone through these body mutilating surgeries and then regretted it. This is horrific. You're welcome to the opinion. Ah, you're making a lot out of nothing. You're welcome to that opinion. I disagree.

Now. My disagreement goes only so far as to point it out, to say to those of you that call yourself a Christian, you've been spit on yet again. And to also say God will judge this, just like he'll judge all of us. But he will judge this. He will judge us as a nation one day for being given this gift of a nation and watching it and allowing it to erode to nothing. Will account for it. Individually. We'll account for it. We started the program Psalm fourteen one.

Only a fool says in his heart there is no God. You can be out there saying, ah, whatever, there's no such thing. Okay, whatever you say. But I've always likened this truth to something that you can relate to, and that is gravity. You don't have to believe in it. Just step off the edge of a building. You'll see it works. You don't have to believe. It's your choice. But there is a God. This is an unbelievable attack on a day that we honor our Lord and

Savior. He could have picked any other day, except maybe Christmas, but no, no, he chose Easter Sunday. Now, Joe put his signature on this. It doesn't matter who put him up to it. It doesn't matter. If he was a man who of quote, a devout Catholic, he would have run him out of his own putting that in front of him he'd have fired them. You know my faith, I mean, you get my point. How dare you construct something like this? But no, he

signed it, proudly proclaimed it is. This is not something that you just go oh well. And again, I'm not suggesting anybody take any other action other than pray for him, Pray for those that surround him, Pray for their souls, pray for the redemption of their mind. But this is where we are. Forty seven minutes after the hour Morning Show with Preston Scott,

fifty two minutes after a few other things worth the noting Texans concerned. Have you seen the video we posted on our x page Twitter of the damage done to the solar farm by the hailstorm. If you look at the video that was shot, it's i mean just devastated. And there are concerns over what chemicals might be leaking out of those damaged solar panels into the water table. The maker said, no, no, no, these are these are just

these are silicone based. Uh well whatever. I don't know of a solar cell panel that doesn't have some chemicals that are potentially hazardous, which just makes the whole use of solar ironic. Right. California is dealing with the lesson of what do we do with them? Now that the panels are expiring. They've been into solar for a while, and that's fine, you believe in solar cool I can see uses for it, except for this, what do you do with the panels? The panels are toxic waste. They can't be

recycled, So what do you do? And California is dealing with it because they've gone all in, all these panels, all these arrays that you see by airports and on the side of interstates, and in these communities that have gone all soar. There's an entire community in Florida all solar. They will one day have to replace those panels. Where are they going to put the old ones? And what happens when the storm hits? What happens when the

hail falls and it's destroyed? Like this one is just saying ev maker Fisker, and I always thought Fisker made scissors. They are slashing prices trying to avoid bankruptcy. They have cut the price of an Ocean Extreme, which is one of their vehicles, twenty twenty three, from sixty one to five to thirty seven to five from sixty one to five to thirty seven to five. And keep in mind that sixty one to five is still not the cost.

It's subsidized. It's just yet another example of how this whole green energy thing is a pipe dream. Solar, no electric vehicles, no wind, no. In fact, there's a lawsuit filed. We've chronicled the whole collapse of the of the wind industry on the eastern part of the United States. They're filing lawsuits now because it is now believed that those wind turbines out on the

ocean are what's responsible for the deaths of all these whales. And see now that presents quite a conundrum to the animal lovers out there, the green peaces of this world, because they have just buoyed the arguments left and right. Yes, the climates are changing, it's our fault, it's man's fault. Well, man's efforts are killing whales. Whales are beaching themselves, and there

is strong evidence to suggest it's because of wind power. And State of Louisiana passing legislature legislation stating that the World Health Organization, the UN, the World Economic Forum will have no jurisdiction within the State of Louisiana, perhaps a special session for Florida to do something the same. We'll back back with our two more to Baltimore. We'll cover that next five minutes after the hour, second hour of the morning showed Preston Scott, No afra the fool's jokes around here.

It is Monday show fifty one, twenty seventies. Grant Allen, I'm Preston Scott. Is there more to Baltimore? Why did government officials immediately run to the microphones claiming there's no terrorism? There's no terrorism, there's no terrorism. It's like, dude, you know, when this first happened, I thought, all right, it just seemed really weird to me. I saw the video. I saw that the ship lost power. Did you see the smoke pouring out of the ship. There's some that say that's an indicator of

bad fuel. I don't know. I'm not an expert. Here's what I know. I know that it is remarkable to me that that ship they didn't just start the thing up and go like you and I do with our car out of the driveway. That ship had been running for a while. It's amazing to me. It is the mother of all horrible coincidence that things go south as that ship enters the channel to leave, not before, not after right then. It just it's it's just that that's what stood out to me.

