At our own pace with our own mindset.  So much information is out there based on what you "should" do.  Really it comes down to what you are passionate about, what is safe, and what your body is calling for you to do.  Working out is simply just movement.  So many people just are not moving today.  Have fun with it and make it your own.  Dance, walk, jump, life, whatever you want but just moving is such physical freedom in itself and a gift.  Cherish and love that gift for as long as you are able.
