160 How to Plan Your Year
Jan 14, 2021•14 min
Episode description
It's January and we're starting to think about how to plan our year. There's a number of ways you can make sure that you hit the targets and have the successful year that you want. Over the Christmas period, I was introduced to two books and two concepts that I really want to share with you, because they have altered how I'm going to approach what I do throughout 2021.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
- Why it is important to plan your entire year
- Why January is the perfect time to revisit your purpose
- Why it is more effective to plan shorter periods of time
- What kind of financial setup can help your systems and processes function well
I hope this will help you make sure that you are tackling what's most important in your business.
And if you haven't yet done a review of what happened last year, I highly recommend that you spend a good few hours going through your highs, your lows, your lessons, and what they mean for what you want to create in 2021.
