Pride Month- Coming Out

June is Pride month. In this episode we discuss the coming out process. We share some valid considerations for why someone in the LGBTQIA+ community might choose, or choose not to come out. We go over some tips for how you can prepare for the coming out conversation(s) if you are not out yet, as well as some ideas for how to make sure you take care of yourself before, during, and after that talk.