Now, I was fully on board with the idea. It was just the worst of all. I mean, things like accidents do happen, and they do happen at the worst possible times on occasion. Okay, fair enough, so now we defer to for consideration purposes. One journalist that seems to have a different idea based on her sources. Now you can do your own background check on Lara Logan La R. Logan. She worked for CBS I think sixty minutes, but CBS News. Then I think she briefly worked with

Fox Nation. My personal guess is she sensed where Fox was going and bolted. Totally independent journalist. This is what she has posted so far, the most updated posts that I have my hands on. Analysis from specialists in predictive behavioral analytics, counter terrorism, hazardous materials, maritime attacks, cyber national security, and intel. This is their view based on their training and experience.

They believe this was two types of operation. One penetration testing where they are a probing testing to identify vulnerabilities in our responses and defenses, and not or and to a shaping operation to set the conditions and prepare the battlefield for a potential future event before I break. The concern is that other critical infrastructure disruptions

hits recently that appeared to be independent, isolated events may not be. For example, the Ohio chemical disaster, train derailments, fires at food processing plants, et cetera. When taken in isolation, do not appear to be that significant, but when taken together, could indicate shaping or stacking operations that are paving the way for a bigger event where they do any number of these things, these types of operations together that could potentially paralyze the United States will pause.

There is there more to Baltimore, Preston, Scott, They're gonna get a I'm just which knock knock? Who's nash On WFLA. I'm pretty sure I have your attention. Reporting of Lara Logan continues. So the critical question our government should be answering right now is this, when will they trigger a multiple episode that causes the paralysis effect. Some of the indicators are how many incidents have occurred within a relatively short timeline and what they see as the departure

from what is normal. They believe those in charge will make sure the investigation into the bridge goes nowhere quick. By the way, they are the sources that Lara Logan has, and one of the goals here is to give the public mental anesthesia while they test this using trained derailments or exposure to chemicals in Ohio where they told everyone to shelter indoors to ask questions like did they comply?

Is this going to successfully deceive and cause behavioral change? They use the media to create the assumptive narrative, do not want the facts analyzed because they do not want people processing the truth. Truth naturally leads to questions they do not want asked. They there could also be the people responsible for these attacks, but it would be foolish and naive at the expense of national security.

By the way, this is a quote of one of her sources. It would be foolish and naive at the expense of national security not to question the government narrative on the Baltimore Bridge crash. Given the level of corruption in spheres of power and influence in this country today, with many years of experience in quote spoofing, the tactic used in cyber warfare to hack into someone's system and deceive in order to achieve a certain outcome. They recognize the multiple indicators watching

the video that would tell them the GPS signal was likely hacked. It would have led them to believe that they were not as close to the bridge as they were, and why and maybe why in the video you see the crazy lean to port and then hard starboard as they realized they were not on course in spite of the GPS indicating they were. In information warfare terms, here are some of the tactics they see being used now that many of you will

recognize. One engineered complexity where they throw in nonsensical variables information to distract designed to keep you from serially processing multiple channels and give you processing overloads that prevents you from toggling different channels of information, i e. They create processing decoys to distract you from truth. Two, they're trying to reframe the issue by focusing on details that do not matter. They do this by throwing in a

variable that is not relevant to the main question. Three. Common sense, skepticism, and intelligence are huge overlays that get in the way of manipulating human behavior, So they analyze you to learn how to create channel overload as you toggle handle different channels of information such as the speed of the boat, temperature of the water, etc. Three. We're closing, they need to load you up with enough variance to create channel overloads, so you create an error

that they can use to discredit you. One way to create doubt in yourself most effective because you make yourself less of efficient when your brain is processing self doubt, and it will propagate into the future. Quoting population so much easier to doupe today than twenty years ago. So inclosing, what do you think now random accident just one of those things or just the latest of things.

Is there, in fact more to what happened in Baltimore when you consider the disruption the supply chain at the very least, and you see how everybody's reacting to it. I'm just saying to get back to Lurea Logan on Steve Bannon's program War Room, why do they run to the mic? Why do you have people on Sunrise CNN saying it's not terrorism, it's not terrorism, it's not it might not be terrorism. Why do you come to the mic?

