Ukraine war grinds on as sticking points slow partial ceasefire negotiations

U.S. negotiators held talks with a Russian delegation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a proposed partial ceasefire in Ukraine. It comes one day after the negotiators met with a Ukrainian delegation.
