Depression, Lack of interest, lack of fatigue, lack of social interest, weight gain, and craving craving carbohydrates are all symptoms of SAD, or Seasonal Affective Disorder.  Mainly affecting people who get little to no sunlight, like us in Michigan, SAD does not have to be debilitating. If you feel like you may have any symptoms of SAD please see a doctor or therapist.  In this episode, we go over an update to how Darren is doing then jump right into our 7 best tips to reduce or remove the effects of SAD.
