The tool monitors nearly 34,000 charts across the world. Podcasts are here to stay. That's according to a report by BVDW on the German podcast landscape. In addition to data on podcast usage, there's also an overview of standards, technologies and guidelines for podcast advertising, as well as tips for media planning and campaign booking. It's all in German, of course. Libsyn was suspended from the stock market in April 2022 after the company had failed to file financial reports.
Now, Libsyn has confirmed that it doesn't plan to relist, and is offering to buy back its shares at a price of $1.60 or less per share. When suspended, the company's shares were worth $3.75.
