Ep #17: Leadership at All Levels with Linda Miles

Joining me this week on Practicing with the Masters, my special guest is Linda Miles. Linda is a certified speaker, consultant, founder and author. As a long time veteran in the dental industry, Linda started at 17, making just a dollar an hour as a receptionist and dental assistant in the 1960s. She worked her way up to Practice Administrator in the 1970s, and in that role, she discovered that practice and team development was NOT something that Dentists were taught in Dental School. In 1978, armed with a $500 loan, Linda started a small consulting and speaking business, which she grew over the last 30 years, to become one of the most successful in the dental industry. Linda is also the author of 3 books, and has released numerous CDs and audio/visual productions, in addition to winning multiple speaking awards and designations.
