Episode description

In this episode I talk about the ways in which I've walked through life distracted and missed out on opportunities to create lasting memories. When I look up from my devices and slow down from the chaos of always needing to be busy, I've experienced the world in a completely different way. I'm able to create a connection to other people and myself and I don't feel as though time has escaped me.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Filling up our memory banks with sensory memories.
  • Slowing down to truly notice what's around us.
  • How you can be in your dream life and still overlook it.
  • Creating space and time in smallest, simplest ways.
  • How to be more present in the midst of busyness and chaos.
  • Q: How do you plan to be more intentional with your time?

Let's connect! I believe in the power of community and walking this journey together. Plus, I'm nosey and I want to hear your thoughts!
