Add a smoothie into your routine!
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender:
One medium avocado, handful of broccoli sprouts, 1 T. hemp hearts, 1 T. ground flaxseed, a teaspoon or more of pomegranate powder, turmeric (with a few shakes of black pepper), ginger, matcha and moringa powders, 1 cup or more of frozen wild blueberries, clean, purified water. Blend well!
Garnish with a few walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seed.
This is the vegan cheese recipe we made to get started. Instead of forming into a ball, the cheese can be pressed in a glass container, covered, and refrigerated.
