Biography
Mike Martin is the voice of Project Mindfully Outdoors. It is Mike’s inspirational story that serves as the backdrop upon which the project was started. Following a failed sucide attempt and many months of being homeless in the wake of some major life changing events. Mike began a journey of self discovery durning which he began to confront the obstacles with in his mental health. This path lead him take up the cause of ending the silent suffering that comes with depression and anxiety.
Thru his work Mike has self published many articles relating to mental health and self growth thru the outdoors. In 2021 he started the Project Mindfully Outdoors podcast. A show that documents his journey.
