Trauma Informed Somatic Coach & Medicine Woman
Rama is a trauma informed and somatic practitioner, a plant medicine integration coach, a teacher of kambo amazonian medicine, a speaker and a medicine woman. She has supported thousands, all over north America and Costa Rica, to heal mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Rama went against the recommendations of Dr's, said no to injections and pharmaceuticals, and chose her own healing journey. That journey lead her to plant medicines like ayahuasca, San Pedro and the frog medicine, Kambo. She spent many years working with shaman and curanderos, processing unhealed trauma, integrating mystical experiences and remembering the scariness of life.
On Rama’s own healing journey, she learned how deeply mind, body and emotions are connected and how chronic illnesses can stem from unprocessed trauma stored in the body and unconscious mind.
She believes we all have the ability to heal ourselves, if we are willing to listen to what our bodies are telling us.
