39. "We Should Hangout Soon!"

Unfortunately, the season of navigating changing friendships in adulthood is here for me. As my friends and I are turning 30 next year, it is only inevitable that we all are spending less and less time together. In this episode, we’re reflecting on lifelong friendship, and the challenges that growing up brings. We’re also exploring how we can nurture existing friendships while creating space for us to form new connections. We are all worthy of meaningful connections no matter if they’re new or old. Each of us deserves to have support and people in our corners.
