About Steve
Since starting out in the fitness industry at the age of 17, I have tried to continually develop my knowledge & understanding of all things health, fitness, and sport. As well as being an instructor, trainer, and coach, I have also tutored individuals to become fitness professionals, personal trainers, and coaches.
My passion for coaching, training, and educating originates from my enjoyment and satisfaction of helping clients & athletes to achieve their specific goals, whilst making positive and sustainable changes to their performance, health & psychology.

Working with a number of professional athletes across different sporting fields through specialised rehabilitation, nutritional and pre/post competition programmes, has allowed me not only to immensely enjoy my progressive journey but to work with some amazing industry professionals.

Studies in sports psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and my experience allow me not only to communicate and understand athletes, coaches, parents, and fitness professionals on a very perceptual and empathetic level but to engage with them psychologically about their histories, motivations, goals, challenges & barriers.
