A guided imagery to support you in melting into deep rest with the strong protector of a lion protector. Taking time to rest and build our imaginal world helps us to find peace and protection, which we then can call on when we go out into the world with others. It is a powerful ritual to build our imaginal world. The more we show up to rest and dream of our guides, the more our guides will ease-fully show up for us.