Right away and make that proclamation. Things to think about the Morning Show with Preston Scott. By the way, it's been pointed out, why is Joe Biden saying the federal government's going to pay for the entire replacement of that bridge? I mean, wasn't isn't the ship covered by insurance? That's I mean, I get it, it's expensive. I'm just saying that's been raised by

several emailers and has been noted in conversations online for a while. Now Joe Biden is rushed to say, we're gonna spend even more money we don't have replacing a bridge. Interesting, all right, let me change up here for a little bit. The topic last week of the Savannah Bananas generated a lot of a lot of feedback, and certainly for me. I shared with my wife that we have to do this, and I showed her a couple of videos of some routines. I just feel like that's now on my bucket list

of things I want to see in person. I want to see them do their thing. Think of the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball. The Harlem Globetrotters are really good basketball players. Granted most of them not for long in the NBA per se or the WNBA. But still they're good. But they have a traveling team that kind of is their foil that they beat every night. And I'm pretty sure the Bananas have the same thing. They got a couple of teams that are formed, but they play something called Banana Ball, and I

thought I would share the rules because they're great. Every inning is worth one point. The team that wins the inning gets the point for that inning. In the last inning of the game, every run counts, So if no one scores, no one's w or to the point, I guess a new inning cannot be started after two hours of game time. Game time is critical because they interrupt the game for other things. A hitter cannot step out of the box. If a hitter steps out, a strike is added to the

count. A hitter is not allowed to bunt. A hitter is allowed to attempt to steal first base. On any pitch of an at bat, the hitter can steal first base to get there. That's hilarious. There are no walks. If a pitcher throws four balls, every defensive player on the field must touch the ball before it comes becomes live. A hitter can advance to as many bases as possible, So I guess he just runs there and they've got to go around the you know, around the horn in order to try

to get him out. Catchers and coaches not allowed to visit the mount. If a fan catches a foul ball, the catch results in and out. I love that. If the game is tied at the end of the time limit, the Showdown tiebreaker will decide which team wins the game. Each team's allowed to challenge one ruling on the field fair foul balls, forest tag plays,

catch balls, catch play calls. Fans will also have the ability to challenge one ruling during the game, so fans can call for a challenge and then the Golden Batter rule allows a team to send any hitter to bat at any spot in the lineup. It can be used once per game. I love it, absolutely love it. And there are tickets available for this current season. I went to stub Hub and looked there are tickets. The further way you get, the better chance. But they are traveling the country.

If Grant was in Ohio, he could catch one of three nine it's in Columbus, but he's not. But they are traveling from east coast to west coast, north and south. We got to get them in town. There has to be a way. I just wonder if if the stadium is big enough. I don't know, I have no idea of knowing that, but the Savannah bananas are a thing. If you're at all interested. I'm going to come back with the Big Stories in the press Box, Doctor Joe Camps

standing by. Next hour, Manny Diaz, the Commissioner of Education for the State of Florida, will join us for a little bit. We got a lot to cover this morning. Twenty seven minutes after the hour's The Morning Show with Preston Scott. This is the Morning Show with Preston Scott. Thirty five past the hour. Big Stories in the press Box brought to you by Grove Creative marketing and digital expertise. Joe Biden continued, some say added on to

a practice that goes back to Jimmy Carter, another Christian look. I've always viewed Jimmy Carter as being a decent man who was just a terrible president. I think there's a a particular kind of tragic feeling that I have with Jimmy Carter, because you know, he's a farmer, you know, from this evangelical guy for all intents and purposes, like was supposed to be, you know, the guy that represented you know, the US, the evangelical Christian

world, heritage Americans and and it's just that presidency didn't turn it. So it's I have a and he was just a terrible president. Yeah, it just it didn't turn out that way. And you know, he he Well, the practice of apparently again and I apparently doing some digging here, of not wanting Christian symbols in the Easter egg thing goes back to Jimmy Carter in nineteen seventy six. Really, Now, what we don't know is I have other presidents like Trump, Reagan, Bush, Bush, George W. Bush,

George Hush. Yeah. I don't know if they ever did anything, whether it or not, but it doesn't matter to me. They specifically pointed to Christian symbolism, they didn't want them decorated on Easter eggs. Whatever the issue was. Making a proclamation that it was transgender Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday, that's a problem for me. It's a big problem for me.

Scott Beacon sent out a release this morning. His note touches on this and he said it's gotten awful crowded with LGBT plus visibility and awareness and pride days weeks and months. Yeah, I don't know why they think we can't see them, Why they keep saying visibility. We always know which the trans ones

are. Listen to this list. If you thought that they were just gonna be happy with the month of June, I hate to break it to you, but this is an ideological war. It could have

been any day, but he picked Easter Sunday to make the proclamation. My friends, and don't think they're going to stop there. Watch out for Christmas this year. I'm just saying just saying, this morning show with Press, it's the morning Show with President Scott. Let's talk about some other things healthy expectations this morning. Doctor Joe Camp joins us. Doctor Camp, Good morning, sir, good morning. How are you pressed that up? Great?

