In today’s episode, Dianne interviews Matthew Graylin, a previous Natural Food Chef student. Matthew, unfortunately, joined the Natural Food Chef Program in the Fall of 2019-2020. While he enjoyed the portion of the program he was able to complete, this was the year the world was rocked by the COVID-19 pandemic. He was unable to finish his studies, but since then has gone on to pursue BIG international opportunities for his career in the food industry.
