Episode description

Comparing ourselves… we’ve all done it. All felt that pang of jealousy when we see someone else have what we want. It’s only natural. But I find in today’s social media-obsessed world, it’s a daily occurrence and I’m comparing myself to someone or something a lot. This usually sends me into a spiral feeling like I’m not good enough, that I’ll never be “successful,” and that my goals and dreams are not worth fulfilling. #tragic When I feel this way, I do this trick to stop the external noise so that I can refocus my energy on myself and what truly makes me happy. Muting your competition is a lifesaver, I’m telling ya! In this episode, we’re diving into the challenges of navigating life and the toll the comparison trap can take on our mental health. We're sharing insights on personal growth, finding your unique voice, and how using the good ol’ mute function on social media can help you break free from unhealthy competition. P.S. I have no idea what happened to my mic feed but it CLEARLY didn’t work. My apologies, hopefully, you can hang in there for this episode, I’ll ensure it’s back to the crisp audio that we’re used to next episode.