Much like all of some of the issues you are finding in the world, we are starting to see them mount in healthcare, and probably the one with the biggest impact is a rising cost. And you don't need to go much farther than a drug store or to get medical supplies to find out that everything is costing a bunch. And you know, office visits, pharmaceutical products,

you name it, it's it's going through the roof. There's also, unfortunately a financial challenge now for providers because you know, there's been a fixed reimbursement system for the lines twenty plus years, and certainly if you compared anything to what it costs to deliver a product, you would know that there's a lot

of room in that gap. Short there's a shortage of healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, graduate medical education isn't being funded like it used to be, so there's a shortage of physicians, there's a shortage of nurses, there's burnout we're facing

that issue as well, the need to improve mental health systems. You've always talked about that, and certainly I haven't seen a whole lot of headway in this area, but I do think that we're going to have to give it some attention because they are outlets out there that are certainly trying to challenge the

mental health care environment. There's an increased demand for personalized care, you know, as the baby boomers are living longer, UH, some of them have the resources to be able to afford UH individual care, and so the demand for that service line is growing as well. And then one of the ones that I found to be quite quite disturbing. UH. You might recall a few weeks ago Change Healthcare. UH there was a big data and cybersecurity issue

that affected payment methodology across the United States. And when that happened, it affected payment methodology for hundreds of sectors associated with this impressed in the numbers that were involved in this, UH, there were multiple million dollars that were lost in this event, and so trying to get that system back up as has been very challenging, and certainly it challenged the entire delivery of the healthcare service.

So much like everything else, their challenges ahead. But uh, in the past, we've we've met you know, the challenges, and I believe that we will continue to do so. But certainly there's no cakewalk in our profession as well, and I just I just wanted to let our audience know that. I mean, this isn't a pity party, but certainly their challenges are throughout our society, and medicine is not immune to that as well. So I just wanted to put that out there because we're we're digging and scratching

and clawing like everybody else. But I've got faith that that will continue. We'll just have to change some strategies, probably get more folks involved in the healthcare industry. Uh, it's not as desired profession as it has been in the past, but I do believe that we will overcome the challenge with time. I appreciate the optimism, Joe, and thank you for the time this morning. Thank you Preston the following in your last conversation, I don't know

if we have any dates on the calendar left to do anything else. So that was pretty interesting. So have a great week. I'll talk to you next week. Preston thank you, sir. Doctor Joe Camps with us this morning Some Healthy Expectations. You're in the Morning Show with Preston Scott. More cheating in the world of competition, a so called transgender weightlifter, a dude named Vicky Piper, competed at the Masters National Championships in Reno this month.

Last month, now that we are in April, Piper's combined weight totals beat the runner up by seventeen kilograms. Apparently Vicki's a lightweight, lifted one twenty three in the snatch, one fifty six in the clean and jerk for combined two seventy nine, and bested her closest competitor by thirty seven pounds. Libs of TikTok writing on X Vicki's a cheater, He's not a winner. Why

are women standing for this? That's the question. Why? And vivik Ramaswami said, progressive use to argue in favor of Title nine for women to compete separately in sports. Now they argue for men to compete against them. They used to say the sex of the person you're attracted to is hardwired on the day you're born. Now they say it's fluid. We have men competing in women's sports in America Today Australia, the Flying Bats women's soccer club took home

the one thousand dollars prize after winning the Northwest Sydney League Preseason Cup. The club is is filled with five men. The women's soccer tournament has a team that has five men on it and they dominated. What a shocking development that is. Other than people following what I've been saying since the beginning of this don't compete. How does this end unless you get ruling bodies to say no and go to court and fight for it. The only way this ends is

if women do not compete. Have we had a man compete in the Olympics yet as a woman? Okay, other than these Germans back in the day. And then there's I've saved the worst for last. This is the headline from Breitbart. Grandpa breastfeeds baby after taking experimental transgender hormone drugs. Researchers at Duke University reportedly used an experimental hormone drug to make a fifty year old man who pretends to be a woman lactate so he could breastfeed his grandchild. The

parent parents of that child should be held for child abuse. Able to produce up to thirty milliliters of milk at a time after a four week course of hormone treatments, lactating spontaneously. The man fed his four month old grandchild without any side effects to himself. But the study doesn't mention any side effects to the child. Yeah, talk about psychological damage to that child. Yeah, I'm turning my Micael off that this is gonna get bad for me. Grant

