2010 GNCC X1 and 2018 Kenda Full Gas Sprint Enduro champion Josh Strang is currently in second place in the Full Gas Enduro Sprint standings. He is signed on racing with Team Babbitt’s/ Monster Energy/ Kawasaki Team Green in 2019. Strang will open the 2019 GNCC season February 23rd in Union, South Carolina.
Martin Castelo rode for the IB Corp. Yamaha last year, known for the Racetrack Supercross Youtube Series. In 2019, Castelo teamed up with the Bar X Suzuki team. He made all five mains in the 250SX West Class, and put up a sixth-place finish at San Diego, though unfortunately, San Diego was his last race with the team.

Bogle missed a lot of the 2018 season with injuries, undergoing surgery to repair nerve damage in his hand. 2019 saw Bogle sign on to race with Phoenix Racing Honda in the Monster Energy Supercross Season. Bogle has Raced in all 5 rounds of the series so far with two top ten finishes and a best finish of fourth at San Diego on February 2nd. He is currently 13th overall.
Bobbitt is a five-time national enduro champion that has been competing on the National Enduro series circuit since 2005. Bobbitt, who retired from full-time racing nearly two years ago came into the first round of the 2019 Kenda AMA Enduro series at Sumter National Enduro in South Carolina with no expectations. He went on to take a win, finishing 16 seconds ahead of second place rider Steward Baylor.
Jacob Hayes won the 2018 Amsoil Arenacross Championship in its final year (2018). Though in 2019, he’s technically a rookie, he'll be racing in the Monster Energy Supercross. He is riding for CycleTrader.com/Rock River Yamaha. He is currently 12th overall in the 250SX West points standings, with three of four finishes in the top ten. He finished fifth at Oakland-Alameda Coliseum on January 26. Most recently he finished 13th at San Diego, February 2.
Marchbanks made his professional debut in the 2018 AMA Pro Motocross Championship for the prestigious Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team. Marchbanks proved he could run up front in the series, but his season was cut short due to a mid-season crash. 2019 has seen Marchbanks finish top ten in four of the five rounds of the Monster Energy Supercross in the 250 Class, with a second place finish at San Diego on February 2.
Owen finished second in the Amsoil Arenacross Championship in 2017, but missed most of the 2018 season due to a knee injury. Racing in Kicker Arenacross starting in January 2019, Jace Owen won the first three races in 2019 while racing for Phoenix Racing. He is currently in First place in the overall standings of the Kicker Pro National Series in the 250 Pro and Open Pro classes. In 1995, Tulsa native, Tod Hammock, started the arena cross series as a part-time venture (while working as a Kawasaki sales rep full time) then going full time in 2005. The series, now known as the Kicker Arena cross, has grown into the largest series in the genre. In 2018 Hammock started the process of finding a media company to produce a show and cover the events. “We looked at multiple outlets and came to an agreement with Fox Sports 2. We felt it would be the perfect fit.”
Trevor Stewart had a great year for JCR/Honda, clinching the 2018 AMA BIG 6 WCGP Championship. Stewart, again racing for JCR/Honda, finished in second place of the 2019 SoCal GP in the AMA District 37 Gran Prix which occurred January 18, 2019. The next event will be February 9, 2019 at Honolulu Hills Raceway in Taft, CA.
Tristan Avery competed at the professional level in flat track in 2015. Avery finished the 2018 AFT Singles in 10th place in the standings, finishing first at the Sacramento Mile. For 2019, Avery will be racing for Waters Auto body Racing once again in the AFT Singles class. Waters Auto body will be outfitting Avery with a 2019 KTM 450SX-F race machine.
Lee Collins owns WHR Motorsports. In December, it was announced that WHR Motorsports had acquired endurocross from Bonnier Corporation. The acquisition added to WHR’s events which included Arena cross, Supermoto, and indoor/outdoor Monster Truck events.
The oldest brother of the Hayden family of racers will join Estenson Racing Team in the American Flat Track. He has joined the team as Director of Racing Operations, overseeing a five-rider team and dealing with sponsorship development and marketing. During his racing career, Tommy Hayden won two AMA Supersport Championships (2004-2005) and claimed 34 wins in the U.S. National road racing championship (now MotoAmerica) -- eight of which were in Superbike.

Blayne Thompson is currently racing in the 2019 WORCS and the Sprint Hero Enduro Series. He is racing for Chaparral Motorsports, Precision Concepts, Kawasaki Team Green. He finished the first round of the Sprint Hero Endurocross in 12th place. Thompson finished in third place at the first round of the 2019 WORCS, behind teammate Zach Bell.
Returning to the AFT Singles Class in 2018, Andrew Luker finished 22nd in the overall standings. He raced in 5 main events with two top-ten finishes, including a best finish of 5th place at the Texas Half Mile. Keeran Racing and Baker Racing will provide Andrew Luker with the opportunity to compete full time in both the AFT Singles and AFT Production Twins classes in 2019 on Kawasaki machines.
Returning to Team Norris in 2019, Benjamin Smith looks to continue to improve in his second year in MotoAmerica Supersport class. The 2017 MotoAmerica KTM RC Cup Champion finished the 2018 Supersport series in 18th place in the standings.
2019 is Austin Politelli’s first year with The Professional Journey (TPJ)/Fly Racing team. He is competing in the Monster Energy Supercross 450SX class with teammate Ben Lamay and currently sits at 27th in the standings after Round 3 in Anaheim.
Named “Miss Sprint Cup” in 2012, Kristen Beat has been involved in motorsports for years. She has worked at the X-games and recently as a pit reporter for AMSOIL Arenacross races. In February, The Kicker Arenacross will debut The Kicker Pro National Series Television series on FS2. The broadcast schedule is still being finalized but the series will follow the Open and Pro 250 races in select cities, and provide in-depth analysis and race highlights.
2018 saw Ben Lamay finish the Lucas Oil Motocross Championship in 15th place overall. Lamay returned to Supercross in 2018 after a stint racing Arenacross. The Alaska native is currently competing in the Monster Energy Supercross where he is currently 18th overall in the standings. The next Supercross round takes place January 26th in Oakland, CA.
