Building sustainable houses and offices is becoming more and more important. However, how can you tell if a building really is sustainable? That’s where certifications come in. In this podcast episode, presenter Charlotte de Mos talks to Peter Gabriëls about the importance, and the impact, of BREEAM on Dutch real estate. He is project manager at the Dutch Green Building Council, who issue BREEAM certificates in the Netherlands.
