How the Telegram app became a hub for hate crime and radical extremists

A joint investigation by ProPublica and PBS Frontline into the shadowy world of online hate networks and the platform Telegram is detailed in a new documentary, “The Rise and Fall of Terrorgram.” The investigation identified 35 crimes linked to the platform, including bomb plots, stabbings and shootings.
