Rui Li was active all her life, but when she was injured during active duty training, she ended up being discharged due to this injury. After having an ovarian cyst removed and then having it fill with fluid, she has been on a life long journey to fill the void in her abdomen. In the Army, she began having sharp pain in her heels each time she went to put on her boots. Eventually, she was diagnosed with a cyst in her ankle and found out that the injury was probably as a result of the military training.

 

Joint alignment and stability are critical to overall body function. You want to keep your body working the way it was designed to function, and joint stability and alignment are a part of that.
