Isha Vela is a trauma psychologist, somatic practitioner and shadow doula supporting individuals and couples of all configurations in deepening intimacy, connection and relationship satisfaction using body wisdom and somatic expressive techniques. Using nervous system awareness and attunement techniques, Isha helps people transform their intimacy wounds into intimacy superpowers.
In addition to relationship work, Isha is a sovereignty coach and the creator of Body Based Business, a way of creating a bespoke business in alignment with your values and nervous system.
