Since beginning Fast To Heal Stories Podcast nearly three years ago, a lot of my practices and teachings have changed as new scientific studies emerge. I am still passionate about reversing insulin resistance, metabolic health, and weight management, but I also wanted to share what I implement in my personal life on a daily basis to keep my body metabolically flexible and live my life disease free!
