Dr Murad: The Holistic Approach

Joining me in today's episode is a man who has been a true pioneer of skincare since he started out as a dermatologist in 1972. He soon realised that it wasn't enough to just treat skin. Instead you had to look at the entire picture including diet, health (both physical and emotional) and general lifestyle.
Dr Murad imparts so much wonderful knowledge in this episode and his wisdom just shines through. When I met him he inspired me to make some changes in my life and I feel like he might just do the same for you.
