Big week for powerlifting as we had our version of the superbowl and our entertainment weekly. Sheffield 2024 In this week's episode we break down all the big events and our thoughts. 

4:45 First off we breakdown the woman’s events. The woman’s event was probably the biggest due to the battle of the 69s and the fact that there was so much more room to break the records. 

36:00  Next breakdown is of the men’s not as much of a fight but a lot of switch in the ranking compared to previous years and expectations. 

47:28  Finally we discuss production, future competitors, and other notable plans concerning Sheffield 2025.