likes his no fed posting. Grant no fed posting, unbelievable. Researchers at Duke hold on to that nugget. Just that's one to just file away, file away. They think it's okay for a man to breastfeed a child and that there will not be consequences too. Well, never mind, we have the Commissioner of Education for the State of Florida coming up next. Transitions unlike any other that's what we do here. We just just segue on over. I mean, honestly, some of you, some of you spit up your

coffee on that one. I mean, let alone the thought of putting cream in your coffee. Wow, I just it's April first. No jokes around here today though. It's the uh, it's the Morning Show with Preston Scott, Preston Scott Show fifty one twenty seven, and it's great to be with you. That's Grant Allen. I'm Preston. I'm just shaking my head at the things that we hear sometimes, but I am thrilled to have back with

us this this fine day. The Commissioner of Education for the Sunshine State, Many Diaz Commissioner, how are you hey, good morning, Great to be with you on this April first, but I just want to make sure that we know whatever we're talking about. There's no April fool's joke here on, Preston, No none, I have I have been void of any humor today. Unfortunately. Yeah, yeah, you released a note and you sent it out to U superintendent school boards, college presidents of late dealing with tutor dot

com. What should what should parents know about this? Well, unfortunately, tutor dot com is owned by a Chinese company based in Hong Kong called from overa Capital, and the CEO and founder of that of that capital company does have ties to the Chinese CCP, and so we wanted to make sure that all parents number one, all school districts, all college presidents are aware because of our major concern with protecting student data and and here, unfortunately, we

see this all too often across sectors of industry in our country. But here in Florida, under this governor, we're going to remain o life and make sure that everyone is aware and eyes wide open. How does it work if a school district joins up with an outside group for tutoring like this? Do they have to get DOE approval or what is the process if there is one? Now they don't when it comes to this kind of situation here is this

would be completely supplemental. This would be a contract or an agreement that a district would enter or a college would enter with an individual company. This does not fall under our purview as far as state standards and state adopted materials. This would be supplemental. So that's why I wanted to make sure that all of our superintendents and our college presidents are aware that this could be a danger to our student data, can be a danger to our students and a danger

to our state in our country. And you know, the response has been overwhelming of alert. But there's a second issue. Precedent that happens with this situation is unfortunately this company, and this may have happened before they were acquired. I'm not sure, but this company does have some sort of agreement or contract with the Department of Defense. The Department of Defense has an education wing that does provide resources to military connected students, and we know and in Florida,

we have a lot of military families. We're a military friendly state, and so we are aware that this has provided access is provided to these students. So we are asking our superintendents to make sure they make those families aware. And this has caught the attention of members of Congress and members of the US Senate as well at this point. So this note that you've sent out

at this point is an advisory as opposed to a mandate. Correct. This is this is something that if the district has a direct contract or in agreement with them, we are asking them to be Now, we did have one district that had some sort of relationship with Tutor dot com immediately after the note

immediately dropped their relationship with Tutor dot com. And we are expecting then any others that have had that would would want to do the same because they wouldn't want to put themselves or their students at risk of having their data exposed or used by the Chinese government. Commissioner, do you foresee this perhaps becoming a

legislative issue in the future. Unfortunately, I do, Pruson. I think that you've seen the state of Florida, under the governor of their governor around the stantus take action against things like the farmland and sensitive ties to sensitive materials and agriculture. And I think that you know, the Chinese are playing a chess and unfortunately, the leadership in our country at this moment is playing checkers.

And it takes someone like Governor of Santis and that kind of leadership from our legislature to continue to cover all angles of protecting our data, protecting our residents, protecting our secrets. And so this is just another opening here where we're going to have to take a look at this and figure out what we can do to continue to protect ourselves. He is Commissioner of Education for Florida. Manny Diaz my guest. He'll be with us one more segment on The

Morning Show with Preston Scott. Preston Scott, go Ahead, Make My Day on News Radio One hundred point seven w USLA. Just a few more minutes with the Commissioner of Education Many Diaz Commissioner kind of a similar type subject, I suppose. You know, there's a lot of discussion over whether the United States ought to ban TikTok. There has been a lot of talk over the disruptive nature of cell phones in our schools. We've touched on it before or

in our visits. Is there any more consideration of just outlawing cell phones in the classroom, in the school during school hours. Have it in the backpack, that's fine, but if you use it. Amazingly, Orange County is enacted a policy that seems to be working. They have to use it in the office, they can't use it in between classes, in the lunch room or anything. They're seeing a better focus on studies and they're seeing less violence

in the school from set up situations that people want to post online. Yeah, no doubt, we've seen this also. You know, I walked through the schools in off fielda County, have a conversation with the superintendent. They're of the same. They put the policy in place. This is thanks to the leadership of our governor and the proposal he made went to the legislature of saying to students that phones cannot disrupt from instruction, and that's allowed these districts

to go forward with further policy. Look, I think government works best preston when the state lays out the parameters and the local government is able to actually put policies that make sense in place. Sometimes local governments go awry. We know that and the state has to step in. But in this case, I think you're seeing it work. Where we laid out the parameters from the state. The governor had said that this is going to be a distraction.

