Episode description

Cheryl started working with me (Megan) at Nutrition Awareness in 2020 and was able to lose weight, gain muscle, and improve her metabolism over the next year. We ended our sessions when I went on maternity leave. After 8 months of staying at the same weight, Cheryl decided to try Mounjaro, a prescription injection for adults with type 2 diabetes used along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar.

Cheryl talks about her experience, her results, and why she thinks working with a registered dietitian is extremely important if you’re considering taking a medication for weight loss.
