At the age of 37, the doctor told me, “You have the body of a 51-year-old post-menopausal women” - Melissa Felix If that sentence shocked you as much as it shocked me, you’ll be even more surprised to hear that it’s more common than you think. A missed period here and there, and hot flashes that we dismiss as "dehydration” can be our body's way of signaling a larger problem for us to address. In this episode, we will unpack what premature ovarian failure (POF) is with our special guest Melissa Felix. 

Melissa bravely shares her journey about undergoing menopause earlier than she anticipated and her “trial & error” fiasco with the doctors that she saw.