I myself have walked through and I think that it is clear that when you don't have these phone distractions, students learn better. We know that these phones are not only a distraction, but to the detriment of our students. As much as the progress that we've made with technology has information at students' fingertips, it's also become to their detriment because of all the distractions they have. So

I think putting in the general policy is good enough. Having districts put in a policy that they can enforce and that they feel worse at their local level, I think is the best case. Scenario, and I think you're seeing that work here in the state of Florida. I don't disagree it's best case scenario, but I also know that, and you know this, there are

rogue school boards, school districts that are not going to do anything. But when you look at the phone issue, it extends so far beyond the classroom, because you know, kids are bullying other kids, they're setting up fights, they're videotaping it. And I think if we remove that from even happening, we're going to save kids lives. I mean, we see those stories routinely of kids that are bullied into suicide, and I'm just wondering if maybe

it's time to push that a little bit further. Look, there's no doubt what you're saying is true. If you can eliminate the interaction on the phone, especially during the school day, you can eliminate you know, more than I would say it's more than half, but it's probably more than seventy five percent of the problems. You know, before we used to see you had

regular problems in school. Not sure the time that you put, you know, a bunch of kids or teenagers in one place at the same time, there's always going to be what we always called normal issues right across the board, but this has exasperated that. And I think that removing the phone time, especially during the school day, is imperative to having a return to normalcy

and a return to paying attention to the right things. You know, having but this isn't you know, this is part of the teachers Bill of Rights. So the teachers do have the ability to do that in their classrooms now regardless of the policy of the school board, because it's in state statue.

What you're talking about is going up. And I'm in favor of going above and beyond having the policy that says that you know, it's either only during lunchtime or before and after school that these these phones can come out at all. I think those are good policies. I think they work. And again I think that we want to continue having the theme of having parents involved in those decisions, in making sure that you know, in the events of an

emergency, which is really why students should have a cell phone. Agree, at the end of the day, I got to get picked up, you know, I've let out my parents five minutes late. They let me know before school I forgot something. I have a project that I have to turn in. You know, I'm be able to contact my parents, but you know we the phones in the main offices that the school still work as far

as I know, Preston, So I think some of that. Again, Look, parents are going to technology exists, and parents are going to want that comfort. But with that comfort also has to have an understanding that there's a responsibility. Uh and parents are part of that responsibility. Commissioner, thanks for the time. We'll look forward to having you back soon. Appreciate it. Have a good one. Thank you, Sir Manny Diaz, Commissioner of

Education, our guest here in the Morning Show with Preston Scott. I think it would be really smart for every school district to ban the use of phones from the moment classes start till the students leave, except in an emergency and permission from the teacher to go to the office and use the phone at the

office, call a parent whatever. Not in the lunch room, not in between classes, because that's where the little setup fights and the things happen where they're trying to provoke and start something, to videotape it, to post it, to get all their little clicks. So parents wrongly suggests. This is something. This is something Moms for Liberty ought to be behind. This is something parents ought to be behind. Absolutely, have the phone on the possession

of your child so you can feel that your child is safe. That's fine. But there's no reason for that phone to come out during the school day, none, unless for those circumstances go to the office, use the phone in emergency. You're calling nine to one one. That's it. The students, I mean Orange County. Yeah, I wouldn't have thought Orange County would lead the way, but I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures. And

they've said students are re engaging with each other during the lunch hour. Yeah, they're not having the fights, they're not having the disruptions in the classroom. They're enforcing it and it works. OMG Grant's right. Desperate Times district got ahead of it. I applaud them. Well done. Yeah, like good job. Yeah, credit where credits? Do so? Anyone in the state of Florida, your school district needs to enact something similar, not similar, the same. I got this note from the Babylon b It is not

a joke. It is they they Their pattern is they release one or two emails a day on things that are serious subjects that they're asking for supporters of the Babylon b to support, and then they send out their newsletters that link to their outrageously funny stories. If you can believe it, Jack Phillips is still fighting lawsuits. I believe it. Alliance Defending Freedom has taken on a

