The microphones, which feature wireless connection and internal recording, comes with a charging bar which doubles as a handheld mount. You can use lav microphones as well. They start shipping in a few months.
A new ten-part podcast about NASA's space shuttle era, 16 Sunsets, has been announced with Acast. The show is from Telltale Industries and Antica, the team behind 13 Minutes to the Moon, for which this show appears to have been planned as a third season in 2023 by the BBC, but which never happened for some reason. The show raised US$125,000 on Kickstarter that notes they say this time the series is not affiliated with the BBC.
Podcast marketing and monetisation platform Deepcast Pro has announced enhancements to its marketing suite, including to transcript editing and content distribution. For the first time in eight years, Pantheon Media is looking for investors and is running a crowd equity funding round. The company is looking to raise up to US$1.2 million. The funding round values the company at US$10 million.

And in podcast news, Waiting for October launches today with a prologue episode of a queer supernatural fiction podcast from the producers of the award-winning series Moonbase Theta Out.
