Tim Rhode was a grocery clerk when he bought he got the real estate bug. He started selling houses as an agent and investing in rental properties. Tim knew if he wanted to be successful he would have to do work harder and smarter than his competition. How he sold over 2,500 homes as an agent, bought as many rentals as he could, flipped houses, and ended up retiring very early with a substantial portfolio.