case again. They've appealed a decision two Colorado state courts held that Jack could be forced to create a cake celebrating transition from male to female or male female to male. It is outrageous. It is outrageous. The Supreme Court settled this or did they obviously not. This gets into one of the downsides of our legal system. They settle the question it's in front of them. They

don't settle the broader issue. They settle the question in front of them, and so as illiberals, democrats, leftists do, they continue to terrorize people, and in this case, this poor guy. This is intolerance at its magnified worst by the left. Let me reset the issue. If you walk into a screen printer and you ask them to print a profane shirt, they have every right to say, no, we don't do that design. We're

not interested. Now you can buy any shirt hanging in their store that's either pre printed or not printed at all, and you can go take it to someone that's willing to put something profane, graphically, gross, indecent on it. That shop doesn't have to. It's the same thing with a cake shop. You can buy any cake we've made. It's frosted, you can decorate it however you want, but we won't do the decorating. You can buy the cake. Anybody can buy the cake. See, that's what the law

says. That's what non discriminate discriminatory laws are all about. Is you can go in and buy whatever's on sale in that store. You cannot create make someone create something for you because the creative license belongs to the creator. It's theirs. It's theirs. In Colorado, they have been haunting, hounding,

ruining this man's life and business for ten years. Now. It's not good enough that they just go get the cake and take it to a baker that has no problem making these kinds of cakes and decorating them, because there are cake shops that do that, they cater to that let them. This is the evil that is the left. It's the evil if you feel like it

reach out and support Alliance Defending Freedom. Preston Scott on News Radio one SEVENUFLA told Grant in the break, it feels like we should be halfway through the show. When we're almost through the show, Wow. Tomorrow we'll talk about All pro Dads. Very important program. You're going to talk about it from the Tallassee perspective, but I'll broaden it to this to the sense in the sense that it's something that everybody should be encouraging in their communities. We'll talk

what All pro Dads is all about. It's a Tony Dungeee founded organization. I believe Tony founded it and a big, big fan. We've had Tony on the show talking about All pro Dads before, but would love to have

you take part. Also tomorrow, we'll have Revenge of the Rhinos. Came across an interesting piece that says that the rhinos in Congress are plotting and the rhinos out of Congress are plotting, and so we'll talk about that as well as a manly minute More Big Stories in the press Box brought to you by Grove, a creative marketing and digital expertise headline right now Archbishop Jabs Biden as cafeteria Catholic who picks and chooses for his political advantage. What is politically advantageous?

Though at first I don't disagree with the idea that he's a cafeteria Catholic. I think he embarrasses those of you who are earnest christ loving Catholics, and there are plenty of you. Like every other faith, there are people that are not committed, that are not true Christians. That it's in all denominations, it's everywhere. Okay, So I'm not picking on Catholics as I say this, it's everywhere. But Joe Biden's worse than that. He's mocking

the Christian faith. And it's interesting because there are different views of what the response of a Christian ought to be to what Joe did. So I'm saying no, no, no. March thirty first just happens to be this transgender visibility awareness thing. It was just quin, what's your point. President of the United States has no need to say anything, but he did. He intentionally did, and ridiculous governors on down to unbelievably idiotic local city commissioners jumped

all over it. And so yeah, it's a big deal. So what should the response be. There's a distinction that has to be made. There are private enemies of where the individual Christian. You know, when Jesus says turn the other cheek, that was an exhortation to the individual Christian. You know, you've got a friend who may have backstabbed you. You turn the other cheek like that is your private private enemy. This is public. There's

a difference between private quarrels and very public enemies. This can't be taken anything other than a spit in your face. The well intentioned comments by a guy who's with I want to say, is the Moody Institute something Spencer who who wrote you know, we got it. Yes, this is wrong, but we need to just extend grace and forgiveness because you know, like the Roman soldiers, Jesus was on the cross and he said, and forgive them.

They know not what they do. I've made the distinction. No, no, no, no, no, no. I get where Jesus is coming from on this. Those Roman soldiers are doing what they've been ordered to do by a secular authority that he submitted himself to. He didn't have to, but Jesus was working on a much bigger scale and a much bigger plan.

Here. Joe Biden claims to be a Catholic, claims to know Jesus, claims to be a Christian, and he chose to spit on our face, to borrow from Grant's parlance on the day that celebrates our risen Lord and Savior, and to codify sin. I love people regardless. I do because God commands me to. I don't like everybody. There's sometimes I don't even like myself. I don't like something I might say or something I might do.

