Today’s episode features the birth story of first-time mum, Reagan. Being a young mother meant that Reagan had little exposure to the physiology of childbirth, which motivated her to seek out education using any platform she could. She credits the invaluable knowledge she gained through a hypnobirthing course for building the trust and confidence within herself that she needed to manifest the positive birth experience she knew was possible.
