Téa Phillips invented the MetaFlex glove, the first compression glove to make your hands stronger and more flexible. 

She started this journey while studying mechanical engineering at Tennessee Tech University, and is now selling MetaFlex across the U.S. with her company, ATS Innovations. Inc. 

Téa credits her grandmother for inspiring her journey in bringing a new medical device to life and into the hands of the people who need it.
