S3 EP69: Today’s episode features the undisturbed homebirth of Luca. After hearing Dr Sarah Buckley’s episode on PBA, Alex knew she needed to work on the fears and limiting beliefs she had around birth. Diving deep into physiological birth, she slowly entered the birth portal feeling empowered by the knowledge she gained and primed for her journey to the stars to collect her baby. Alex details the work she put in and how, once in labour, she was able to go so deeply within that those present in her birth space hadn’t noticed she had effortlessly birthed her son.