That's part of being human. But I'm commanded to love people. But the fact of the matter is Joe Biden could have done any number of other things, but he chose to do that on Easter Sunday. That was intentional. Unlike the Roman Guards, he knows what he's Doingston Show with Morning Scott, what interesting follow up here. I've been just holding. I mentioned this briefly last week. Biden Harris campaign last week described Donald Trump quote week and desperate.

Donald Trump is weak and desperate, both as a man and as a candidate for president. America deserves better than a feeble, confused, tired Donald Trump. Oh sweet God, so you know what the art and she did in one of its rare moments of brilliance. Hey, Siri, show me an example of feeble confused and tired and ran a Joe Biden clip. Preston, I kid you not. My SERI just turned on after you said that. She goes yes, and I'm sure my phone was not the only one.

I don't know if Siri's gonna pop up the video of Joe Biden. But when feeble confused and tired was run out on that, they ran a clip of Joe, which is brilliant. But I mean, what have we What is one rule of illiberalism? They are come on, finish for me everybody. They are what they accuse others of being question one to Preston's catechism, And look what they just did. They accused Donald Trump of being weak and desperate, feeble, confused and tired. Those words coming from Joe Biden

are really funny. They really truly are funny. And then Frank Lunz is out there replying he still has a job, was see even doing? No longer the party of When they go low, we go high? Oh boy, whatever, Frank, that's the party of losers. They've been saying that for forty years. We're gonna play, We're gonna be you know, when they go low, we go high. And what have they gotten nothing? They've been a party of losers for forty years. Well, here's the thing.

You don't have to go low to counter punch and win. You go high and you counter punch and win. Left hooks, right hooks straight, left hands straight, right hands upper, go high. I'm just yeah, mm hmmm. We got a little weather intail when we come back. It is April first. We are now two months away from the start of that season that that is potentially devastating to all of all of Florida and many parts of the country. That's right, it's Pride month. We'll talk about that

next. No, I'm just kidding. Uh Acu weather has some predictions with share next well, just because we are we are in Florida, and as I mentioned, h June first, I am not surrendering that day. It is what did you call it last year at Noah's Covenant yeh month, Noak Covenant Appreciation Month. Yeah, that's the rainbow we're celebrating. Yeah, yeah, that that's the one. And we will make sure to talk about that

daily. Next this coming June, and it's my birth month. It's it's it's no. I'm not surrendering my dad's birth month, my brother in law's birth month, my granddaughter's birth month. I'm not surrendering it. I refuse anyway. It's also hurricane season. ACCU Weather predicting an explosive Atlantic hurricane season. Did it have too much taco Bell? Just saying, on average, the Atlantic hurricane season hosts fourteen named stores, seven hurricanes, three major hurricanes.

ACU Weather predicting twenty to two one five named storms, eight to twelve hurricanes, four to seven major hurricanes, and four to six direct US impacts. They haven't a clue. Here's the thing. They could be right, they could be wrong, But I promise you this, if they're wrong, you won't hear a word about it, just like you haven't heard a word about the fact that we went what almost twenty years without a problem when now Al Gore said we were gonna it's gonna be terrible, we went. We

went a while without anything happening, nothing relatively speaking. Quiet. Here's here's what matters most. And I'm not accusing ACU weather of anything they're pointing out accurately in their in their article here that oh, by the way, we are entering into a La Nina period, which is more favorable for storms to develop. The flow, the natural flow, the currents, all of that favors development. So just saying, don't get all worked up one way or

the other. But I'm just making a prediction. If it's quieter than what they're anticipating, you won't hear much about it. You'll only hear about it if we have a bad set of storms. But here's the thing. We will have them sometimes, and we will also go through remarkable periods when al Gore said we wouldn't or we wouldn't have hardly any storms at all. So just saying, the settled science is not quite so settled. Brought to you

by Barono Heating and Air. It's the Morning Show one on WFLA. Biden has been catching it for announcing transgender Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday by presidential proclamation. He couldn't find another day to do it, No, because that's the day, that's the day it's been announced. Whatever, blah blah blah blah blah. Scott Beacon our Buddy from the Bline blog noted all of the holidays dedicated that the days of remembrance, the days of filling the blank that

are on the calendar, and they're endless. In fact, do you know what, I'm glad there's so many, because they're gonna become noise that people are just going to ignore. Good, good, good, good good. Texan's concerned about the potential chemical leakage from a solar farm that was damaged in a hailstorm last month. Ev Maker Fisker is doing everything possible to avoid bankruptcy, like slash prices. We're talking tens of thousands of dollars from sixty four

Lara Logan she said that her experts that she has her sources are saying that there's a lot more to what happened in Baltimore than what the Feds are telling us, and that we should be concerned and that we should be connecting dots between all of the things we've covered over the last few years,
